Needed to find a cache on my way to my sister's for dinner to keep my daily streak going! A quick find once I googled the hint! TFTC
Finished work at 6 a.m. and had two hours to burn before attending the For the Tardy Mouse! Event. The Banks Street Reserve is located around the corner, so what better way to kill time than a leisurely walk through a nature reserve, with the added bonus of a cache or two to find. TFTC. SL. TBs Prado Owl ; The Great Leap Forward Geocoin ; Bee Croc ; Der Kleine Bub ; Rawhide ; Scarab; Sheeps on the Journey (Orange) ; RobS72 2000 Finds GC ; Forest Hill Ear Tag ; Kiwi Bird; and Trackable - Durham Cathedral visited.Find # 2133.
Loved this one and the hint was very playful! Found this one really quick once we reached GZ but my GeoBro has seen the Hobbit so he got to it before I could get to google! Nice one. Thanks for the cache! Coolabah OUT!!!
Approached GZ and spied the cache about 7 m from where my arrow was pointing . Nice hide. TFTC
Today I took a walk around Bank Street Reserve and found 5/6 Bush Turkey caches. I saw 0 turkeys today, which is pretty unusual because I almost always see turkeys when Im out caching. Not sure where they have all gone today?This was my first find and after a little bit of searching I spotted the nicely hidden container. Thanks for this great series of caches BastiansQuest!
We picked this little series of cached, as we had never before been to this Reserve. We loved the many tracks crossing each other, if wanted or suitable.We found this cache and signed the log.TFT series, BastiansQuest

Auch heute haben mich Mama und Papa wieder mitgeschleift, um ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen und das Tagesdschen zu finden. Inzwischen trauen die mir ja ganz schn weite Wege zu, ich muss schon sagen... Macht mir aber ja genauso viel Spa wie denen, gebe ich ja gerne zu. Und man entdeckt immer wieder etwas Neues, selbst wenn man wie wir oft auf den gleichen Strecken unterwegs ist. In diesen Tagen ist aber alles neu. Australien ber Singapur und Malaysia, da war ich noch nie. Inzwischen haben wir uns zwar einigermaen kklimatisiert, haben aber auch beschlossen, unseren Rhythmus beizubehalten. Also sind wir auch heute wieder in aller Hergottsfrhe aufgebrochen, um noch vor dem Frhstck das ein oder andere Dschen zu suchen. Am Ende lief uns ein bisschen die Zeit davon, so dass wir in dieser kleinen aber feinen Reserve nicht mehr alles aufrumen konnten. Found after a little search as my coords were a little off. Tried to grab the info needed for the bonus but it here’s difference of perception between the two of us. TFTC.

Found while in the area to do the Earthcache. I liked the efforts of the CO to secure the cache and keep it dry!
Could not find, if it's meant to be under the tree, where there is a shroom growth it is gone.
We were lucky to have our nearly 5 year old grandson with us as fading light would have made this find near impossible for old eyes.
What an amazing untouched park area preserved amongst the metropolis.

Found by local Cub Scout group who enjoyed their geocaching night adventure very much! No sign of Bilbo 6/6/2023

Was bush turkeying around for ages, phone on 3 % when I found it. Had overlooked it twice. It truly is the nicest bit. Again relying on eyes more than GPS proved succesdful. Left a little critter who will wait until the next person sees it

We started with the Nullabour, Eyre and York Peninsulas, the Riverlands, visited family in Victoria and then back in SA it got cold. Flinders and the Oodnadatta Track was cold and we finally warmed up in Dalhousie Springs. The Alice beckoned and then change of plan and ended up tackling the Tanami Track to the Kimberley and Bungles Bungles. Territory Day in Darwin was unhinged - please try and do it! The Gulf, the coast and the car breaker ‘Old Tele Track’ to the top of Cape York. This is a must but it’s not easy! Eventually made it to Brisbane to get some fixes to the car….. let’s see where we end up.

Had some time in the last hours of daylight this weekend to try and find a cache or two. There were a few un-found in Banks Street Reserve, so I packed a pen and a dog and headed out to track down one or two.
Parked on banks street and very quickly had made my way downhill to cache number two, then on to this one.
I checked the hint, and some further research was required. The cache container was found after a little searching. Luckily i had realised on this visit to the reserve that i should be collecting clues to the mystery cache in the series. Did a count at bush turkey bash two, and tried to work out which and what to count at this location. I think i have a number.
Cache log book is in good condition. container has a little external signs of wearing, but the current condition is fine, the log book inside very dry.
Log sheet was signed and i was on my way to see if i could tick off three in a day.

I was in the area this morning and took the opportunity to grab a couple of geos in this lovely reserve. TFTC
Easy find Hatzofff, (Mrs) RoddyC and Imbunda. Another new log book, with FTF feels. TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
An event in the area brought us to the area then, it was off to find some smiles. The thought to doing a multi gave us incentative to stop and cache this woodland area. Plenty of ups and downs gave us some exercise and some smiles too.
Some of us were on tenderhooks getting down the track. Another smile.

Attended an Event with geo friends in the area not too far away so thought we try and get these caches before the weather gets to hot.
I think we must have parked in the best place as we saw a few puffing walkers and their 4 legged friends.
A few very steep sections for me as I haven't fully trained my new knee on hills. Most of the caches were easily found. Log signed and cache replaced as found and a bonus workout. TFTC

Having attempted this series back in December 2020 without finding this particular cache or the final based on some assumptions, I thought perhaps it was time to try again. Luckily today I found this cache & hopefully have the correct number for A in the final GZ calculation. TFTC
This afternoon after work, I suggested to [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) that we should take a walk in Banks Street Reserve, which wasn't too far from home. We only had a short duration before it was to get dark, so we focused on a small circuit around the western side of the reserve. Loke most suburban reserves, we enjoyed the bushland's tracks, and looking forward in returning here to explore further.
After following the trails around the reserve, we then left the track to walk through the scrub to arrive at GZ. This cache took a little to find, as there were a few places that matched the hint, but eventually, we made the find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks BastiansQuest for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. Unfortunately, I forgot to answer the question of the *Bush Turkey Bash* mystery cache, so it looks like I will need to return here once again.

The hint was not much help to me sorry, just not my genre! Despite this, I soon had the cache in hand after broadening my search beyond my initial suspected target.
