We left our guesthouse quite early to do some geocaching near Telegraph Station before it get's too hot. We started on the Bradshaw Walk and enjoyed the hike, combined with looking for the caches. We found almost all of them except one.Team Mavos - Albert and Maria
Well after lowering my expectations & searching for 30 mins, nothing to see here for me. TFTC
Nice quick find, log signed and replaced as found. However the container is totally mangled, needs some attention.Greetings from MelbourneTftc
Found but cache container needs replacing. Logbook is very wet. See photo attached
On pet travels we stopped at alice and decided to walk to the telegraph station and grab some caches of course, i nice quick find although the container is very perished and log full but still managed to find a spot, thanks for placing it
Today we visited the Alice Springs Telegraph Station. Then we thought let’s grab one of those traditionals nearby and we found Mrs Bradshaw. After that first one, we decided to walk the full trail and collect all those traditionals.
Many of them are unfortunately in bad conditions. Mostly the boxes are broken but not all. Nevertheless all caches can still be found. Thanks for hiding all those traditionals and as always TFTC,MumDad2000

The coordinates were a little out for us on this one but it made it an easier find close to the trail. TFTC
The little spice bottle has been smashed and is in need of replacement please Alicecaching. It was found in the first place I looked and I could walk up to it with ease. Cache no. 15 for the day. From here I bush bashed across to the Spencer Hill Track. TFTC ...... eatmorchikin from Brisbane
Our gps was a bit off sent us further up the rocks than we needed to be. Looked at past entries and headed towards the edge of the clearning again. Cache found. Damaged and log book full. TFTC
TFTC I managed to make the find however the container is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Out and about for an early walk to beat the heat. Container needs some love. TFTC.

Found during a trip from Adelaide to the northern tip of Australia and back. Traveling up solo along the Strzelecki Track to Innamincka, then through central Queensland to Quilpie, Blackall, Barcaldine, Hughendon and Ravenshoe to Cairns. In Cairns I met up with e.gregory1 and a non-cacher friend and spent three weeks on Cape York Peninsula before making our way back to Cairns and Mareeba. From there I headed on my own back home via Normanton and Karumba, Cloncurry, Mount Isa, Tennant Creek and back down the Stuart Highway through Alice Springs to Adelaide. All in all I spent six weeks on the road, visited many out of the way locations, enjoying the scenery and finding caches along the way. Thanks for the cache Alicecaching!
We thought it was trickier than it was! Think where would I be if I was a cache?
This cache was further than my gps margin allowed. It also needs another garlic-scented container as a very voodoo-like muggle was wandering near by.
Having a nice walk along the trail and stopped by for this one. Did what was required to reach GZ and spotted the cache. All good here. Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks Alicecaching for this series of caches.
I was actually leaving when I spotted an unnatural looking pile of rocks. GPS was out. Loving this trail through an area I’ve never been. TFTC
A miserable fail at the first one we attempted, and this took a long time, even though the D level isn't high

Thanks to Alicecaching for placing the cache for us to find.

Found it although it wasn’t located as close to GPS mark as we assumed. We appreciated the “lower your expectations” comment of another hunter.
Like others before me I lowered my expectations for this find and spotted it quickly.
We spent a few days in Alice Springs an the Macdonell Nationalpark and go south to Coober Pedy. When we walked around, we look for same Geocaches. This is a Cache that we found on These days. Thank you very much for the Cache !

A micro in this environment? We checked all trees first as we thought it might be hanging and then turned around all rocks close to GZ but no luck for us here.
At HZ saw what I would think was a good hiding point but didn’t find the cache. Looked around a bit more but couldn’t find anything.
We are on vacation in Australia and of course we seek some caches.
Thanks for this one!
Greetings from the Netherlands.

On our way through Australia Clematius and I visited a lot of very interesting places. We spent quite some time on Earthcaches but we found some traditional caches, too. Thanks to all owners for showing unique places and for hiding and maintaining.
First day in Alice Springs. ElizaBennet and I had a look at some interesting places. On our way to the telegraph station we found this one. Thanks a lot for hiding to Alicecaching.
Thanks for this nice evening walk in this wonderful scenery. We enjoyed it a lot. TFTC
Visiting Alice Springs for work, had the day off so decided to go exploring. Found a nice little area for a walk with a few caches so decided that this was my target spot for the day.

Needed a little searching to locate this one. GPS led me high initially and there so many potential hidey holes but persistence paid off when I recognized a suspicious arrangement. TFTC
At the afternoon walk we found it this Trail. It was to hot. TFTC

Didn't see a lot of people to say hi to. Which made looking for the caches so much easier. Thank you for placing and maintaining this cache!

On our vacation this year, we did a great trip as GER-17 to Australia.
GER-17 are DieFraudiemitmuss, Lundi263, de Eifelaner and murri24.
We started the tour in Melbourne where we spend a few days sightseeing and caching, including some trips out of the City to the Grampians an to the Great Ocean Road.
Nice place to be and to see.
From Melbourne we went to Alice Springs including Ayrs Rock, where we saw some nice sunsets and other great stone formations and spots.
Back in Melbourne we started by car to go to Sydney along the coast with zig zags into the blue mountains and Canberra.
Finally we arrived in Sydney and spend here the last day of our holidays with caching and sightseeing.
During this trip we found this box.

DieFraudiemitmuss, Lundi263, Murri24 and I made this year a very great tour together. Our first target is Melbourne. So we started early in the morning to visit the city and to make a few geocaches. We found very nice locations and interesting spots. One day we rent a car. Very early in the morning we drive from Melbourne City over Geelong to the Great Ocean Road. Along this road we found so much interesting spots, we see a great landscape, and had have not enough time for sightseeing. The weather was fine but a little bit windy. This day was very long and hard, but wonderful.
After that we visit the Grampians. A little bit rain, a little bit windy and a little bit sunny day, we had fasten all weathers. We visit waterfalls, canyons, sandstone fomations and any Look Outs. Puhhh, what a great landscape.
The next part of our journey is to explore the Outback. From Ayers Rock we take a car and drive over Kings Canyon and many other Look Outs to Alice Springs. We visit any very interesting Caches and had a great time by comfortable temperature.
This traditional Cache we hav also found. We log it as "GER-17". Thank you for this Cache.

During our walk we were even able to encounter some kangaroos - which was really great!
Thanks a lot for hiding this Cache!

Little Squirell
We were held over in Alice for a little bit longer than expected with mechanical difficulties and heard that Little Squirell were still in town so a message was sent and we arranged to meet at the Telegraph Station for coffee this morning which was very pleasant after which we decided to go for a walk to find some more of Mrs Bradshaw's Constitutional series which Mr Crackers had started back in 2014.
We really enjoyed the walk around this area with Little Squirell locating the caches along the way, some gave us more trouble than others but we didn't have any dnf's although we thought that we may have had on a couple.
We were surprised how many people were using this path today and with chatting and caching before we knew it we were back at the Telegraph Station with all 10 caches being found.
Many thanks Alicecaching for setting up this little trail of caches in a fantastic area.
Apologies for the generic log as we were too busy chatting to take any notes.

Took me longer than it should. I overshot it by 5-10m and was looking in the wrong spot. But got there in the end just when I was about to move on. TFTC.
This needs a new log. Didn't have any with me...if I go back within cooee I'll do it....but not sure if/when I will.
On our second and last day in alice springs we went for a hike to the old telegraph station and a little beyond to catch a glimpse on what outback hiking along one of the outback trails would mean ... we were very impressed by the scenery and enjoyed the caches alongside the way although always being very careful where to place our hands and feet thanks a lot to the owners for leading us our path through the caches
