### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUESTED PLEASE** ###

Hi there Cache Owner,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **possibly** needs some attention. You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so the cache is being temporarily disable - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days,** so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.
#What you need to do:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache** - once checked, place an Owner Maintenance log and then enable the cache.
- **Place A Write Note Log** - indicating a date when you expect it will be restored.
- **Adopt Out or Archive** - depending on whether you want it kept or for it to disappear.
Full details for each of the above choices can be found at [**GEOCACHE MAINTENANCE**]( https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/Victoria) on the Regional Policies page.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned. [xx(]
It would be far better if you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,

Had a pretty good look for about 15-20 minutes in all the likely places and didn’t get my hands on the cache. Would be good to get confirmation it’s there given the number of DNFs.
This one had us stumped. We tried to piece together hints from previous logs and follow the hint, but no luck. We'll be back!
Another 30+ mons. Lots of cobwebs and sticks dislodged. Unsure if this one is still here: David
Found it! Located the spot since ground zero was off and quick and easy find. Signed the logbook and off we went. We even saw a match in play which was won by Edinburgh and they play North Alphington which was very interesting. TFTC
Found after a while, only took so long because the coordinates are around 10 metres off. TFTC
Def hidden west of the location on map but a nice easy find for a 4yo Geokid. Thanks.
After an appointment nearby I had a little time before my next obligation to search out a few caches.
There were a few builders' vehicles close by, as one of the homes is being renovated, but GZ was muggle free.
Reading previous logs helped and as mentioned, the find was made a good bit west of the posted coordinates.
Looking from the right spot soon revealed the hide. Replaced exactly as found, I resisted the temptation to move it back a little way east to better match the GZ coordinates.

A little off the gps location, difficult to find due to many walkers. But fun, and glad I found it!
2nd find after eating at a nearby thai place! This one took a while, as the coords were quite off. But the hint eventually led us to a logical hiding place and the cache was found. TFTC!
On a wet and overcast day, the gps was playing up. After a little while of looking cache was in hand
A muggle sat down just as I got there. I waited and walked around, went away, came back 15 minutes later, then gave up. I think I know where it is but with the GPS being inaccurate, can't be sure. It's a 20 minutes drive so not sure when I'll be back
Thanks JAG46 for the cache! I'd say ignore the activity log comments and go with the description and hint (if you need it) as we'd made the mistake of reading others' comments and it led us a little astray! Stick with where you think it logically should be
GPS is a bit off but it's a quick find. Difficulty could be lowered. 1.5? Thanks for the cache!
This took a a little while to work out . in the end there was only one place it could be.
Thanks JAG46 for the fun here.
Thanks JAG46 for the fun here.
I've recently moved to the area and realised I DNF this one a long time ago. It was a quick find this time with not too many people around. Tftc!
The other half of TeamUs! found this one after dark. Being after dark, there wasn't much chance of encountering young cricket fans! Great spot - we'll have to come back during the day. Thanks for the cache.
Out caching again with an old friend... and again she is not old, just our friendship! Wasn’t feeling on top of things so she took me on a walk and a bit of caching... it helped!
My friend regularly goes swimming just up the road but didn’t know this great park was here. The GPS had us bouncing around... looked at terrain and hint and then soon had cache in hand. Thanks

Straightforward find, but lots of people out walking and running with dogs so timing proved tricky! Fortunately there was a 30 second lull so I could get it. TFTC!
Had a good look around. There are a few options but the site was full of dog walkers. Till another day
Found at 17:22
The rain was keeping the muggles away so I was able to search in peace. The GPS was pointing a bit further away but the hint pointed to one place in particular.
Thanks JAG46 for the cache

All good with this one. Is this the home of the old Northcote football club?
**Find #2867**
Out enjoying a walk today and grabbing a few caches in the area. I was stumped at first, but after a short innings The runs were on the board. Grabbed the Munzee near by as well.
Thanks **JAG46**

22 Aug 2019: Streak Day #175/366 (1 March 2019 - 29 February 2020). A quick find while on way to work this afternoon. TFTC & go Dennis
Scouting around for geocaches suitable for scouts to find another day. 20+ GPS’s, 36 teenagers out and about, what fun!
Found after 5 minutes of searching. Great hide, well camouflaged, great container!

I'v had a quick look for this one before without any luck.
I was in the area again today, so I decided to have another look.
The cache was soon found.

GPS was going a bit haywire perhaps because of electrical interference but we found it in the end! TFTC
Slightly difficult with the electrical interference though none the less we found it!
Had to pretend to tie my shoes and take some phone calls here to avoid looking suspicious while waiting for dog walkers to pass, but found it eventually. Thanks
Reached under and grabbed the cache. I was pleased there were no visitors to the contraption nearby. Thanks JAG46 for bringing me here today.
Tricky tricky tricky. So many magnetic possibilities around this area. All isn’t as easy as it seems tftc
My gps took me on a big of a tour but I got there in the end, stopping where white becomes grey and having a sit. TFTC!
Found it after doing a few laps around anything magnetic. Nicely hidden, my last for the day.

Found today with LouJean1970 while we were in the area for the 2017 Victorian Geocaching Awards. I had been lucky enough to have been given a sneak peek about this one. We soon had the Cache in hand, signed and replaced.
It was containing a greasy log too.
Thanks for the hide

Found with TaylorHunters09 after attending the awards event. She had a tip from a friend for this one which made fast work here. Lucky as there were lots of muggles playing cricket today. Signed the new log. Thank you
Very tricky placement. I almost missed this one. I am filthy after a day caching and really felt like a dip in the nearby pool.
