After visiting the allready closed Telegraph Station. We walked a few meters to do the first real cache in NT. After searching for a few minutes I found the right spot.TFTCmagicchicken
We left our guesthouse quite early to do some geocaching near Telegraph Station before it get's too hot. We started on the Bradshaw Walk and enjoyed the hike, combined with looking for the caches. We found almost all of them except one.Team Mavos - Albert and Maria
Waiting for a coffee Freddo decided it would be quicker to find the nearest unfound cache. After a short stroll we had the cache in hand.Freddo and e.gregory1 were heading up the middle of Australia following Stuart's well trodden route. We were travelling in air conditoned comfort and style. No stale food. No camels to carry water. We were leaving the cold winte for the northern season.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is the twentieth and fourth day of Julius Caesar's Month in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a cool cloudy and raining. No wind today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. On our travels we stayed in alice and decided to Welk to the telegraph station and of course grab some caches on the way, a nice quick find in good conditions now to have some lunch before the walk back, thanks for placing this cache
Lost phone signal on the way to this one while chatting to my WSM. There was good insect noises in the evening heat & a QEF for me. Lovely. TNLN-TFTC! Now to head north again. The driving is unrelenting...

Today we visited the Alice Springs Telegraph Station. Then we thought let’s grab one of those traditionals nearby and we found Mrs Bradshaw. After that first one, we decided to walk the full trail and collect all those traditionals.
Many of them are unfortunately in bad conditions. Mostly the boxes are broken but not all. Nevertheless all caches can still be found. Thanks for hiding all those traditionals and as always TFTC,MumDad2000

Out exploring around telegraph station a bit this morning. This was a nice quick find on a beautiful walk. TFTC
Took a while as the GPS was all over the place but eventually got there using geo sense about 10 meters above the track.
Looks like a great track but unfortunately we ran out of time so couldn't do the entire loop.

What a great place. After 11 years I came back to here to enjoy the nature around Alice Springs.

A trip to Perth checking out some of the awesome places along the way in ACT, NSW, Qld and NT. Grabbing some old caches and missing LGAs. TFTC.
Nice quick find on a hot day.

The Bradshaw Walk is a is a regular weekend stroll for my boss and myself. While I've known there are caches along the walk the bullet has been bitten and the green boxes on my maps ignored.
Today I wanted a cache to bring some trackables north (~1,300km) for the miles before I return to Adelaide for a break (another ~1,300km) early next week. The cache was easily found and is in good condition (unlike some others I've recently found around town).
Thanks for the cache Alicecaching.

After returning from walking the Larapinta Trail end to end yesterday, we decided to go out for a gentle walk without the packs, and grab a few caches along the way. We passed by this series on the way out to the start of the trail, but doesn’t have much time up our sleeve at the time. Today we managed to find 6 out of 6.

This was a bit awkward, there were a group of people making a video about 10 m from GZ. I decided to sneak up the rocks and have a bit of a sus out. One then calls out "are you geocaching". Awkwardly I answered and everyone stared at me. Thankfully I was able to quickly find it and move it. They were so close to sitting right on top of the cache, they had such a chuckle to find they almost sat on it! Lovely day with beautiful blue skies. I can hear water calling me from the telegraph station! TFTC...eatmorchikin from Brisbane
TFTC gave us something to do while my train-mad son waited for the Ghan to arrive this afternoon!

Found during a trip from Adelaide to the northern tip of Australia and back. Traveling up solo along the Strzelecki Track to Innamincka, then through central Queensland to Quilpie, Blackall, Barcaldine, Hughendon and Ravenshoe to Cairns. In Cairns I met up with e.gregory1 and a non-cacher friend and spent three weeks on Cape York Peninsula before making our way back to Cairns and Mareeba. From there I headed on my own back home via Normanton and Karumba, Cloncurry, Mount Isa, Tennant Creek and back down the Stuart Highway through Alice Springs to Adelaide. All in all I spent six weeks on the road, visited many out of the way locations, enjoying the scenery and finding caches along the way. Thanks for the cache Alicecaching!
Having a nice walk along the trail and stopped by for this one. Did what was required to reach GZ and spotted the cache. All good here. Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks Alicecaching for this series of caches.
Didn’t take too long to spot this one.

The telegraph museum was very interesting. Can't image to live there in those times... we walked back to the city and stopped at this spot. After a longer search I finally found the cache. TFTC
Loving the winter walk while holidaying in Alice. GPS was a bit all over the place but spidey senses saved the day

Nice easy stroll before the flies came out. We started at 7.00 am for this short walk to grab some more caches before having breakfast. We found all but two of this series but gave up at the DNF sites after a 10 min search. Thanks for this series.
Everything in the coach was wet, so couldn’t write in it but we a left some swaps.
