I am archiving this cache after noting that no appropriate action has been taken to restore it, and I have not received any communication from the Cache Owner, shayne'o, regarding a request for more time.Circumstances that prevent timely maintenance can arise, and I've provided ample opportunity for the Cache Owner to get in touch. However, with no updates or restorative maintenance completed, I can only conclude that this cache has been abandoned. Therefore, it is being archived to clear the way for new cache placements by other interested players in this location. Caches archived for this reason are ineligible to be Unarchived.[Balayang -Geoff](https://www.geocaching.com/email/?guid=35e8567e-6d62-483c-9e3d-c8ec0ffd25bd)Volunteer Community Reviewer -Australia
### Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner. The cache owner needs to:* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present. Otherwise :* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information.. **Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**. Alternatively:* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by shayne'o and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches. Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.Thank youBalayang -GeoffCommunity Reviewer -Australia
I think this one is no longer here eitherThought I would check whilst checking mine around the lake.
Another DNF here. Might be a case of caching blindness. Thanks for the hunt anyways
Enjoying a lakeside stroll on this lovely winter's day. Such a lovely spot and a good sized container, too. TFTC, shayne'o!
Great cache. A little off from my GPS but could be poor signal. Book requires replacing.
We're out for a stroll with friends around Black Swan Lake. They've already found the caches here, so we've got an advantage if we run into any troubles. It turned out they'd DNF'd this one so it was all hands on deck here. Eventually found by the youngest team member.
Thanks for find #4591

Full time nomads since February 2014, here to visit family.
Now staying in East Rockingham for a few days. The plan was to head south and look for the Mandurah Giants. The plan was great but without too much planning we had no idea that the walks would be so long and well of course there were caches along the way! With a 3.8km walk to/from the first Giant and maybe 10 or 12 caches that took us nearly 2 hours. Then we drove from Lakelands to Halls Head and realised we had lost 1 of our phones. So back to Lakelands and back walking 1km to find the phone right where we left it thankfully. Then to the Mandurah visitors centre to find out what we didnt know about the Giants and a visit to Simmos by then the day was coming to a close!
A stop at the shops, meant we attempted a couple more caches that were just there.... then we had to complete an AdLab that we started on Thursday and of course by that stage it was definitely after hours so a visit to BYOB 16 rounded out our day. Phew.

Today we went to Marlee Reseve. We wanted to visit Little Lui, the Giant of Mandurah. We went to Black Swan Lake and then on foot. We visited some geocaches along the way. We couldn't find them all. We could also discover a Red bellied black snake. So be careful
Thanks to the owners for the caches.

Out and about today with geodog M as the weather is nice and hadn't done these yet. Beautiful place to walk and grab a few caches. Few spiders hanging out here. Sltnln. Thanks for the cache guys
Yaaasss great find after a DNF - GeoKids grabbed some swag and we put some more little pieces in - tftc
Find 29 of 32 with two DNFs on a bike ride from Marlee Reserve, to Black Swan Lake and then across to San Remo for lunch, then back again once we were fed. Today was all about numbers, needing 52 to make 300 for the month. We had 20 from the morning and 32 left to get, so this was perfect. Some of these were not quick finds, mainly because of the creativity and variety of macgyver1973's hides, which were pretty much all awesome!
All good here. Both the main tree and the stump are remarkable.
TFTC shayne'o!
