I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, lizziejj, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, to address the issue described in the logs.
The cache owner, lizziejj, needs to :
* Return the cache to good health by fixing the problem, re-enabling the cache, and posting an Owner Maintenance log if a Needs Maintenance attribute needs to be cleared. Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to explain the situation and request more time. Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use when you actually repair the cache. Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by lizziejj.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that further information has been provided. If there has been no action to repair the cache or explain the situation, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

Easy find this time with not a muggle in sight. The log is saturated and I was only just able to make a vague impression with my pen. .
In the last couple of days we've travelled from our native Hobart to Launceston for a bit of a Queen's Birthday long weekend getaway. Today we ended up with a three-pronged mission: we began our day with a visit to Royal Park, followed by a bit of a walk at Trevallyn Dam, and finishing up with a bit of caching around Mowbray.
After finding "No MOW in here" (GC86YDJ) we thought we'd head to the shops on Invermay Rd, do a little shopping and track down a couple of caches in the area - this one included. We'd come across four or five caches like this one before, so it didn't cause us much trouble tracking it down.
Unfortunately the log was too wet to sign, so we've taken a photo instead as proof of the find.
Still, it was a good implementation that gave us a little bit of a chuckle, so TFTC!

Found this cache while out and about for the day, this is the first time I have seen this type of cache so it took Me a little while of hunting around to figure it out unfortunately the log was wet and I was unable to write in it so I took a photo instead. Thanks for a super fun cache

found the cache but the log is soaked and need replacing, far too wet too sign. But i took a picture of the log as proof.
I had a good idea of what I was looking for and found a likely spot but there were a few too many people around. Happily, after ducking into the shop to grab a drink I was able to try again, and it was exactly where I'd thought.
Log was quite damp. Signed as WK. TFTC

Mrs frilk and I are on our annual kidless long weekend. We arrived last night and after a great night's rest we set off for a day of walking interspersed with some caching (that was her view...mine was caching interspersed with walking!).

Too many muggles passing for a good hunt so I tried some quick in & outs but came up empty. Will have to come back "after hours" next time.
had a quick look but there were so many muggles, I will have to come back another day.
Up north for tomorrows event, stainless steel rat and I were touring around picking up as many caches as we could. He had found this one before so hung back and let me look. I have a couple of these at home that I still have not placed so as soon as I spotted this I knew it was the cache.
Signed quickly and off we went. Thanks lizziejj, these type of caches are cool

Hello lizziejj thank you for the cache.
A nice quick find in the dark the log was wet so if you want a photo let me know.
I wanted to find some caches so I could get some Hidden Creatures souvenirs that I can proudly display on my profile page that no one will see.
I travelled up from Hobart for this search.

Too many muggles to have proper look, got a good idea where it is but muggles and rain have put paid to our search
I 'bolted' past the supermercado today
And sprinted to GZ !!
Only to find one of the staff taking a ciggie break close by.
While I waited,
I looked around,
and could see where the cache was hidden
As soon as the coast was clear,
I grabbed the cache and claimed a 'smilie'

Hi there lizziejj.
We found your cache **"Electromagnetic Interference"** at 9:55:00 AM today. (This brings our total find count to 18548).
The original plan today was to log a random cache some distance from our camp site, and then find a few more caches using the "next closest" method. We started our journey in Mowbray and had a great day!
We ended up finding a variety of container types and sizes on our journey & found 6 caches (& DNF'd 1).
Thank you for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places to visit on our nomadic wander around Australia. Judging by some of the logs, we guess that there are a lot of people who haven't seen this type of cache before.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
**Note:** The listed trackable "TT around the world" is not in the cache,** (and probably never has been). Could lizziejj (or the Trackable owner) please "Mark the Item as Missing" so it can be removed from the cache inventory. This option is under Actions on the trackable's web page).
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Unlike a rude previous DNF non-finder, the DaFiChNi Team thought this was a fantastic and well placed cache. We enjoyed the challenge and after a thorough search, we had the cache in hand. Thankyou lizziejj for a very well constructed cache, and a favourite point from us.
I'm disabling this cache until I can get up there for a look.
Should be in the next few days.

Nice, easy and quick find. First find for our geomumma Paper is a little soggy but we managed to sign it. TFTC
I love those that are hidden like this. I will say no more, so as not to give it away. Log was very wet so unable to sign. I am a regular in this area, so will try to carry "the necessary" to provide a suitable replacement. Thanks lizziejj!
We were in for a quick visit to Coles and stopped by for this one. I always like this type of hide. There was not paper so we left a temporary log. Thanks lizziejj.
Found the cache but it was waterlogged could not sign. High traffic sight had to pick moment to swoop in.
Found it but couldn't write on the log it was really wet. Might need some new logs. But TFTC
Found this but unable to sign as very damp. I will try and get up here and replace log. I have attached a photo to prove find.
Been meaning to grab this one for weeks but the loading bay was always crawling with muggles. Finally had a chance this afternoon and found a very wet log!!! Signed as best we could. TFTC
