Logs
Found under torchlight tonight picking up a couple caches. Took a few minutes but the cache was found nice and tucked away. All good here, cheers.Find #7129 on 18 Nov 2024.TFTC Hurtle!
I cannot believe it! Even with the help of a hint I seemingly pored over every inch of GZ and came up empty handed. Here for a week so placing a watch in case anyone finds it while I'm still here. Lots of families in CP atm and by some previous logs it would appear I need the help of ingenuous children....!
Tried to find this one in June when the sheep dog trials were on. Happy to say that with acquiring some TOTT since, we found it this time around. TFTC
Second attempt. Found log in good condition. A small helper/child is useful for this find. TNLFSL
Found with Beaker and kiddos. Mads fingers were perfect for retrieving cache. TFTC, great hide!!
Found by Mangomadz with LittleLeah79 while in Barmera after chopping wood. Glad the kiddos were here!!TNLNSLTFTCTTFNBeaker DGS
Last stretch on the journey home from the Canberra Geobash and we were finally able to turn this frown upside down. TFTC Hurtle
A dnf replaced from 2017.Was not too long when we captured the dreaded cannon cache. Now for a stroll on the Lake before continuing our journey home and ending our 5 week absences. Thanks Hurtle for placing and maintaining.
Oh no! Another one. Ill have a seat and sob for a while. Turned my rubber neck around and boom! Football match on across the street. Theyre all watching the game and not me! Tftcsl.
Family time in Barmera. Somehow, I managed to find this one in the dark with a torch. I honestly thought the time it would take me would be a lot longer and I was sure I'd have to leave this one as DNF, but sometimes these 'micro' caches are not as tiny and their owners aren't as cruel as to place a nano here. Those are so hard to find. I did a little happy dance when I found it, signed the log and returned the cache and were on our merry way. TFTC
After a week of caching around Adelaide incorporating The Great Leap Forward event, HansandLinda, MeandDe and I are working our way towards Canberra. On route to Paringa today for a couple of days of rest and maintenance. I grabbed this one today on route. Another great day for caching. TFTC Hurtle
TFTC Hurtle your cache Barmera Bazooka that we found today. We had overnighted in Barmera after completing the On Your Bike series by lunchtime Sunday. We decided to move on to nicer surrounds. This morning as we were in no great hurry we (Wollaston and I) went into town to claim the find on the Archie and Ruby virtual and 2 other caches before moving on to meet friends in Paringa.Guns and us usually do not lead to successful finds. Today with a stroke of luck first place I put my hand.Find Count: 19054 .
Well done to the birthday boy for this tricky find.. signed and replaced..
There are no images in the gallery that specifically reflect the hide location. There is however a cpl of images that suggest where it's hidden BUT they are incorrect/red herrings! It IS NOT in the barrel!
OCW PelDroedGwin and geodog Peppa Exploring the Riverland for a few days.We stopped here a couple of times over the last few days but even with a pretty specific hint image in the gallery we couldnt find it.
Bizarrely I received an email from Groundspeak telling me my cache needs maintenance, after only 1 DNF which followed 8 finds! It's a hard find if not done much geocaching!
Well hidden. Just leaving Lake Bonney after a great weekend with friends. TFTC.
My goodness, well hidden. I hate spiders and am very apprehensive about feeling in crevices!!!!!TFTC
Took 15 minutes of sticking finger in where they shouldn't be. Well hidden tftc
Tftc!
We searched and searched... But no luck to find them... Is it still there and perfect hidden?
Best regards from Switzerland

I’m sure it’s somewhere in the bazooka but we couldn’t find it after about 30 minutes of searching
In town with deployment from ACT SES to assist with flooding around Lake Bonney. Took a bit of searching to find. TFTC
Just cos you cannot find it, does not mean it has been removed... unless of course you were there with a recent finder whom can attest to it's missingness.
While travelling through the area we picked up a few caches along the way and this was one of them.
Caches and contents were very good.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

This long weekend, I and J plus the little one visited riverland. We spent two and a half days, visited Nuriootpa, Barmera, Berri, Loxton, Renmark, SA/VIC border, Waikerie, Morgan, and nearby towns. On the trip, we found 55 caches on the way, including Traditional Cache, Puzzle Cache, Multi Cache, Wherigo Cache, Letterbox Hybrid Cache, and Lab Adventure caches.
This was the ninth find for Day 1. This cache was very close to the art work we planned to visit.
Cache has been found in a classic spot. Signed the log, and placed it back.
Thanks for the cache, Hurtle.

Another cache find on our 2022 South Australian Adventure.
We have joined forces with FelixII and we are off to see what we can see. And we saw the beautiful Bonney Lake and a bazooka. Thanks to all the COs for taking us on our geo-guided tour.

Cheers and happy hunting.
The cache will be put back in place this week, by Trigger Fish, whom kindly offered to take the replacement to GZ, after I asked around whom wanted sign cache at the Community breaky, goody was the only whom did., saving me kms on way home from Mildura. Thanks Wayne
And here's the positive log!
Thanks Hurtle for the cache.

Yep, as mentioned previously, I'm checking on it this weekend...
I have a cache you could've grabbed from me last night. Then you could've been writing a positive log instead...

sadly did not find this one and with all the other DNF comments it may be missing
Reading the other comments didn’t know where to start searching. Couldn’t find it
Me, Georgia and Mercedes found on 2.4.22 at 12:00pm on the dot. Was quite tricky, complety missed it while searching and was looking in the complete wrong areas. Fun one to do. Thanks
Found by Mary and David at 12:35. Like Crackers, we don't like guns or rocks. A feeling of dread as we approached. After only a short time, success! A FP, as we found it! Our thanks to Hurtle
Took a fair bit of time to find and almost getting many fingers stuck great cache. Thank you.
