Logs
Another long weekend in ChCh. Was going to do these yesterday, but got too busy doing nothing and put it off till today. Now I'm dodging some pretty nasty weather. Ohh well...... Another Bluey turned yellow. Log in good condition... but only hanging on by good luck rather than those invisible forces. Cheers
Log was unfortunately too wet to sign but I love these kinds of caches. Thank you !
This was a lot easier than its sister cache as I knew straight away where I was looking. Clever container. Log is wet but still able to write on it. Thanks for the cache.
Nicely hidden in plain sight! Can see it from the car now that I know what Im looking for.
Good to have this one change to a smile face finally. I will have to bring andyfreya back for this one.
In CHCH to pick up my new car. Decided to spend the day here caching and travel home tomorrow. Area was deserted as it is a cold, drizzly, dark Saturday night. Cache was a quick find. No other names on the log so maybe it has recently been replaced? Thanks for the cache. Hoping to get enough today for my solstice souvenir.
Out getting a few caches to try for the souvineer. A clever sneaky hide here, very happy to sign log. Thanks for the cache Sallies.
Had tool on board to extract the log. Signed and returned. Favorite from me - I like the size (minimising cache-rubbish) and the "in plain view" concept.
We found it, but not where it was supposed to be - it was lying in the grass! We replaced it but not sure if we put it back correctly. TFTC.
Quick park and grab. Never been down these streets before even having lived in christchurch all my life
Quick find while looking for pallets on show day. Note to those who don't know: if you roll up the log and put it in the lid of this type of container its easier to get out for the next person. Tftc
Thanks Sallie for its return. Was here sometime ago and could not find it. In the area ordering soil for the garden.
Called in today and replaced the missing container. Nobody around on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Container is no longer made from a coke bottle top but is still a nano.
This was my very first geocache so it was a great lil find! I wrote the date on the paper and put it where it was. Will be looking forward to the miniseries
Nice easy park and grab after business hours.

I'd been in the area recently for a job interview, and thought I'd come and get these at some stage... a few days later and here we are.
All good witth this one, I had an idea where I would be looking when I arrived, and I wasn't wrong.
TFTC Sallies, the cache was found in good order Signed, sealed and returned to GZ. 1 find(s) of 8 today, making this find #2724

Had a bit of spare time today so went out to check up on a couple of our caches. This one was indeed missing so put in a temporary replacement until a proper one can be found/made. Hopefully this one will last until then. Rodney.
Couldn't find it, expected it to be similar to the other one however we couldn't find it anywhere on the poll. Might be gone?.?
Clever. Didn’t really understand the dots reference but found it anyways. Stinky area lol
Out on a quiet Sunday evening doing some cache maintenance. This one was clean and dry. Rodney & Iris.
Back in the big city for a few days and on a mission to get some big numbers ..
Had to laugh when I saw the container. I recognize the type!!!!!
Gets a fav

Had some spare time this morning so drove around performing maintenance on some of our caches - mostly dotty ones. This one needed total replacement. There is no pencil as this is what causes damage when being replaced. Happy geocaching. Rodney.
Quick find and there is a pencil head inside. Cache may need repair and the bottom is coming off and the log is a bit damp
Rodney had the afternoon to himself so drove around and checked out twelve of our caches. This one was okay once tidied up. Nobody around today so no need to be sneaky.
As with Xmas day, New Year’s Day is perfect for caching in an industrial area! Tftc, my first of 2019
Xmas day is a good time for urban nanos in industrial areas. Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. Team Broadbent (signed TB on micros). Find # 1924
What a neat container and hide! Glad to bag another of yours. I was excited you'd hidden some near where we spent some time at Flip Out with my lads. Log book was sodden beyond use and so I took a waterproof paper page from a note book I had in my geo kit and signed and added it. TFTCSL!
A quick grab and walk away, signed and quickly returned as I walked back to the car. Thanks Sallies

Unfortunately the log book was soaked and turned to pulp! Otherwise an awesome wee spot tftc
Popped out on a beautiful Sunday evening to replace this cache. Absolutely nobody around at GZ. Rodney.
Found this but log is very soggy and needs replacing. Too wet to open paper so not able to sign - photo taken instead. TFTC.
It's a rather obvious spot, I could even find it without my glasses! The log however needs some love, it's soaked. Cheers
Took less time to find this one
Dots are everywhere!!

Sunday drive adventure thought we would grab some caches. Thanks for the hide. Cache log very wet.
A quick find of these two nearby caches after a Mother’s Day lunch at Ferrymead. #1816. TFTC.
Went for a bike ride today to check on some caches. This one was perfectly okay, including the magnetic base, but I put up a new one anyway, since I had it with me. Rodney.
Enjoying doing some of your series today....thanks Sallies!
Easy one here...
Wonder if it has lost a magnet?.
Thanks.
