Hi Nudge74,

The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.

Yesterday I departed Brisbane on my way south to spend Christmas with some relatives in Vincentia, NSW. I had allowed myself a few days of relaxed travel, which gave me plenty of time to do some caching along the way. Having camped in my car in Coffs Harbour overnight, I was up at daybreak to continue the journey south, pausing for a stop at this cache.

A few cars drove past as I scrabbled around GZ hunting for the cache. Hopefully they did not see me and wonder what I was up to! The cache was soon located safe and well and stamped my name in the logbook. TFTC

hatzofff and I are in Kempsey for a few days caching with Snickersallan. We stopped by to check out your cache .

Hatzofff found a leach on a very waterlogged sheet, so we put in a new log sheet in a plastic bag.

Log signed and cache replaced as found at 4:56 pm on 17 March 2019. TFTC, Nudge74.

We came two evenings ago and it was getting too dark to see. We are from Canada and our sense of direction is a bit turned around! We came by today at mid afternoon and seeing a dead red belly black on the roadway caused us some angst as we sought the troll's cache...SL TFTC - no live snakes were seen in this hunt and container was replaced as found!!!

We missed this cache too on our previous visit, but again with local knowledge found a parking place close by.
While we were looking for a cache in the usual places our brother spotted a container floating in the creek between some sticks. We managed to successfully retrieve it but it was completely full of water and the contents of course completely saturated. There was no drying or out on a day like today so we got rid of as much water as we could, signed our names on a new sheet of paper, and returned the cache to where it possibly should have been.

Headed over with GeelongCats and LookSkycacher to look for the cache before supper. Made our way to this one and located the likely host. Checked over the potential spots and one seemed to be most likely. Took a bit of maneuvering to get into position but the cache was finally retrieved! Cache and contents in good condition! SL TFTC!

When I went log the find for this cache I did become a little confused (at first), as I had placed a note on my GPSr saying that I had found it at 2000, 11/4/2014; but then I noticed that the cache code was GC52777, which was for a cache that I did find then! Doh!
I think it would have been a lot drier then tho, as it is rather muddy and boggy at the moment. Which was also shown by having to tip out as much water as the container could hold !!! As a result the log was wet, but with a gel pen I was able to scratch my name/date on it before being eaten by mosquitoes.
Unable to leave a CSM, tho the cache did seem to be a distance from GZ, but the name gave it away.
Found and retrieved @ 1800, GAFF1
Will add a book mark for the Challenging Cache elective #4

We have spent a full day of caching itravelling from Coffs Harbour to South West Rocks.
We found such a variety of caches hidden by numerous cachers. Some great locations & scenic lookouts. We have loved doing this area.
Not good parking herefor a caravan. I found it easier to get to the cache from the other side of the bridge, the crek was dry so could get down & under easier.
Thanks for placing this cache Nudge74

15-Sep-14
This poor old cache needs some attention. I waited until the guy across the road finished putting the bins out then I went below.

The log and container are full of water.

Dried things out the best I could but it is really in a bad way.

Thanks

Found while headed home from Toormina for work. Walked past it before my GPS settled and turned out OK. Potential for lots of mud here. Thanks Nudge74.
Cheers from Browngang

14-Jul-14
Found at 3:44 PM GAFF5 in the company of Browngang. Our last cache for the day on a quick run to Sawtell and back to Port Macquarie which took 5 hours and about 250 kms travelling [xx(]
We saw the bridge as we approached and then it was a matter of finding out which end. My GPSr sent me way over to the furthest end and while I was returning to the other end, Chris was already grabbing the cache. Would hate to do this one when it starts to rain and the whole area becomes muddy [xx(]
Thanks Nudge74.

Another cache find for the day and we are only one away from our 50th find!!!!
