A fresh map for a fresh year…
Missing caches has been a topic of conversation recently. To rectify this, I manually checked every cache listing within 70km from home – for caches that needed “Needs Maintenance” or “Needs Archive” logs. I found that there are quite a few caches that needed attention from their respective owners or the local community volunteer reviewers. Now one month on, I’ve gone back through my bookmarked list to check on the status of the said caches.
Unfortunately posting a Needs Archived log due to lack of maintenance.
A Needs Maintenance Log was posted on 27th November, 2016.
There has been a string of DNF's since then.
A Needs Archive Log was posted on 1nd December.
No response from CO.
No action has been taken to maintain this cache.

If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice.

I DNF today but as I was board hanging around with a broken foot I decided to go for a hop up to the park and see if I could find it but no luck will try again when on two feet.
Not saying it's not there, but my hands and arms have taken a lot of hits from that bush........
We'll try again after someone has found it again.
The one good thing is that we pulled a lot of rubbish from that bush in our quest. I've never understood litterers..........

There was a mother's group with kids in the equipment area. There was no way I could look inconspicuous...next time.
I also went back for another look on a very wet day, could not find it so CO may like to check it is where it's supposed to be,anyway tftc
Went back for another look as we saw a recent find. Followed the description of the recent find but still no luck. CO may want to check this one.
Had a quick look, but if it is not in the right spot, it might not be there anymore at all?

As my log says, while cache is still there it is no longer in correct spot. Might want to fix it up
Found with Ausfeet and the Aussie Greythounds
We took a few wrong turns in the area, so as a ritual whenever we are lost I check what geocaches are in the area for an accidental detour cache and sure enough, this park had one. Was a bit off looking at hint and coming up with nothing, fearing a nano would be too hard to spot, then as I was checking around nearby accidentally found our accidental detour cache! The hint is no longer applicable, so CO might want to fix this one up. Still attached to its branch, just gotta brave the prickles!
Tftc Sgt, a nice different type of cache to find.

A fair amount of wind damage here. CO may like to check still there. Last find in August but may have been some time before that as the finder may have found it 2months before that as has said that at another of their finds. Apart from that last found in April, trees look like hit by windstorm, will wait for another find before attempting again, anyway tftc
it helps to have children around to find some caches , my daughters loved playing in the nearby park and gave us a good way to not look suspicious , Mr Minion blocked me from muggles view and I quickly signed the log . Thanks for the cache sgt.salem88 tnln sl
After much searching finally found this. A nearby neighbour was watching but couldn't see what I was doing. I must have looked especially suspicious as I had to return to the car to get some paper as the cache did not contain a log. TFTC
Hawkeyed Pitman Clan got this while the rest of us circled the wrong trees! TFTC.
After the hell that Black Widow gave us, we had a sneaky suspicion that this might also drive us nuts. Fortunately, this time Pitman Clan gave the victory cry in under 5 mins... What a relief! TFTC!
The Booo's found this cache!
Find number 3010.
After completing a joint FTF and with some maintenance to be done nearby we made a detour to this muggle ridden cache... Who said cool sunny winter days are good for caching... The geowife managed to lay her hands on the cache while I was still beating around the bush.
Thanks Sgt.Salem88 for placing this cache.

Heaps difficult to find and btw where do you get the small capsule thing for caches? TFTC
Very glad to tick this one off aftet 20 minutes of searching. Shoulda worn gloves! Putting it back was even trickier. TFTC!
Oh my is that a tiny cache! And watch out for those little stingers! My second Australian Cache. Out showing some young ones about Geocaching. Had a hard time at first and then when it was just me and Miss Skylar we zeroed in on it. Oooo...was it sharp and tiny. SL. TFTH!
Came here yesterday to find but to many muggle kids hanging around.
Today no muggle kids hanging around and quickly had cache in hand.
Loved the footpath pictures.

We called past on our way home just after dark and with the help of a torch spotted something glissing in the light beam, thanks.
If it wasn't for the clue about the bees we wouldn't of found it. Great cache!
This is our 3 rd time here today, muggles, muggles and more muggles. Now another bite at this we had the job done. He he he. TFTC
In the area yesterday collecting the caches in this series. However, there were sooooo many people at the park, we just drove straight past. Unable to leave a job unfinished, we returned today armed with a picnic as cover.....Ha, park completely empty! So we ate our lunch, found the cache and moved on. Definately would not have been able to do this yesterday, with so many muggles! Only had to watch out for the bees today. Tftc xo
found this one with sgt.rios88 it took a while to find but it was in our hands soon enough. tftc
Found at night after planning a caving weekend late next month. The dark likes me as I haven't seen one this size for a while.

This one had me hunting for a bit- when Salem said he was hiding a few I didn't expect this lol tftc and the tiny bit of help
Just about to go out to see daughter play soccer at Harrington Park when this came up on my email. Never mind by the time that the soccer game was finished I thought numerous cachers out there would have found this nasty little hide. Arrived at GZ and little muggles near by but not at GZ. Just after I found it they all came to near the GZ. Had to re hide the cache with out them seeing. Nice hide very sneaky. This one will surely test some. TFTC Selecting a favorite for the hide.
It took a little while to find.
It took longer to find once I dropped it!?!
