Out for the day with nikid1 & we headed to the Southside for some caching before attending tonights event. I love this area & the bridge. There was no one around except a guy climbing a tree nearby & his onlooker. We spent way more time here than we should of searching all manner of places. Read through some past logs for some inspiration & then spied something that required further investigation & found the cleverly concealed cache. TFTC Imbunda
GC56F5B The Charlie Buckler Memorial SportsgroundIts a Thursday off work so Im out caching with KerriMG. Decided to hit the southside today. Was a guy climbing a tree nearby which is usually us doing strange things in parklands. We went to walking around in circles. KerriMG made the find. Clever. TFTC Imbunda
This was meant to be my last stop for the evening, and I had hoped for it to be quick, however, I spent far too long searching for this cache. I first searched the structure meticulously, as I had already a preconceived idea and its coordinates accurately pointed to its location. However, after searching along and from below with no sight of the cache, strategy #2 was then following my GPSr towards another area and searching around there. It was only then that I read the hint for the first time, and was in contrast to my suspicion. More searching and dodging of spider webs, and I was about to give up when I spotted something suspicious in a usual spot. A nice hide, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Mi11ers for the cache placement, and [Imbunda](https://coord.info/PRA3T0H) for its ongoing maintenance.----------This evening after assisting with the kids' bedtimes, I headed out to Redland Bay with the lure of a newly published geocache. There were concerns of impending rain, but despite taking a rain jacket, I hobbled around with just a light jumper as I jogged around the different park paths. A couple of hours were spent geocaching under torchlight, and as fatigue set in, it was time to return home to prepare for work the following day.
I was planning on heading to Coochiemudlo today. I havent been there since moving to Brisbane some 20 odd years ago. Well the parking was non existent and of all days I decided to come when the Brissie to the Bay bike event was on. So I decided to just sightsee and explore the walking tracks. In all I managed to pick up 7 caches before braving the traffic to head home. I loved the hide so awarding a fav point TFTC
After a DNF I have checked on this cache and it's still in place. I have updated the co-ords to give a more accurate reading. The last person says they checked the original co-ords but I don't know how as it's out there behind the fence.
directions very confusing! tried to find wasnt sure if coordinates were right went to both the old and new place
Coordinates changed from:S 27 36.455 E 153 17.557Coordinates changed to:S 27 36.457 E 153 17.607Distance from original: 269.8 feet or 82.2 meters.I had to move cache due to the ongoing work going on in the area. There is absolutely no access to the former GZ.
Replaced cache but I had to move it 78 mtrs because of all the work going on nearby.
Back home now after a couple of months away so will replace this cache in the next week. Will have to move it as too much works going on around GZ and it will be a while until it's completed.
Will be back home in Queensland in 2 weeks so I will check on the progress in the area. If it's still a mess I will relocate the cache.. Thank you
Checked this one out and it's still a mess, fenced off and machinery everywhere. I have a new cache to replace the last one and will endeavour to find a new place tomorrow otherwise I will move it when I return from Leap Year in SA and the Mega.
I am temporarily disabling this cache aa there is so much work going on there I thought it was just a drainage upgrade but it appears to be more than that. I will recheck again in the new year.
out and about on a lovely day No rain Sad I dont think its there any more was with a previous finder Thank you Imbunda adopted from Mi11ers 1/12/2020 for placing this cache for my enjoyment
I spent far too long looking in the wrong direction! Definitely not a cache to seek when the doggos are around. An ‘attractive’ container.

Checked this one out today and it's still in the same place that it was when I placed it there. Cache on.
Checked on rhis one today and it's still in the same place that I left it. Good luck
I will have to admit that I didn’t have a thorough search here so I didn’t look out of place but the last log had me worried that the cache was taken away. Thanks anyway
just found this epic geocache!!! however there was a strange man taking pictures of me whilst i was geocaching with my boyfriend. (24m) (me 16f) and was questioning us as we walked by about geocaching!! and also asked us to take our socks and shoes off??? we are new to this community and are not sure if this is somthing regular to happen within it. very cool find though i have taken it home with me
I came today to find my first geocache, admittedly, not my best effort trying to find it but nothing was sticking out
Found finally! Cute little container. Pen wasn't working, so I will have to come back and fill it in sufficiently next time. TFTC Imbunda !
Checked this one out on the 6th March and it was missing so I replaced it and it's all good to go now. Try not to search for it when the Dog Park is full or lots of sport taking place eg Tennis or Football. Happy Caching.
I genuinely think this cache might be missing.
Came out on 3 separate occasions, got clues from CO and another geocacher, and still cannot find it. Ran into some kids who were also looking for it, and they have been stuck on it for over a week.
I know I am a new geocacher, but I made sure to check what type of container I'm looking for, and have scaled the location for 3 hours in total to no avail.
Would be really curious to see if cache is still here or not. Otherwise, it's hidden too well and may need its difficulty increased (if that's possible).

Looked for 45 minutes and came up empty. Coords had us next to the fence? Another geocacher said don't look in the trees, and that threw us off. Will have to attempt another day, but all clues point to nothing.
Tricky find! Coordinates correct but hint not helpful. Enjoyable cache though
TFTC!
TFTC!
The last cache for us today as we need to return to our duties, but it has been great to get out and about. This can be considered to be a quick cache to find if you look for it from the right direction, it practically jumps out at you. SL TFTC
Not a great start to getting back into the caching world, extremely rusty and couldn't locate this one.
I was running out of time, could pin point anything to fill in a log. will ponder over that hint for a bit...
will return, to try and get back into the caching game!

After the hint and picture gave us the bum steer we took a seat and admired the trees and cleared our mind of the blackness and found it
No luck this time, I think I’m not skilled enough lol
I’ll try again in the next few days

Thanks. Good find. Not where we imagined it would be. Wondering if it is not in its original position? Coordinates right though so I am probably wrong.

Came back where 2 days in a row and didn’t find anything, too many spider webs
This was my very first cache It was raining and there was a lot of wreckage so probably wasn’t the best day to go but me and my sisters were eager to find it. We walked all through the mud only to figure out it was in a pile of bushes we couldn’t get to, we couldn’t see it but we were pretty sure it was there. Hopefully we can get it next time
Third time lucky?
How I wish!
Walked away again
Another miss!
This cache has again eluded
Another time will be concluded

No luck for us today. We looked at the co-ords listed down as the caches co-ords, and we also looked at the co-ords that have recently been posted up and found nothing but prickly bushes. Lots of droopy prickly bushes. Did I say prickly bushes? We kept getting weird looks from the people in the dog park as we ducked into bushes, bums in the air, and then we came out and went back in again multiple times over about 20 mins. Thankfully it was a female with 2 kids acting suspiciously - mind you everyone that arrived at the dog park, seemed to leave almost as quickly as they arrived. Perhaps a hint on this one? I'm sure others have looked and haven't bothered to log a DNF. Cachers have been around Redland Bay logging finds since Feb. Thanks for the hunt.
House sitting for friends so in the area for a few days and decided to leave the dogs for a few hours and cache. Have looked here before so came back today. I was about to give in again when geohubby made the find! I’m quite sure I also looked there!!! Thanks Imbunda and Mi11ers for the cache.
I've moved the cache to S27 36.455 E153 17.557 a distance of about 6 mtrs as it is now a Nano until I have a new cache like the old one. It will return to old spot when completed.
The Charlie Buckler Memorial Sportsground was transferred from Mi11ers to user Imbunda
In the process of replacing.. will change co-ordinates slightly to stop it going missing.

Sadly a DNF for us today.
EatAllThePie & I were hoping to find this one seeing as he plays tennis here sometimes, but unfortunately we were out of luck today.
Had a good look, so it’s either MIA or hidden pretty dang well!

Couldn't find this one... Extension of the carpark nearby will go through the dog park next to GZ (if I recall correctly), so just a heads up this cache may be removed by construction
Found on a Sunday drive in the area.
The field was wet from the recent rain.
Thank you for placing this geocache Mi11ers

I wasn’t expecting this kind of container. Very clever. A previous finder had left the log jammed in on top of the zip lock bag instead of inside it so I fixed it up. Thanks for the cache
My friends and I were collecting sticks for a fire, we almost put it in our pile for fire wood once we realised what it is !! Thankyou!
A previous log had us thinking we might drop a trackable. No room for that though! TFTC
Was surprised to see the last entry on the actual log was in early May... oh well... and that last photo leaves nothing to the imagination...
Replaced the snap lock bag....
Thanks Mi11ers for a well crafted cache...

Great hide. Love the effort of the camo. Got lucky and found it quick. The clue is literally true.

This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 28 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

Ah would be nice when it was there, because we came to visit family here. We came overseas from Holland.
Sorry, I’m a previous finder. I came by today and couldn’t see it. It is very likely buried under the mulch but could use a check. Thank you.
No luck for us here today. It looks like the mulch is relatively fresh and no sign of any logs
