Thought I'd better check it out after the last DNF. Cache was still there however a new subdivision is where the track used to be. A new house is about to be built within metres of gz so time to go
The track here is closed for a few weeks, there was heavy machinery working nearby, so I will come back another time
First thing I touched while searching for the cache - and I held it in hands. I was lucky since I hit a muggle free time slot. Thanks for the nice cache at a gorgeous place and the nice disguise!

After 2 days of rain at St Arnaud curtailed geocaching it was good to get to the coast and better weather. A quick find here. TFTC
Found it, literally been staring me in the eyes for too long but got there in the end haha
We decided it was long past time we visited this "neck of the woods" to change some green to yellow on our geocaching map.
I remember back to when there was just one visible house in Little Kaiteriteri, how times change.
Thankfully it wasn't mid summer as we plodded up to this one, taking in the fabulous views as we went.
While I looked in one area Hazedarus was retrieving the cache from another.
Thank you paddle_chick.

Kaiteri and surrounds seem to be a permanent subdivision where one tries to outdo the other. With the stunning views the popularity is not surprising. The cool breeze was most welcome on this sunny spring day while we worked our way up the track. We met just one muggle-jogger early on and with the houses locked up we had this piece of paradise to ourselves. The waterproof paper proved a winner and the formalities were soon taken care of before returning to the car while enjoying the views. Thank you paddle chick
enjoyed the walk
searched around, wasn't long before we were signing the log
love the container

Phew! It was hot getting up here today, but the view from the top made it worthwhile. I almost overlooked the well camouflaged container and was glad for a quick find as a procession of walkers happened by just after I put the cache back.
Met some other walkers going up as I was coming down; they were planning a longer walk around the whole walkway.
I bid them good luck and farewell before heading back to the car for a drink!.
Thanks to the CO for the reason to come along here today.

Phew. A good run to find this one before heading back to Nelson. Seem to be following my friends Arandee a day later!
We wandered up the hill on a very hot clear morning, really cracker day to be here, thanks paddle chick.
Had to take photos and wait some time while another tourist admired the views before we could hunt for this one.
Amazing cache! Have been wanting to find a cache like this ever since I saw them online. Thanks for the cache
We were at Dummy's Beach for the afternoon with family & friends. A short hike up to a lovely look-out. Took a few minutes to find. Thanks for the cache.
What a brilliant day to be up here admiring the views. The cache took awhile to find at GZ as we were convinced on one particular spot. We read a few logs and sure enough it was very close to our GZ. Thanks for the cache
Had a good look and also didn't find it. Oh well the view was great so not a total loss.
Watch your step on the path, I took a tumble which didn't do my Garmin any good, it now has nasty scratches on the case, Also my shoulder and arm took a hit as well.

After another uphill walk, it was a long and prickly search before we eventually found this cache. A spectacular view though. TFTC
We enjoyed the walk up here, the view and the chat with a nice lady. But unfortunately we didn't find the cache. All we found was an empty container with sticking paper around and a red stamp showing a womans shoe.
Find #2439 while on a 5-day explore of the Tasman district. Set out this morning from Motueka on the "Great Taste Cycle Trail", a very pleasant ride out, flat until a couple of hills on the road to Kaiteriteri and the Mountain Bike Park. Very quiet here this morning and a glorious day. A few folk booking trips on the Abel Tasman tourist boats.
Had breakfast at the waterfront cafe, then continued around the coast to Little Kaiteriteri. Watched the kids getting sailing lessons on the water; left the bike at the bottom of the hill to take the walkway through to Dummy's Bay. Great views from up here. Cache quick to find, then traversed across the paddock to the trig for more views. SL TFTC

Found it. Loved the cache. It blended in so well it took a few minutes to find. Found it with Guns4Hire.
Out caching with the whole family today. A really nice walkway we had never visited before. Stunning views along the way. Cache soon spotted and retrieved. Favorite point added.
Thanks paddle chick for the cache.

Really great camouflage. Luckily we had the right idea very soon otherwise it might have been a long search. TFTC
Approached from Little Kaiteriteri beach carpark track. Good views and easy find. Tftc
Found by our youngest who was very excited. Great spot. We didn't bring a pen unfortunately. Tftc
I took a pleasant walk from Cederman Drive, through the ex farmland across to the walkway. Amazing views in every direction. TFTC .
Nice and easy runnning there and grab the cache, no muggles around that day

We saw 2 other people only on the track, and that was near the houses, so we had GZ to ourselves today. I was still considering suitable hiding spots, when StreetWalker spotted the cache.
Great views from here and well worth another cache on the walkway. TFTC.

#7759. There were great views from GZ on a sunny winter day. There weren't too many potential hiding places, and it didn't take me long to put my hand on the cache. TFTC.
Found on a nice day in the area. My pen did not want to work all that well on the log. Did manage abit of a red scribble

Found a few early morning caches in Mot and then headed to Marahau for a couple of new caches there. Decided to stop and try to find this one on my way home. GPS routed me to a good parking place less than 200m from the cache. Wandered past the trig to GZ. This is a busy track. Even on a weekday morning in winter, I had to wait for two lots of muggles coming from both directions before the coast was clear and i could find the cache. Not a problem really as I could just stand back and enjoy the views while I waited. TFTC, Biggles.
We thoroughly enjoyed the return visit along this walkway for a cache. Stunning views on this lovely calm winter afternoon. TFTC #5870
We parked at Stephens Bay and opted for the longer walk to the cache. We admired the views from the trig station first which proved to be a bad move as muggles moved in just as we arrived and were set on staying. So back to Stephens bay for a picnic lunch - then we parked much closer and returned. We knew roughly were to look and SoBad had a quick find where we had determined the GZ area had to be. Lovely day for the walk, picnic and cache.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Helped build one of the nearest houses to here....always wondered about a cache at the trig, never got round to it!
Yip, this track is very busy in summer. So it should be. Great spot.
cache easily found. thanks
