Thanks for the cache. My little 2.5 yo son loved the mirror inside the lid.Fun family find with SeekingRiches
Took a little bit to find this one but got there eventually. Left a little swap in there. TFTC!
It was quite a nice spot at this location and its view of the adjacent lake/dam. I started to look amongst the leaf litter and trees, and past photos helped to guide this cache to make this a find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [Orange Crew](https://coord.info/PRADJTA) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today, a scheduled Lake Kurwongbah paddle by way of the [Kurwongbah Breakfast Paddle](https://coord.info/GCAH20P) event was the morning's plan, and I joined a small group of keen participants who braved the slight drizzle that occurred. Following a couple of priority geocaches in Petrie and Joyner, we parted ways with a bakery coffee and savoury/sweet.With no other definitive plans, I then took an anti-clockwise circuit of Lake Kurwongbah, travelling through Kurwongbah, Dakabin, and Narangba, before returning south and stopping off at various scenic vantage points over the respective lake and Lake Samsonvale nearby. It was then a final walk through Mungarra Reserve finding a few witches, and then I made my way south back home.
Parked not far from GZ and enjoyed the view before uncovering the cache. All good with this one. Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache Orange Crew.
There was a plan… I was a late addition (gate crasher) to the group… after deciding that Lake Kurwongbah could wait for another day without whitecaps the group set out on a magical mystery tour of the area…
A quick find while assessing the possibility of launching kayaks from here… probably not a good idea…
Thanks Orange Crew

After our planned paddle on Lake kurwongbah got quashed due to windy weather, our group decided to go caching on land instead.
This was one cache we had planned to get on our paddle but now we are grabbing it via land. Nice spot to possibly launch from maybe next time. Made a quick find of the cache. Log signed cache returned.

Another (long) weekend group caching, GEO5. Plus the 2x TBU and Peppa.
Looks like a suitable kayak launch site, too.

Went all the way out to the tree at the water, got swamp water in my shoes and itchy legs from the grass... Wasn't even out there! Thanks for the adventure !
Almost fell off a rotten log, walked through a small swampy area and finally found it in the last place I expected.
Orange Crew I found your cache Lake Vista on 29/12/2022, 3:20 pm. This is my find 4597 and find # 10 today. A quick and easy drive by. No parking on Wednesday so the garbage trucks can turn around. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Today I had to take MissTT11 to scouts way up on the north side so I decided to make a day of it with her until we dropped her off and then with just Mr9. Found after looking on wrong side of the tree. Still wondering why you can't park here on Wednesdays.
Took the geopup for a drive on a beautiful winters day to collect some more smileys. The hint for this one was a bit obvious, so an easy find.
Thanks for the spot to stop and collect another one.

The private property on the other side fence line along which this geocache is located belongs to my parents. I grew up here in the 80s and 90s. So this is a very special place to me.
There’s no interesting story behind no parking on Wednesday’s, it’s to allow the garbage truck to turn around .

So cool to have made it to the Mega now to get the caches we spent months solving and other nearby caches.
On a trip north to get to Dayboro with Kittykatch, Isopeda and Barb2e. Been lots of fun and laughs.

Dayboro QLD Mega - Day Six:
The sixth day of our mega road trip with buhfuhguh!
Another extremely long but successful day! After spending the day around Dayboro yesterday, it was time to focus on some Brisbane caching. We had Wherigo's, Challenges, T5 Kayak's, Virtuals and Earthcaches on our list to grab. We had to skip out on one challenge series, as the plagues or mosquitoes was literally unheard of. We got attacked in the hundreds the minute we walked into the wetlands, worse than either of us had ever seen! But plenty of other quality caches to get instead!
A great day around Brisbane, 13+ hours of caching all up and approximately 35 quality hides!
Thanks to all the CO's

This Cache:
Heading out to get some very important 5/5 hides on the lake! As soon as we spotted them we decided it was a must-do!
Pretty funny that there was then a 1/1 cache at the place we parked! That's two extreme ends of the D/T chart one find after the other!

With today being my sons 21st and not to mention the rain, I wanted very quick and very simple today. What could be easier than a 1/1. Seemed weird to drive past my home turnoff, but I had business to attended to before the skies opened more. Upon arrival I noted the no parking sign for Wednesday’s - whoops! Let’s hope I was going to be as quick as I should. Well it seems if you have preconceived ideas you go to the wrong spot! Silly me. All fixed, I smiled at the little orange Stickzer from the latest plastic promotion. Mischief managed for the day it was time for cake!
Out and about on a very hot day. As much as possible, sticking to drive-by caching, drinking lots of water, and resting where needed. I love the Australian summer, but oh boy does it put a damper on day-long geocaching trips!
10 caches and 5 labs today, before retreating for the comfort of air con and cold water at home.
Surprised by the view when I got to GZ - it is stunning out here! Pity it is so dry, the grass was crunching under my feet as I walk. So much for a wet summer hey!

Found this cache early one morning with the family thankfully it had not been raining so the mozzies weren't around. So it was a quick park and grab and was one of PrincessMoo1005's first finds. So soo proud to be able to share this cache with you.

Beautiful little spot. Be mindful of the noise you make, very quiet spot and right behind someone’s property.
