With not being able to drive here myself I have to rely on Mr dimor to bring me here. I decided ages ago I'd archive these caches.
Finally after two knee replacements and not towing anything we were able to pick them up first.
Thanks to all those that have found these Wagerup caches and enjoyed the area.

Today for our geocaching activity TaurusSix and I were firstly attending the CITO in Bunbury before heading out on our geocaching adventures. After the very well organised CITO we decided to take a circular route via the South West Highway and coming back via the Old Bunbury Highway. There are still lots of caches to be had along this route for us to collect. The weather was quite cool and overcast which made it a good day for caching and perhaps not quite such a worry about snakes given the long grass everywhere. The road was crazy busy so lots of stealth needed for parking.
This is our ninth actual cache find of the day along with a CITO. Interesting piece of history the plaque is now actually missing from the from of the rock . The grass was long around gz , so a little bit cautious . Cache quickly located, logged and replaced. TFTC dimor

Day 1 Heading down to Bunbury for WAGB22, collecting smilies as we go, with only a couple of dnfs . Happy to say that this was one of them .. Thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining their caches for others to find , tftc
Still on annual leave and a **SWH...** cache gets published in my name - so of course a little road trip is called for Down the freeway, turn off at Harvey and back up the SWH home Stopped off here on my travels. Sadly not even the plaque remains here now, such a shame. Also lots of broken glass all around so seems to be a bit of a drinking spot for some people. All quiet here today though and thankfully the cache is all ok too. A nice quick find here today. TFTC
There is no ruins remain for the hall , it’s interesting to know there was and people met there. Tftc
Quick find. Lucky to see a train too.
dimor, I found WAGERUP #2 - Hall site today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

Staying in waroona for a few weeks, decided to do some caching while I’m here. Everything in good shape still tftc
The plan for the day was to find as many caches in the South West Highway series and nearby caches to complete a challenge we had been working on. At the end of the day we found 38 caches with only one DNF.
I do wonder why people need to steal plaques.
I do wonder why people need to steal plaques.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for us to enjoy. Out with team adinache getting a few caches to bring our finds for the month to 300 for a certain challenge in Perth. Cleaned up a lot of the Southwest Highway series between Harvey and Pinjarra detouring in around the town of Harvey. We were able to find 32 for the day with 1 DNF.
Found the cache easily once the gps settled. Would’ve been interesting to read the old plaque but it’s been stolen some people

With a unofficial geocaching event in Collie this weekend Meme28 Kapelula and myself hatched a plan to escape the city for the weekend. We started early this morning after staying in collie overnight. Our is aim to find some caches to fill our challenge needs, old caches, high favourite caches and just whatever else takes our fancy. This cache was found in good condition thanks to CO’s for placing these caches for our enjoyment.
Found on the way home after a day out and about caching in Bunbury and Collie with I C Nothing and Meme28. TFTC!
I hind site it was easy but of course I made it look hard! On our way back to Perth caching with Kapelula and ICNothing. Thank you for maintaining these caches.
Finished a job up the road and a quick check of the geo map found this little beauty not too far away. TFTC
Didnt even know this existed - saw a train go by too and the driver waved ( little girl in me was tickled pink) TFTC
Found it. TFTC dimor. It took me a while. I was looking at the decoys. Got it in the end.
Woohoo !!! Found it !!!
Ventured out today to continue the hunt smilies.
This one was on the hit list and turned into a find.
I have to venture quite a bit away from home these days as I’ve cleaned up all the caches close to me but it makes the adventure all the more exciting.

We found this after rummaging in the grassy plants near the back of the marker. Beware of broken glass and broken electrical insulators at the front. You wont see the rubbish until its too late but your fingers will find it.
Cache was looking good and dry. Ready for winter.

Made a meal out of this one and fished around among the debris on the wrong side. A change of scenery and there it was. Tftc, Dimor.
A nice hide.
A lovely day trip to Waroona, Yarloop, Harvey and anything in between cleaning up some caches.

On our way back to Perth after a little holiday in Burekup. We decided to find some geocaches on the way back so we found this one.
Dimor, we found your geocache around 3:00pm on the 12th of April 2017. When we found your cache it was in a great condition and replaced as found.
TFTC!
That brings us to 141 finds now!
Cheers,

Todays caching adventure with M4YB was brought to us by the SWH and the towns it travels through from Pinjarra to Cookernup. Most of the finds were quick and easy with a few lovely LKA caches thrown in to get out of the car and have a stroll around the dead centres of a couple of towns. I ended up with 20finds and 1 DNF which gets me even closer to the wonderful 2000 mark.
A town built on mining, a town long gone due to the progress on mining. Interesting to know that children used to attend school in Wagerup before the Yarloop school was built. Hopefully Yarloop won't disappear like this town has. Nice to see the plaque still present though.

Drove to Waroona to visit some rellies but they weren't home so we went and grabbed some lunch and caches before returning to their house to find them home.
I really loved discovering the remains of a long gone town, so thank you for bringing us here.
Did you place the chairs there?

Mr Luna Maya & myself have been exploring the local areas during our long weekend away at Lake Navarino So much natural beauty with the regrowth starting from the recent bush fires. SL TFTC Dimor & for the interesting history
Hi there dimor - We found WAGERUP #2 - Hall site today - our find # 3767. A quick find while on a day out with the prime intention of finding a few caches and attending the Collie event this afternoon. The cache was found quickly (after the event) and the container and log are in good condition. Thanks to dimor for the cache.
Down in the Waroona area replacing 5 of my caches that were burnt out by the recent fire. This was one of only 2 caches in the area that we hadn't found and was still active. Will be some time before the undergrowth recovers to provide cover for many of the other caches.
Thanks for the cache dimor [^] - we made the find and the cache was in good order and the log dry .
This was find # 1 of 2 and 0 today giving us a total cache count of 3045.

Cache #17 today. I'm not sure how, but this cache miraculously survived the recent fires. The area around is all burnt, but the cache is still in great condition! Be cautions driving through here, there is a lot of damage, and fallen trees over roads etc. TFTC
Checked on this one today while on the way home from Karratha and I'm totally amazed it survived the recent fires tho I'm not sure how
There others in the area have been disabled as they have been destroyed

Easy find. With thanks for the cache from Angus the great GeoWestie and his Carer wo are grey (and white) nomads currently travelling in, and enjoying, WA.
My second find for the day. Thank you. TFTC. Tor and Betsy, the travelling Westies roaming WA at present. We are from Oxenford near the Gold Coast in Queensland and thoroughly enjoying the West.
After a massive week of caching, I still came up short of my target of 300 caches for the month. I decided to duck out today and hopefully grab the 60 odd remaining caches before returning to the Pilbara and work later on in the week. TFTC dimor

Time to have a day out doing a caching run on a cool, sunny winter’s day, exploring the areas between Southwest Highway down to Yarloop and the Peel Inlet! Easy peasy find and time for a coffee and morning tea enjoying the sun.
After a great weekend in Busselton for the WA Goes Big in 2015 Event it was time to head home. We had brought two cars down so I was free to cache my way back to suburbia on my own, without the groans from the muggle wife and daughter.
A pleasant five hour drive picking up some WAGB Arrows, knocking off a blank in the 'Well Travelled Cacher Challenge' (GC3TR3M) and working towards the 'WA Rural Towns Challenge' (GC4GK4Q). Still beat the missus home by two and a half hours, I think there may have been some country shopping on the way for them.
Another stop in a WA Rural Town that I wouldn't have thought of doing but for the challenge cache and I'm I glad I did as this is a very interesting area, I did this one and the nearby 'Postal' It seems the main road used to travel along here, probably been along it when I was a young tacker in the back seat of the XP Falcon.
A quick and easy find in the obvious spot at GZ.

The 16th cab of the rank on our drive to WA Goes Big in Busselton, she had already found some of these but too good an opportunity to miss out while we had the time. Nice little detour here!
Thanks for this clever hide dimor

On our way to the WAGB 2015 Event in Busselton. This was another quick, but interesting find here, I like reading about the buildings of yesteryear that were in country towns. TFTC dimor!
The kids watched the train go by as geo mum found the geo quick smart to claim the smiley. Tftc
After finding Postal just down the track, we had to get this one as well. An easy park and grab. Got to see a freight train as well which made the afternoon for the youngest geoson

Heading to Busselton for work and had grand plans to complete Richlinks " WA Rural Towns Challenge GC4GK4Q" and noticing I required a further 14 towns to meet the requirements. I planned my assault to grab 1 cache from every town between byford and Busselton along the hwy to meet the requirements
Made some great finds with the odd DNF but got #14 in Capel
Sorry to the other travellers dodging this crazy man stopping every 10 kms or so
Would never of known that this place once existed as I have sped past on numerous occasions

Made the find but must admit that I cringed at the loose apostrophes flying round on the sign. Maybe school attendance was optional out here! Thanks dimor
Found it. Love the camo. Have seen it before and was looking for it. TFTC.

(chwiliwr team catch up log)
Chwiliwr had been doing some of the Hotham Valley Rail Trail and then some maintenance on his cache at Harvey before heading back home.
We remembered this cache was around here somewhere but it wasn't in the GPS but we had chwiliwrs tablet with us so was able to get the coordinates from that to make a quick find once at GZ.
Thanks dimor for the cache.

TFTC! Out for a weekend caching run to Bunbury with Cravo10 and ItsKate to complete the South West Highway trail, some Moneybox caches in Capel and of course as many others along the way. Thanks
