another event done

Attended this event which was more like geocaching invasion on an unsuspecting coffee shop, as always a great opportunity to catch up with fellow geocachers and have a chat and a few laughs, and quite a good idea to host an event inside during June in Ballarat, so much better than standing outside trying not to freeze

Thank you for organising this catch up.
It is always good to talk to like minded people/cachers/hobbyists/addicts.
Coffee is also generally required for my day to day life.
Appreciate the cafe taking us on.
They did a sweet job.
Discovered some TB's and met some new faces.
Came with fellow Geelong district friends, TR!

It was nice to meet up with everyone!

Headed to another event up in Ballarat with Sully1, and it was nice to be inside on a cold Winter's day here. I'm sure the coffee shop were pleased with all the unexpected orders today too. Nice to chat with friends old and new, and great to see TR and FrogLady making the trip up here as well. Thanks again Shane for the chance to catch up on all our news with our friends in the caching community

Thanks to shamus1 for organising yet another local event. Bogonghazy and I had a few messages we were able to attend to here this morn, then onto this Pleasant cafe for a latte and some yummy pecan tart. As always, it's nice to catch up on the latest geotalk. Nice to see some of the Geelong teams travelled up also. Thanks again and well done.

Thanks Shamus1 for this event. Decided this morning to make the trip to Ballarat for the 3rd weekend in a row. This time had Frog_Lady in tow. It was a great time to catch up with the few Ballarat Cachers we knew and the chance to meet some new once and put faces to names. Thanks again guys.

second event i have ever attended and by far the biggest one, i was sorry i could not stay to long caching and other adventures awaited i did ended up almost being arrested at a near by jail but was glad to meet a bunch of new faces i hope to cache the Ballarat area more in the future and cant wait to catch up again soon thanks for the grate event

Sorry Shamus1,Motndarg won't be able to attend, we have to watch the grandson play football in Stawell. I know which activity I would rather be at!!!!!!!

Planning on being there, and also hoping to have a muggle friend of "Liz & Bruce" that is keen to take up caching with me. He's been waiting for an event to attend, to come along and meet other Cachers and sus things out.
