Logs
First to Find in 2024,. Not a great spot to place a cache, tea tree's cutting grass, mud and mozzies, right on a blind corner not a good one for kids or older kids, recommended wear jeans and long shirt for future , T1 left a diamond
I parked a short distance away well off the road which seemed a little busy at times. The cache was found reasonably quickly once the GPSr had settled down. It was a pity about the muddy water in the ditch between the road and cache. Thanks to Ornursie for the cache.
I admit I thought twice before pulling over on the verge. There's been so much rain getting bogged was a real possibility. The cache was located quickly and even my shoes remained dry after finding a log to jump on to pass the puddle. The cache was located quickly and in good condition. Watch out for logging trucks. Tftc
Suscoe was up early this morning for the trip home.
We left Sale not long after the sun had peeped over the horizon.
It was a cool start but as the day passed by the sun got a little warmer.
We enjoyed the caches that we were after this morning.
Some traditionals, an Earth Cache, an Adventure Lab and a couple of Multis in the mix as well.
The Gippsland countryside is a delight.
Thanks to Ornursie79 for this hide, all good here today.

Found easy, super dangerous spot for parking and geokids, recommend parking on the side road a wee bit further up.
I think other commuters thought it was a pit stop. Not a great place to park the car and definately not kid friendly. Tftc.
We parked our oversized vehicle well up the road away from the corner. Yes, the cars whiz by. After a night camping in the bush we enjoyed this road to travel an area that is reasonably familiar, and on our way back to the highway. Happy to make this stop and find your cache. Thanks.
Second log for this one. The first did not register. Found it no worries although the tree had been trimmed so the ground was cut up. Made it a bit muddy for the day and we were concerned the cache was lost. Parked the car a bit up the road in a safe location and on the way back a nice young copper stopped on his way through just to check were OK. Did not turn a hair when we told him we were geocaching and wanted to know if we found it. Left a pathtag. Thanks for the cache.
A quick caching run with my son after breakfast whilst staying at the in-laws. Just a couple of caches before they wake up.
A really poor cache placement. No real place to pull over, a blind bend and cars doing 100 k/hr.
No fun at all. we went back home after finding this.

Found on our way out of town after perusing the antiques. May I suggest NOT parking in the grass on the same side as the cache as if it weren't for the 4WD capability of our vehicle we would be bogged ro the axles. Tftc
Quick find and onto the next. Rain has stopped and it's good weather again. Thanks
TFTC. we are camped at Willow Park so though the we should attempt the local caches before we go. Parking was ok, but a bit tight. probably better to park a bit further up the road and walk back.
Found it after searching in the wrong place for a little bit. Took the army man and left a bouncy ball.
Nice cache, but everything seemed weird. How is a container so damaged but the contents still good. TFTC TNLN.
Camped at Gormandale after returning from Tasmania. Out for a few caches today. Seventh for the day, quick find, cache container is damaged but contents all good, coordinates were 8 meters off. Took nothing, left nothing. TFTC
Straya Day Weekend - 60 Caches - A Guy, a Gal and a Boy - Great Family Day
We decided after a two year absence of serious caching that we need to get out more and gather some finds. Today had us heading East towards Rosedale and Longford before having lunch at Sale, we then tacked the Gifford series before having dinner at Yarram at the pub and heading home.
Nary a cache evaded us, and our competitive juices flowed and we couldn't be separated at the end of the day with 18 finds each, with a few joint finds.
Thank you for all the hiders for their efforts.
Katy and Campbell jumped out to find, Katy coming up trumps!!

What an interesting re-use of this contaqiner, we believe that this type of container would be a first for us. SL TFTC
Thanks for the replacement cache! Found with ease after finding a slightly treacherous place to stop. A better place would be at the nearby intersection with only a short walk to GZ. The cows from the paddock nearby came to say hello too!

###**CACHE OWNER PLEASE NOTE**###

This cache would seem to have had some welcomed action on behalf of the CO by a Good Samaritan - 'Phetlern', and it lives for another day.
However, the maintenance responsibility rests with the CO, and even though the issue has been addressed, the onus is on the CO to check that all is as it should be. If the CO does not maintain the listing it can be de-listed (Archived).
You need to Enable the cache - see here: [**Temporarily Disable and Enable**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235) and then remove the "Needs Maintenance" attribute by logging a "Owner Maintenance" log - see this Help Centre article: "[**Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon.**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404 )" .
Because of the Needs Maintenance' attribute it is still appearing on my listings - **I've Enabled the cache and removed the NM for you this time.**
Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be warmly welcomed by all seekers, and your future assistance in this aspect of geocaching will be greatly appreciated.

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
This cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.
The guidelines advise that the CO should make regular visits to check on the cache as well as promptly address any logs that indicate that the cache requires some attention. You need to disable the cache if you cannot attend to it promptly - I have disabled it this time.
**Can you respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) by 24th June please?**
If you cannot respond to the situation as requested, please add a note to the cache page detailing the situation **and providing an actual date when you expect the situation to be resolved.** This is to allow others to understand the what is happening - as well as - to prevent the cache from being de-listed as abandoned.
Have a read of the [**Geocache Maintenance guideline**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) which explain a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.
I also want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing this cache up and running in the future.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [**Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [**Temporarily Disable and Enable**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

Found after a short search. Replacement log is ok however container needs replacing badly.
Found container in poor condition, log rotted but dry. Replaced the log but suggest a new container and log.

On our way to Maffra so decided to take the scenic route and pick up a couple of caches along the way. Made a quick stop here, SL and on our way again. TFTC
Was a bit worried to park on this part of the road, but a quick grab an sign and a smiley face for our efforts. TFTC
I know that commuting can give you the Sh!t$ !! [:o]
But isn't this taking it too far ??
I wasn't keen on exploring the roadside and delve into the bowels !! [xx(]
Everything turded out nicely though [^]
And while there wasn't a convenient *stool*,
I soon tracked down the cache
TFTC.

Calypso62 & I were on the way home after attending the Melbourne Mega Event. As on the way down, we stopped to find caches on the way, this being one such cache. Sorry it took so long to log this event. SL TFTC.

Geotooter and I had travelled south to attend the Melbourne Mega Event. We are now on the journey home and finding a few caches on the way. This was one of them. Thanks for placing this cache and adding to my global geocaching experiences.
Cheers!

Out on a quick trip to collect some previously unfound caches with kyabbott and my newest geobaby today and happily was able to collect this one along the way. It took a little bit of effort to find a suitable parking spot and jog in the rain to the hiding spot, but luckily it was a nice quick find and log is in good condition. Thanks for bringing us along this picturesque road and for the cache!
Our last stop on a round-trip to Gormandale for a spur of the moment caching adventure with Kato Potato and our newest geocaching convert; her four week old son. Not really confident of finding a safe place to park, there was a bit of a walk back to the cache which Kato quickly located and signed. TFTC ornursie72.
Found this one on the start of my caching holiday. It was night and I battled road works and rough ground but I came and I conquered this one. I am doing a caching challenge cache in NZ that requires me to find isolated caches and this one helped towards that cache. Signed log but didn't swap anything today.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
