Team Raider (Mike & Emma) found the GZ point of this cache very easily! on 05/10/2003
Absolutely great view from here of both the open cut behind and the bay in front.
Unfortunately the actual cache & travel bug are MIA
Contacted GeoCoopers and Ok'd to log the cache point.
Seems the real on has gone a wandering
Thanks GeoCoopers

Nice lookout, never thought there would be a pit there. Good view and a fairly easy find (well easy to work out where it is anyway). Took a spider and left a box cutter and the MadCat travel bug from Jurien.
Found at 18:15 on the way to Port Victoria.
A quick stop in the dark.
Took parachute man, left camera UV filter.

Another nice easy find for the kids, luckily they knew where it was before they got out of the vehicle because if they did get out we would have lost them in the howling gale! Had to sit in the car to avoid losing anything. Great clue. Took bottle opener and photo frame and left detofinbar dolphin and sunscreen. Couldn't see much at the time but have enjoyed the view on previous visits to the area as a geomuggle.
There was no wind up here today. The sun was shining and the silos appeared very bright, white and clean. The deep blue sea and the red and black grain ship presented a spectacular contrast to the eyes.
I pocketed the pocket knife and left a pad lock and key set, as well as a die set.
Clear skies

Yep you guessed it, the place was full of tourists. Found the spot straight up, fairly obious to me but Mrs Foxbat, who had de-crypted the clues was looking for the Keep Left sign. In her book if it doesn't say keep left then it isn't a keep left sign. Its hard to get good help these days. Took lanyard and left Bottle opener.
Interesting spot. thanks

Found by Caterina, Angela, Alex, Tahlia ..... + lots of others while on the way to lunch at Moonta. Took small doll wallet, left Microsoft pocket knife.
Found on the way to Edithburgh. Probably never would have stopped here, but glad we did, so did Shorty TB as he rolled around the dirt. Sneaky hiding spot too. Thanks GeoCoopers.
Found by Mary & David at 1220. That's what we old VICs call a good hill. Pouring with rain so couldn't really appreciate the views. Even so, there were tourists coming and going. Glad the cache was close by. Took the shark jewellery and left a tack hammer. Then we sat and ate our lunch from the Ardrossan bakery. Very Nice! Thanks, GeoCoopers.
Got this one on our way down to Edithburgh. Was quite windy (what a surprise!)and we lost the ziplock bag containing the logbook & pen. Took the mini shovel and left some surfie jewellery.

The wind was howling with unbelievable strength so there were only the mad ones out playing today - no tourists.
Took I love you Dad keyring (Mr Gordon Patrick Samuel insisted on it!)
Left a parachute man and a glow in the dark spider to play with the scorpion.
Thanks one and all.

One of those place you drive past and never quite get around to stopping at - so glad we had a reason to this time. Nice view and found quite easily after some other tourists left. Took the smiley pen and left a keyring.
Found by Team Piggy.
A good old country Virgin cache.
Knew exactly where it would be, passed this place many times on work trips around the peninsula.
Took magic tree ! Left Puzzle.
