What a shame to see this one go - I’ve checked today and it has indeed gone again. Unfortunately it’s been replaced many times and hidden differently to no avail. Time to free up the area to enable someone else to do a more muggle friendly cache here if they wish!
Given this has not been found since I last replaced it, disabling until I can get there to check. If it’s gone again it may unfortunately be time to archive.
Quite a bit of searching was done with this one, we must’ve searched the entire corner several times over, resulting in a no-go as far as finding the cache.
Alright, this one might need be checked by the owner to make sure it's not been muggled. Third and hopefully last DNF of the day.
(SPOILER: it was not out last DNF of the day)

Cache replaced today, in a slightly different location. Coords will be out (approx 5m to the north) until I can return with my GPSr. Remember, there is no need to enter the garden!

Checked on this one today and couldn't find it so have disabled the listing and will replace once the works in this park are completed.
A lot of work being undertaken nearby. Also looks like the grevillea garden had taken a bit of a beating.
Had to give it a miss cos construction workers are working on the park right now, I didn’t want to be seen looking
I started by looking for the wrong kind of cache, but quickly spied it when I began looking at a different level. TFTC
The clue was good on this one. Found with Whypie on a morning of caching. Quick find and there were lots of nice places to sit and sign the log.
Find number 3910
A nice quick urban park and another quick cache find by Mrs Booo as Mr Booo drove laps around in the geowagon.
Thanks skyebomonkeytown for placing this cache.

Last find for the morning while out strolling around Strathfield with the geokids. Another of our favourite type of camo! Geoboy is getting good at spotting these, he grabbed it before I even told him why we had stopped walking. Log signed and cache returned there was some time left for a play on the equipment before heading home. Glad to have grabbed this one, looks like this park is next in line for an upgrade!
Thanks for the cache SBMT and for a great morning, we have enjoyed all the caches so far and best of all there are still plenty more for us to come back and find another day!!

Azaleas do the grevillea thing to me. I guess getting up close and personal with a whole bunch of potentially unfriendly flora (not to mention fauna) is one of the heartaches and the thousand natural shocks that geo-flesh is heir to.
*Woke up this morning with the sun in my shoes
So I went geocaching - nothing to lose
Grevilleas don't rock
Give us spots and the blues....*
While a little existential melancholy is always neat, actually I had a wonderful morning and ended up smiling like a cheshire cat with cream.
Thank you, skyebomonkeytown!!!!!

Recovering from a lurgy & thought a nice easy walk round some streets would be a safer way to test out my stamina than a bush walk so I ended up in this area.
Nice little park to wander through, nice quick find too. TFTC

An overcast but clearing cool Saturday usually means fewer muggles about. So rode the hybrid out Newington way for some caching along Haslem Creek. Tally for the day: 13 finds, 1 DNF

Remembered there were a few caches without happy faces in the Strathfield area. So returned home via skyebomonkeytown territory. This is the 10th find of the day.
Definitely the easiest find of the day.

After walking through Rookwood from Lidcombe station I made a line for Strathfield station, this the third of four gathered in along the way.
Decided to grab one after work quickly. Parked nearby and soon had CIH. Signed log. TFTC.
Nice quick one while caching in the area. Stopped around the corner from it, initially checked the wrong end but there it was at the other. I like grevilleas, especially some of the orange ones you see in Western Australia. Thanks Skye.
We have returned from Canada to discover a few more Australian caches! What a great way to explore the Land Down Under" ...
Great cache.
Thanks for the fun skyebomonkeytown!
Great cache.

Found this cache at the end of the wall rather than under a tree. Thanks for the cache.
Geocache may have walked a lil to a super obvious spot so I have placed it back under the Gravellia tree. This one was in flower. So beautiful. Tftc

Two weeks in Australia for holidays with Kirdec.
Day 9. 38°C today, too hot for tourism, so we decided to do only cache in drive in the suburbs of Sydney, and only the one which can helped us to smile some challenges !
Multi, regular, some attractive words in title, ... plenty of reasons
Mostly, the caches were found without difficulty, thanks to all the owners for their work.
Greetings from France.

OCW with Mrs A today. Grevilleas need watering .
Most of the series were straight forward finds with the exception of two we had to DNF. There are some great parks in the Homebush/Strathfield area and we enjoyed the series. We also were impressed by the regular maintenance by the CO. TFTC skyebomonkeytown.

Only a few hours ago we were at home in Victoria now with the aide of an aeroplane and hire car we are caching in Sydney in the company of McLookers, doesn't get any better than that! Targeting the caches close to our accommodation we searched with our torches as we located , signed and moved to the next one. Thanks skyebomonkeytown for the Grevillea information and the hide.
There there were some muggles in the park but it was too dark for them to see us! Cache was located quickly by The Tritonz, we signed and replaced. Thanks skyebmonkeytown.

We were in the area for the Gluten Free Expo at Sydney Olympic Park and decided to grab a few caches in the area afterwards. It was a lovely sunny Saturday.
We had to wait for a muggle with two dogs to leave the park before we swooped in for a quick find.

Found.TFTC. Luckily the only muggles in the park today were out of direct sight of the GZ.
Second stop of the day on skyebomonkeytown & I's maintenance trip. A quick drive saw us reach this park, then a short walk to GZ, after at which Skye asked where I thought the cache should be, lol. I pointed "there" to the correct spot, log signed, cache replaced, no grevilleas touched or harmed & off we went.
The cache was not where I left it and I couldn't find it, so replaced it this morning. Cache on!
Had a good look, but no luck. Been a while since this one was last logged. Maybe CO or someone who has found it before could check it?
I think I have seen more of this kind of hide in Strathfield today than anywhere else I have ever been!
A nice instafind on this one.

Did I see grevilleas today? I am not sure, I am not so good on the identification of plants, but no problems identifying this species of cache. Cheers skybemonkeytown
I can't find it, please take a photo of the object and where it is and post it please!!!
A quick find in a very obvious spot! However a non cacher would not think twice about this object!

Found with Kjap92 who made the find. While i was looking reading over the cache page. Straight forward hide in a old favourite container. Walked straight past the cache and didn't see it.

Temporary replacement log in place! Thank you for letting me know it required replacement.
The family went out geocaching for the first time in a very long time and what made this trip special was that we were out with the geo-folks. 8th find for the day. Found with clanmacfogies. TFTC.
Yet another green park in this lovely neighbourhood. Lucky nearby residents! We met the nicest young postie in the neighbourhood who chatted as we walked. TFTC
Thanks for showing me this area with so many parks and green spaces. It was a very hot day but pleasant looking for most caches. I tried for 15 but only found 11. Might need help with the others. TFTC
