The easiest duck cache so far. No1 for the day. A couple is sitting behind us but luckily busy with the seagulls and fish & chips. Very windy today!!!actually I am just reading many people did not find it recently. It was very visible from far away, definitely not level4 difficulty so it would be best to check it out, might have been muggled or something.
Another DNF for Elrin and I. Unfortunately our free time lined up to being on a Saturday (never good for peaceful, quiet caching) on a long weekend (hahaha yeah, enjoy being stared at by EVERYONE). We had a cursory look, but after being asked twice what we were doing we decided to bail and leave it for a week day.
After also DNF'ing on Blackwall Memories we decided a little pick me up was in order, so we had icy poles and killer pythons from the nearby cafe. And then, onward!

Had a pretty good look at this one last night and eventually gave up. Had a good idea where It was but couldn't see it
Will be back in the daylight thanks Duck

Quick found with Bissra crew after an unsuccessful hunt in Blackwall Memories. SLTFTC Mr Duck
Nice day to come to the riverside. Found this one with less trouble after struggling at Blackwall Memories. Thanks Duck43.
Found it with the Bissra crew, we were so lucky that no muggle was around the GZ. TFTC Duck43
Found on the sand. I placed the cache in a safe but very un-duck place - I had no idea where it should be. It needs some attention!
This cache was on the sand and a little wet. I placed it in a safe but very un-duck place - I had no idea where it should be. Duck 43, I think you need to make a visit.
Another great hide along the river. This morning I feel sharp and a bit lucky, so it was a quick find here. With lots of potential spaces I could have been here for hours. TFTC duck 43
Megawat60 and I decided to do this one before Mini-Maldives, "so if we dont find it, we can have another go at it after walking the Spit".
Not too many muggles on this weekday.... we looked in a lot of places as Garmins would not settle today. Finally I looked in one spot and that was the lucky spot! Very happy!
TFTC duck 43!

After not such a good start up at the memories, I lay on the sand searching but she had it fairly quickly.
Thanks duck 43
Thanks duck 43
TFTC. Had to be sneaky with the mugglea about. Great hide duck43. So simple yet still awesome
Had a quick look whilst out caching with avreno and 2n's but too many muggles to have a proper search.

had a real quick look with Avreno and Conaid but way too many muggles for a proper look.
Despite the cache being placed in upside down and a little difficult to remove. We made the find. TFTC.
After an awesome week of caching down Albay way with ~Tango~ and only getting back yesterday, I packed up the car again today and headed northwards. Second visit here, but this time gz was some distance from where we were looking last time. Had to use our best stealth mode whilst here too as it was pretty popular with the muggles today - even had a wedding taking place under the trees to the east of gz. Happy to have my smiley for this one now. Thanks duck_43
We arranged to spend the morning here with the geo grandkids. Got here before 8.30 and had the place to ourselves, luckily as it turned out, as it took us a while to find it. Very nice one. TFTC
catching up with Ricklinks and iluvtrekking for another day of geocaching in the new year, It was a clever hide here...TFTC
Arrived at 8am thinking we'd be here before the muggles arrived but there were still quite a few in the carpark. Sorry to inform you duck 43 but difficulty is a bit over rated for this cache. Although you recently replaced the cache, muggles had signed the log sheet before us - at least they put the container back!!
Found on another beautiful morning on the river. We thought that we may have been the first names in the new logbook but some muggles beat us to it. Thanks duck 43, we thought is was a good camo too. [xx(]
Replaced on Christmas day. Place crawling with muggles. Best to avoid on public holidays and hot weather.
Came to Point Walter this afternoon with my niece and mum (S's grandma). We had to help S with some projects - life at boarding school is pretty tough with no one to assist with projects. Then we headed nearby to enjoy an ice cream and a muffin. After enjoying the masses of swans nearby and watching a few water skiers, I convinced S to help me look for this cache. She's a bit "cool" to cache these days, but needn't have worried because, while she was still sauntering to GZ, I had found the cache. No explanation for why I searched unsuccessfully for an hour previously yet logged an instant find today. My GPSr showed 3m from GZ and the hide was very routine when compared to what I was expecting. Thanks for another hide duck43; I wasn't prepared with swaps today but this cache is certainly big enough to hold some "treasures".
My aunty bribed me with icecream to search for this cache but in the end she found it as soon as she arrived at GZ so I was saved the embarrassment of being seen by some fellow boarders sitting near the cache. Thanks duck 43 for hiding this cache. It is very close to my school.
Took a while early on a lovely Sunday morning. Cache deserves the 4.5 difficulty rating and wasn't where I expected it to be - another tricky Duck.
Had a long look with Garmin GPS. Went off to find other caches in the area. Came back and tried with the iPhone app. Found the well camoflauged container. Thanks duck43.
Had to call in a hint for this one, an excellent hide to introduce new caching friends to!
Found by Mrs CDM261 with dazndky while visiting with them in Perth.
Another great Duck_43 cache.
Another favourite.

With the successful trip to the Mini Maldives complete we simply could not resist another 'duck' hunt. Amazingly within a minute or so of arriving at GZ Daz spotted the hide. Thankfully all muggle eyes were watching the paddle boarders come ashore which provided the perfect cover to retrieve the container, sign the log and make the re-hide in quick time. Another great duck43 cache in a fantastic location deserves yet another fav point from us. Found with Mrs CDM261; TFTC.
TFTC! Found after finding the new prospector multi cache which I can highly recommend.
Was a good hide here and was made a wee bit easier after a hint from the CO. Thanks duck. Have a fav.

I picked the wrong side to search as barnzy12 had the cache in hand at arms reach. TFTH
Had an extensive search before watching my niece's drama performance at the nearby school but clearly my search wasn't extensive enough. Maybe another time.
TFTC - a great camo - enjoyed the hunt on a pretty miserable Perth afternoon but therefore no muggles!!!!
Tftc. Sl. No muggles on a wet day. Found with fellow cacher while out for a coffee.
Ahhh the serenity! And the simplicity. This was one of the more simple Duck 43 hides I've found, but that doesn't mean it was easy to find. Third time lucky on this one.
I was out with the geohubby today on a duck run. I had 5 duck 43 caches to find and im happy to say they were all found but not without a bit of searching. I had a DNF at this one but today i found this one quite quickly as there was no muggles around. TFTC duck 43 A fav point from me
Went for an early morning paddle to the nearby earth caches for my last August souvenir. Not many muggles around at this time so took the opportunity to have a look for this one. This one had me ducked for about 20 minutes. Logs didn't help initially, till one indicated I should trust my gps. GZ was spot on, but in usual duck fashion a usual cache was very cleverly hidden. Then I had to retrieve.
Glad to have signed this one off after such a long search.

Dodging the rainy weather today, Point Walter was our first destination... We initially wanted to walk along the sandbar first, but the tide was still quite high, so we set our sights on this cache instead
This cache was a lengthy search & the muggles that came and go did not help one little bit... Our GPS'rs had us searching another object & we had given the area a thorough going over, when Jase decided to search just a little away from there... A quick "found it" was bellowed out & then came the challenge of retreiving it [^]
TFTC duck 43 Oh so sneaky, such a normal type cache but of course with your special touch makes it oh so evil too

Went for a lovely run along Blackwall Reach and tackled this on the way back. So tricky, as there are so many possibilities. Given the sunshine, there were muggles aplenty who must have wondered why that woman was doing her stretches in that particular spot, for such a long time. Grrrr. One for another day.
Very clever!! Dropped one geokid at her Tudor and took the other 2 for a look, have been for a previous look with no luck iPhone had me a little off so had done some homework reading previous logs, my Iphone had me right at GZ today for a relatively quick find TFTC!! Fav point awarded!!

I was frustrated on several previous visits by the proliferation of muggles, but when I arrived this time, I met up with Cartrev who subsequently spied the cache. Thanks for another clever cache in a scenic spot.
Wow! First time we have looked for this one and we found it. Duck caches usually involve a few visits before we find them! Great to meet up with Yonnie33 who saw us searching and came over with a big smile and asked had we found it yet?? Swopped stories ................meeting like minded people is one of the things we like about geocaching. Thanks Duck

[Red]Tried this one with Gaz from Gaz'n'Kab, another DNF on a duck 43 cache. They sure are tough!
Thanks anyway duck 43.[/Red]

I decided to go out for a couple of hours to find some caches that have been on my to do list but i never seem to get there. I managed to avoid most of the showers and only got wet once.
searched for about 15 minutes but couldnt find the cache TFTH duck 43

After yesterday we came back today with the changed coordinates and found nothing. Looked further west again and the most likely spot and soon found the cache.
Thanks duck 43 for the cache.

4.00 pm. I couldn't resist on such a beautiful day, on our way home from freo, to hunt for this one. After 10 mins I admit that I read the hint. After another 15 minutes using the hint which appeared to be quite visible at ground zero, I was getting frustrated. I continued my search wider, knowing my iPhone might not be accurate. After 15 mins east, no luck. After 15 mins west, the kids were feeding and patting a beautiful black swan, and I was still patting the wall. Finally with a different tact and view further west I found the sneaky little hint and then cache! Rediculously hard if you don't see the hint so make sure you replace it well. Again, very sneaky! A devil of one I thought.
Just noticed change In coordinates!! TFTC.

We came, we looked, we patted the swan, we dodged muggles, we looked some more, but we didn't find the cache. Perhaps we will have better luck next time with the updated coordinates, though I am not overly confident as there are soooooo many hiding spots and soooooooooooo many muggles too. Another day....
Gave it ten minutes before I had to leave for lunch at a mates place. Need one find for this Perth trip but couldn't get it here. Will be back in two weeks. GZ placed me in a spot with a significant number of possibilities as you will see when you get there. A
More opportune time will be needed to avoid the constant stream of muggles!

*FTF* at about 4.30pm after searching for a long time. For the first hour or so that I was at GZ, I couldn't search very well due to the concentration of muggles. After a while Team AusDan turned up. We both searched for quite a while and we talked about our experiences of duck hides as muggles arrived and muggles left. Eventually, I came up with the cache just as I was about to give up ... there was no log book, so I dropped a couple of log sheets in and we signed one of them. Thanks for another challenging hide duck 43
Caught up again with Firnsy, which is always a good thing:) We discussed all the possibilities considering where we were standing. They were endless. We had a number of people looking at us in curiosity including an extremely tame Black Swan. In the end Firnsy came up with an extremely well earned FTF. Great hide. Thanks Mr Duck for another hide. My wife and I were only discussing this morning we hadn't see you for a while. It's good to have you back. Team AusDan.
