Got it once we uploaded Greyham's coords. Nice big container and all in good order. The wreath flowers were simply amazing, thanks for bringing us out to see them. Tftc
Found this cache whilst on our two month adventure throughout central Australia and remote parts of WA.This was a quick diversion off our route. At GZ we had no idea what all the fuss was about, split lanes and no stopping signs. It wasnt till we googled this place that we learned what wreath flowers are all about. Thanks to all the COs for adding to our adventure. TFTC ??
After the recent rain the roads were very wet, but good so we passed through without any problems. Only the one section with water right across, but shallow. Arriving late, it was a search by torchlight, always trickier but found the good sized sturdy container easily enough after looking over the options and squeezing past a few little bushes. Decided to call it a day and camped nearby, a good location with plenty of room.
A caching trip from Canberra, ACT to Cape York, Qld and then around the gulf to East Arnhem Land, NT then over the top of WA and down to Perth.Interesting detours to Thursday Island, Mabuiag Island, Mornington Island, Doomadgee, Hells Gate, Nhulunbuy, Wadeye, Litchfield Nat Park, Wyndham, the Gibb River Road, Monkey Mia, Meekatharra & Wiluna TFTC.Was a wet trip out to this one. Camped out there for the night with more rain during the night. Lots of water around in the morning but managed to get out alright.
A lot of people have said that it has moved. The shire has done a lot of roadworks in the area, so I would not be surprised and work has been flying me to work lately so I haven't been able to stop and check (lucky me)The original co-ordinates were S 28 23.739 E 115 50.580 and this has been updated to S 28 23.743 E 115 50.585 (Thanks to [GreyHams](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=c2a67a56-fe85-4511-aa94-b2c0e20d0e1a) for the updated co-ords.
Coords are wrong. Its at S 28 23.743 E 115 50.585 ----------------------Decided to do a long road trip, flying in from Canberra, starting and finishing the drive in Port Hedland. It was a long day of flights, followed by 7 days of lots of kilometres. I stopped at every 'point of interest' along the way, I wanted to miss nothing! Earthcaches, Virtuals & AL's are always very good waypoints for interesting things as well. Every night I downloaded a bunch of podcasts and these made the kilometres fall away. This was the first outback road trip I have done where I saw more emu's than kangaroos. The wild camels walking in the desert were also very cool to see. My trusty swag served me very well.
Nearly gave up on this one. Would the next finder please post updated co-ordinates so the owner can update them on the site. Wreath flowers finished unfortunately but we are enjoying exploring the area.
Stopped for an interesting look around to the wreath flowers. What a curious flower they are!
tftc, came to see wreathflowers, a bit early yet for full flowers, still a good spot
Heading out to Mt Magnet so a bit of detour. It would be great to see in the next month or two when the flowers come out. A fair bit of looking before reading old logs and expanding closer to the road to find a nice camo PVC tube of good size. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
Caching our way to Broome, we took a detour to hunt this one down. We searched for about 5 minutes before hitting on the right spot. We added our names to your log and returned your cache back to where we found it. It’s always good to do a welfare check on one that hasn’t been found for awhile and happy to say this one is holding up just fine. TFTC Wolphin.
Going to Broome with axell33, winding our way through the edges of the golden wheatbelt as we go. One day I will see these amazing flowers blooming! So many times and I always seem to be too early or too late! We made our way up to gz and had a bit of a search aroma before we found this lonely cache and it is in great condition! Thanks for placing this ache here.
Tricky but found in good condition.
These flowers were still beautiful in late October due to late rains.

This was a busy bit of road today, with loads of people out to visit the wreath flowers. Quite a few have almost finished blooming, but we still found some nice ones. Cache container was found after a bit of a search….we widened our search area by quite a bit, and there it was. Thanks for placing this cache for our enjoyment.
Caravanning , caching and hunting wild flowers on this trip from S.A. On our way to see the Wreath Flowers that we missed 7 years ago. Bonus today . The cache and the flowers before the rain plus a snake skin..
Catching up on some late logs, now that I have time, while travelling.
We are on the road travelling up through central Australian and down the coast of WA. I was happy to grab a few caches along the way and this was one of them.
Found after extending our search. Try S28 23.743 E115 50.585.
Love finding these size containers out in the bush. Don't understand the need for micros out here. Now off the find some wreath flowers.
Thanks Wolphin for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

We have been here before and wanted to revisit the area. Pleased to see some early winter wreath flowers just starting to bloom. Found the cache as well and signed the log. Good solid container which will last. Thanks, Wolphin, for placing this cache.
2 for 2 today. There were no flowers because it's not the season. My first find I the Shire of Murchison, as I've now checked off one of the more exotic LGAs on my goal to find a cache in every LGA in Australia. Cheers to Deb for putting me up for the evening and then giving me a lift out here today because it would have been extremely difficult getting a lift out to here.
Took a few minutes to find with so many hidey holes. Out and about on our 8th day of a nine day adventure TFTC
With cmb212. Struggled for a while until I used different coordinates. Loved the wreath flowers.
Took a drive out to see the wreath flowers, and to pick up this cache. Had a look around but couldn’t find it straight away. It took eagle eyed Vinesta to spot it from 6 feet away. Very busy road with all the wildflower visitors. Thanks for bringing us here.
I thought I had found this one before but forgot to log it. Almost a year ago.
See log book.
Anyhow, logged now.

By my phone the coordinates were out about 7m, but we got there! The flowers today were awesome TFTC
What a fantastic place to visit. Now I work at the Cue Resource Centre I have heard about the wreath flowers daily for a month. So, what to do on the weekend? Go and see the flowers, of course. There were thousands of them, hundreds of people and many other wildflowers at the same time. The wreath flowers were just fascinating. The cache itself was also great, fave point for the construction and hide and the reason for visiting. Coords not accurate and should be the following: S28 23.743 E115 50.581. A great weekend, TFTC.
Find 2 of 23 on day 2 roadtripping through central WA from a remote station south of Yalgoo, through to Cue.
About a 100km round trip into Murchison LGA especially for this cache. No flowers at this time, and almost a worrying DNF, but Mrs O called out "seen it" after a few minutes of searching. Only about 7 or 8m from our GZ in the end so not too bad.
TFTC Wolphin!

Widened our search after reading the comments. Didn’t take long to find it. TFTC
Found it. TFTC Wolphin. Quick find here today. Nice area to walk round. I cannot confirm the presents of the TB, but I was not really looking for one.
Out checking the wildflowers with friends. My phone wasn’t giving great coords and took 15 minutes to find after extending search area. Thanks for the hide.
What an awesome location. Arrived early in the morning. Not a soul around. Flowers were in bloom. Amazing!

Well worth the drive to find it, especially while the Wreath flowers are blooming! Lovely spot TFTC
Found today 7/9/2020. Thanks for the cache and the flowers are gorgeous. Took travel bug Geo Goofy and will find him a new home.
We found just a few wreath flowers blooming -- and beautiful. Lots more plants ready to bloom over the next few weeks. TFTC
Caught up with Mr & Mrs bullant again & searched together. I found it but Mr bullant provided the muscle to open it. We then continued on the loop to find some beautiful examples of Wreath Flowers in full bloom. TFTC Wolphin
We went into mountain goat mode and soon found the cache. Yahoo - a new LGA and the Wreath flowers are just starting to bloom.
TFTC Wolphin this is find # 7445 for us.

We were making our way to Geraldton picking up a few caches. As it is a little early in the wild flower season we weren’t confident seeing any wreath flowers but decided to head out and find this cache. Seeing the size of the detour to the wreath flowers we can only wonder at the volume of people who come to see these unique flowers. The cache was quickly located as it had become partially exposed and the log was quickly signed. The cache was replaced with a little more camouflage.
Sadly no wreath flowers today but thanks for bringing us to the area Wolphin.

With a few days off work it was time to head north and grab a few more caches to fill in my blank LGAs.
This was the first one for the day to fill in a blank LGA. I saw the previous DNF but decided to have a go anyway as the other one in the Murchison LGA was too far out for us.
I arrived at GZ and my spirits sank. I never have much luck at hides in this type of terrain but after about 10 minutes I discovered the lovely regular sized container.
It was close to the end of the day so after logging the cache we set up camp nearby.
This was find number 8 for the day.

Great day, travelling around with friends. Flowers were magnificent although cache took a few minutes to find. Cache in good condition. SL TFTC
After admiring the wreath flowers and being amazed at the numbers of people also coming out to see them, we headed to the quieter section and found the cache at not quite the coordinates listed.
Great display of wreath flowers nearby on other road, found this among some other flowers and rocks.
We decided to head out into Coalseem and other regions of the Midwest to take advantage of the amazing display of flowers that WA is currently showing, once again we were not disappointed by the beauty we were presented with, just breathtaking TFTC
Out and about grabbing a few caches on a really nice day.
The flowers are amazing.

The Big Western Australia trip in 2018. Day 36. The rain had passed at last so travel and caching continued. I headed from Northampton inland to near Sandstone via Mullewa, Yalgoo and Mount Magnet.
This was quite a detour and there were no flowers to see, but at least I found the cache ok.
Thanks.

Out and about with jrlt and magpie51. We had heard about these unique flowers, we were lucky enough to see them today. TFTC
TFTH Wolphin. I was out here exactly a year ago with jrlt but we missed this one!! Anyway, back today with the rest of the geo family, robroy_co, to show them the unique flowers in the area and of course find the cache. Nice hide, SL and replaced as found.
Out with Magpie51 and robroy_co for a drive to Yalgoo and stopped here as GeoR from robroy_co was so eager to see the flowers. After much admiring of the flowers we moved on to find the cache. A pretty day find that kept everyone happy. TFTC!
On an extended trip and just loving Western Australia. Cannot believe these wreath flowers and bonus to have a cache to find whilst here. TFTC Wolphin
Quite a number of wreath flowers out now and they are beautiful, took loads of photos. Tftc
Quick find. Shame the flowers are not their best as this is my first time seeing them. Did see one or two full circles. SL TFTC
Woohoo ~ a little milestone here.
LGA number 138 for Western Australia's LGA's.
And there are wreath flowers out this early in the wildflower season.

Day 3 of our mini road trip and leaving Geraldton to head to Perenjori via Mullewa and Pindar tho have the Observing Plane series to tackle first with huge time restrictions.
Have a few caches on my list for today so fingers crossed we can manage as many as possible
Turns out another warm day in town and I didn't pack my shorts
Since we worked out we were coming up this way I've prayed for no rain as I didn't want this road closed as needing this cache for my Murchison LGA, saves having to go further off road in the future tho we'll probably do that anyway one day.
Muggle found it while I was getting GZ right to then search a little wider
TFTC
All good and replaced as found

Wow! This going to be a really great Spring in 2017 for the wreath flowers north of Pindar. On a previous visit to Western Australia we have seen a spectacular display of wreath flowers and coming here today we were thrilled to see so many young plants growing for the new season. There were literally thousands of young plants of various sizes all the sides of the road.
Also there was one cache to find - which we did. All was good with the cache and contents. Many thanks to Wolphin for bringing us here.

Headed back up to Geraldton for another caching run (third time this year). We started off by picking up as many caches as we could in the wheatbelt on the first day before arriving in Geraldton. The next day we headed up to port Gregory and Kalbarri and the highlight of the day would have to be be the pink lakes in port Gregory. Day 3 saw us caching in Geraldton picking up some we missed last time and clearing up a few of our DNFS here before adding some more DNFS to the list. Day 4 we headed off to mount magnet picking up some caches along the way till we arrived there. I must say the caches in mount magnet were quite tricky to find and it was also a stinking hot day so we didn't get to find all the caches we were hoping to find there. The last day we cached along the coast on the way home. Once again it was stinking hot and we missed doing a lot of the caches we hoped to find plus the flies were driving us crazy but we still got to visit some great places. Most of the caches we looked for we did find and we came across some very sneaky well made cache containers along the way. Thanks to all the CO,s for placing there caches for us and all the other geocachers to find.
Detoured of the highway while working in the area. Had to search a bit for this one. TFTC

Found this whilst out touring the Art Drive with Geo Daughter and Geo Mum.
Growing up around here, we never realised how precious these beautiful flowers are.
I don't ever remember them as good as this though.

We have just returned to Perth from a 1400km wildflower tour of our WA countryside and, when the opportunity permitted, grabbing a few caches along the way. This was a delightful cache as the location had been well selected a little distance away from the main attraction (about 1km distance). The container took a while to locate but it remains in excellent condition.
Thanks for the cache Wolphin

We headed out today in search of wildflowers, history and caches. This location didn't disappoint infact it was better than anticipated. Thanks Wolphin.
Headed out bright and early with iluvtrekking in search of wildflowers and heading towards Mullewa. Decided to drive further to Pindar to see the wreath flowers and we were not disappointed. Greeted by a carpet of wreath flowers down the road - stunning. Thanks Wolphin
We left Adelaide in early July and traveled to Darwin and then down the WA coast.
We came to Mullawa but then went south to Coalseam where around the fire I discovered the Wreath Flower is east of Mullawa.
So we returned next day finding and signing this cache on the way.
The wreath flowers were magnificent.

TFTC! Up to Geraldton again with Barnzy12 and a muggle mate to attend the annual Mullewa Gift Athletics Event in Mullewa, about 100km east of Geraldton.
We travelled up Friday arvo picking up four FTFs that had been placed whilst people were out and about on their way home from the fantastic IGD event last weekend. All four were found quickly and without problems.
We checked into our accomodation after a quick drive up to Geraldton with good weather.
Fast forward to Saturday morning and it was time for the IGD after party event, i had started to come down with the Flu so a sleep in is in order. It is a fantastic spot and really well thought out. It's a must do if you're in Geraldton just not so early this time round.
Later in the morning we grabbed a couple of caches around town before we headed off to Mullewa to drop Scott off at the Gift, where he managed to collect some prize money.
Barney and I extended the journey out to Yalgoo and to the wreath flowers geocache to collect a few more counties of Western Australia challenge on project GC.
We returned to Mullewa and the to Geraldton for food and fuel before making our way back to Perth via Eneabba to pickup another county of Western Australia for the challenge on the way home in the pouring rain.
Thanks to the local COs for their caches.See you all for IGD 2017

Fast forward to Saturday morning and it was time for the IGD after party event, but the gents were keen on a sleep in, so I braved it alone with a few of the hardcore Geraldton cachers who braved the rain to go up to the HMAS Sydney memorial. It is a fantastic spot and really well thought out. It's a must do if you're in Geraldton.

Cravo and I extended the journey out to Yalgoo and to the wreath flowers geocache to collect a few more counties of Western Australia challenge on project GC.
Then made a slight detour to the dam which I managed to miss the turn off to on the way out but the cars GPS led me there on the way back. Slipped over in the mud near the dams edge and got a bit dirty, so had to get changed when I made it back to the car.

The IGD Geraldton trip is fast becoming a MUST ATTEND weekend and this was my second trip up. Joining forces with Jinta29, Granett and SVKR_WA, we bundled into the SanteFe and headed up.
As some of us had done the coast run before, we decided an inland run was in order.
A nice sized container quickly spotted by Granett.

On a road trip up to the IGD event in Gero with Kyzabra, Jinta29 and SVKR_WA. We left at sparrows fart Friday morning and took the long way round to pick up a few hides here and there. Nearly 12 hours on the road with a lot of banter along the way grabbing 25 smileys and 1 DNF.
An interesting spot here which is probably wasted on your truly but nevertheless glad to come up with the smiley after a short search.

Roaming around towing our home on wheels, today we just had to visit the wreath flowers at Pindar and what a beautiful sight it is. The stunning display is well worth the journey from Queensland.
Meeting fellow geocachers Ian and Penny was a bonus today as they arrived at the same time as us.
After a Devonshire tea at the little cafe in Pindar we headed off to Canna for the night. TFTC

Hi there Wolphin.
We found your cache **"Wreath Flowers" **at 12:01:00 PM today, so this makes our find count 14417.
Another beautiful sunny day to be out and about. There were plenty of wonderful views and wild flowers to look at today.
It was a suprise to meet up with Stopalot parked on the road right next to GZ, so we all headed off to log the cache together before taking lots of pictures of the Wreath Flowers.
Without Geocaching as our guide we would never have visited so many wonderful places today.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 2m from where our GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

We decide the time was finally right to take a drive out to find this cache, the wreath flowers are blooming AND there are all the new temporary art installations in paddocks along the way. We packed a picnic lunch and casually made our way to Mullewa just as lunchtime arrived. We spent a while chatting to interstate travellers and as we left we were wishing we had our caravan behind and could continue on, but not right now.
We arrived at Pindar, a spot which on every previous passing has been pretty much deserted, to find many travellers chatting and enjoying the local hospitality. We continued on down the dirt road in search of wreath flowers. We hadn't expected to arrive in the area and find so many people doing exactly the same! Around 500 metres of road was just packed with people taking photos, we decided to find the cache first and hope the crowd disipated.
It was nice and quite over at GZ though, we searched around and at one stage wondered if a "perfect spot" I had found was were the cache HAD been. We was starting to worry it had gone missing! Then, after widening the search area, Ian spotted the cache. We signed the log and very carefully replaced it, before heading back to the wreath flowers where there was still quite a crowd.
We took heaps of photos and when we got the chance Ian flew his drone along the road for some overhead video which turned out really nicely.
thanks Wolphin we really enjoyed our day.

Spending a few days finding and admiring the wild flowers around Mullewa. We were beginning to dispair of finding Wreath flowers by the time that we reached here but once we returned to the main road our luck changed.
Thanks Wolphin
Thanks Wolphin
Following the original coords we were getting a bit frustrated but reading back through the logs we realised the cache had been moved. Just about to give up, I had one last look around and found a "not quite right" pile of rocks. Hey presto cache found. Absolutely wonderful location although the wreath flowers are not fully in bloom. TFTC.
