Quite the fitting hint. New geocacher and I went arms deep into everything we could find. But then Nubbutpro searched even deeper and the cache was ours. TFTC! #39
It was a sunny summers day when I had the chance to do a lucky dip. What I pulled out was a geocache
Got it. Maybe better to visit in winter - will have less new growth to contend with.
It feels like every time I go caching in the urban part of Burnside, there are no parking spots to be had because the streets are full of tradies utes as everyone is getting their mansion upgraded. New Years Day is clearly the way to go. This is getting close to ten years too late, but congratulations on your first hide adellysha; you clearly chose well as the cache has lasted this long. Have a FP and Happy New Year to you.
I couldnt find it the hole deep or maybe someone toke it. Idk my first time doing it. Ill be back
Day 18 of Chwiliwr and my trip from Perth to Canberra and back again.Today we are winding our back home again through South Australia towards Adelaide after staying overnight on the road near Naracoorte. After booking into a motel nearby we walked up to this cache. The cache was found without problems. The log was signed and the cache returned as it was found. Thanks Adellysha for placing this cache for other cachers to find.

This was the first of many for naughtybunny and I on an enjoyable afternoon of caching. There was some party happening at the house nearby but they were all over 80 and probably couldn't see what we were doing anyway We knew where it would be and was worried when we found the empty container without a lid. After some rummaging, we found the lid. We replaced the log and put the thing back together and placed it back in it's hidey-hole. Hopefully it'll last a little longer this time. TNLN. Cheers.
Quick find here where it had to be. Initially it was just a container with no log and no lid, then a deeper rummage by Chookster's longer arms retrieved a lid. We replaced the log with a temporary solution and a ziplock. I don't think it had been Muggled, but maybe Possum-ed, in this neat hide!

Got a bit wet looking for this one, best to stay off the road as much as possible. TFTC.

On a night drive in the area and saw this nostalgic cache pop up on my map. So we found this little box for the second time. It was like finding it all over again as we had forgotten. Went into many different tree hollows in the dark….cringing each time we did a lucky dip with any creatures that may have been awaiting us! Finally found the right one.

Adelaide and South Australia Trip Christmas 2021/2022. Day 20. The joys of working. The plus side is I can be anywhere to do it during these weird times, the downside is I still need to sit at a desk for 8hrs a day. There was some unfinished business yesterday, so I headed back down to Parkside to finish off before attending to another DNF in Corromandel Valley, even though it was not quite on the way home.
A rain shower came over just before I came here, so the bush was soaking wet. The cache was fine though.
Thanks for the cache adellysha

You'll be very visible from the road, so watch out for traffic. Bring a torch if you don't fancy sticking your hand in blind!
Today I had ninety minutes to fill in before getting my second Pfizer shot. In that time I managed to retrieve three trads, two mysteries and two labs including this one. TFTC
A nice evening for a walk so I parked at Burnside Village and walked up to this cache. Daylight was fading so I had to use my torch to aid in the search.
Found without problems.
Thanks for the cache adellysha, munkelo.

Found!
The lady doing her gardening across the road knew it was there, so was nice have people think we aren’t doing bizarre things for once!

Tried without a torch in the falling light with no luck but turned on the phone torch and had it the second time around.
After Freddos nearby event headed off on my bike to find a few local caches. Found 5 all up which was a good result for the end of the year. Also got my multi required for the day getting so close now to the magic 500 for the SFE challenge but a very long way to go to find one on each calendar day.
Happy New Year Everyone!
Yes very upper crust here nearly got knocked off my bike by a Porsche suv!! TFTC

We arrived and had to peer through new growth. Eventually finding the right sneaky hollow. Thanks for the cache guys, find #1972.
We are out and about Geocaching in the Suburbs of Adelaide today.
Meandering through, checking the sights and delights, the hidden gems through the eyes of the local geocachers as we are traveling back towards Western Australia.
Thanks for sharing this interesting spot in the Adelaide Suburbs.
We found cache tucked away nicely and with signing duties done and dusted we replaced the cache container as found

The rain has gone, all too quickly, and it's time to jump on the bike to find the three caches needed to get me to the required 10 for the 21st. Today is day 24 of the 85 day mission.
This was the first find after being muggled away from the first one attempted. The cache was found in the third hole I checked.
Thanks for the cache adellysha, munkelo.

Nice quick find in an obvious spot. The lid was off and cache full of water. Log missing. Replaced with a temporary, nothing special logbook. TFTC
A quick find in the obvious spot although the co ords were a bit shonky but using the right senses it shouldn’t be too hard TFTC
A easy and nice walk around the suburb. Thanks a lot to the creator of this geocache.
