My partner and I are on a road trip from the NSW/Vic border to Mandurah for a wedding and we are caching along the way.My favourite multi is a cemetery multi and I enjoyed doing this one while we were in Margaret River
We always enjoy doing an LKA when on holiday! This one didn't take too long. Found with Redrobbin25. Tftc ??
Found by Mary and David at 11:45. A FP even before M alighted from the GeoPrado. M loves cemeteries for the carved symbolism of the headstone designs and the stories in the epitaphs. She could have stayed here all day exploring. A wonderful Multi. Our thanks to SeabreezeOZ.
Took us a while to sort ourselves out with this one but we soon got on track. I found a huge snail close to GZ and handed it to Simone telling her it was the cache. To her supprise it wasn't and the look on her face was priceless- I am still laughing. TFTC SeabreezeOZ
Find number 14127 at 12:42:29pm on Monday the 23 September 2024We're on our way to WA Goes Big, travelling from Croydon (Melbourne, Victoria) with a caravan in tow and making a leisurely caching holiday across the Nullarbor and back. Finally in Augusta for the next week for the big event Today, the last day of WAGB2024, sadly, the fat lady is singing and it's all coming to an end for another year. After the breakfast event we went for a drive around the area picking up the odd cache here and there that we hadn't done earlier.Always love a wander around a cemetery, quick solve and find.**Thanks for placing this cache SeabreezeOZ**---*WOW, so much happening at home in Victoria*Dont forget to log your will attend for Victorias first ever Block Party in March 2025, the [**The Sunbury Event**](https://coord.info/GCAP417).Theres also all those lists of amazing geocaches at [Geocaching Victorias List webpage]( https://geocachingvictoria.com.au/information/great-caching-lists), go check them out.
Once again out with The Machman for our 11th WA Goes Big event. Left Perth early this morning and started cache hunting just South of Busselton. A good array of hides and excellent weather. Big thanks to the COs for hiding and maintaining these. TFTC
Out and about for the WAGB 2024 weekend, grabbing caches with Spatial Riq, many thanks to all the hiders. Quick stop here to gather the required detail - and grab the cache - TFTC
The Better Half and I collected the family and made a very early run down to do the new series of caches east of Augusta. Lucky for us I had loaded all the caches around the area into the GPS which enabled us to find caches as the phone devices all failed in the very wet conditions. They did not work again properly until Saturday on our way home again. We decided to do the Adventure labs in Margaret River and Cowaramup as well as other caches around the area.Cache found without problems. Log was signed and the cache returned as it was found. Thanks SeabreezeOZ for placing this cache for other cachers to find.

Interesting of course! Wandered around and wondered about the lives of those resting. On a multi mission in WA exploring and caching on a wee loop. TFTC
Down in Margs for a weekend getaway with the muggle wife and managed to get out early a couple of times to grab some smileys. We did a winery tour yesterday and some of the places we stopped at had geocaches nearby but I was unable to sneak off to do what I do. Decided to head out this morning and have a go at some of them on my own.
Saw that I would be going straight past this one in my travels so put it on the list. Had the final coords sorted previously and parked up right next to GZ. Spent longer than I should've to eventually uncover the container.
SeabreezeOZ I found your cache at 7:27am, this was the 3rd of 5 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 7818. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

While touring WA from Victoria we used geocaching as our tour guide for artwork, historic locations, geological features and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. We also explored many cemeteries, wandering around reading old headstones to collect clues for multis that we really enjoy. This was one of them.
A quick find in a secure location.
Thanks SeabreezeOZ for the multi placement.

With a week away from work we decided to head off on a road trip for a few of those days. We were heading for Donnybrook, Yallingup and Margaret River to soak in the sights and grab a few caches along the way. This cache was one that we found on day 5 of our break away! Cheers and TFTC.

Meme28, Cirrus_Wa, Sir Fancy and I C Nothing are hitting the road for a caching weekend with many caches in our sights. A weekend of many laughs and hopefully a few challenges we will qualify for after this run. All caches were found in good condition. Logged as SMIC.
Day Two of the SMIC(SirFancy, Meme28, I C Nothing and Cirrus_WA) weekend, we started out in Dunsborough and headed to Margaret River.
We grabbed many labs, multi’s, mysteries and challenges.
I’ll sleep well tonight.
Congratulations to Cirrus_WA’s 4000 find during today.
This is my 1420 find.
Thank you SeabreezeOZ for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!

Parked up and started the hunt, Meme28 mentioned that this couldn’t possibly be where the cache is and proceeded to immediately uncover the cache.

A final weekend getaway before the school year starts to grab a bunch of caches with good friends SirFancy, Meme28 & I C Nothing (SMIC).
Day two had us completing our version of the cape to cape experience.
The morning was filled with caching around Dunsborough & Yallingup getting my name on the last of the WAGB Challenge caches.
We lunched at Yallingup Maze before heading all the way down to Augusta and starting to make our way back northwards.
The day finished with some more adventure labs in Margaret River and dinner and the Settlers.
Not satisfied enough we grabbed a few more finds on the way back to the accommodation.
I finished the day with 36 finds, 18 adventure labs, 18 challenge signed and 1 DNF.

Here we are having another fantastic day in the Margaret River area. This morning we collected all the information for the two local Adventure Labs Many aspects of which were in the downtown area and then a few of the elements were out of town in very interesting areas. Giving we were in town we explored the shops for a while and generally had a good look around before heading down to the beach areas and the actual mouth of the Margaret River . It was still and warm in town and yet it was totally blowing a gale and quite chilly at the coast. Of course we picked up a few geocaches along the way and unfortunately quite a few dnf’s today.
This was the first actual geocache of the day. We respectfully like visiting cemeteries there are always good caches to find, as well as reading the graves and soaking up the history. At the rear end of the cemetery today there were lots of work men and a large digger so we were hoping the final cache would not be over there. We set about finding the answers to solved were the final gz was. And it was in a very clever spot. TFTC

We have travelled from SA and have been staying in Pemberton. Today we ventured out to do the caves. Had a lovely lunch at Prevelly beach and found this one on the way out. Cant drive past a cemetery cache, thanks!
A great multi in a very interesting location, a favourite! Thank you for the cache SeabreezeOZ.
My wife loves the history of these cemeteries so we always stop for LKA multis. This was no exception and we really enjoyed the walk around and the final prize which was found quickly
Thanks for the cache SeabreezeOZ. Found at 12:09:00 PM it was cache number 3099 for me and was number 14 in my run of 16 finds and 0 DNFs for this holiday's geocaching effort.
Cheers

Although the cord checker said wrong, I went to location I plugged in and found it. TFTH
SharkandSparkle and I attempted this one this evening and came up empty handed. An interesting way to spend a balmy evening. Hope they're all resting peacefully. We'll be back to change the sad face to a smiley!
Hi there SeabreezeOZ.
This is the 1st of 2 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
We spent quite some time here but we just couldn't locate your cache, possibly because there seems to be a new fence here, and the gates look like they have a new coat of paint - so here's a DNF from us.
Regards
Ian and Penny

Found with cullum68 while in this lovely area time for some caches thanks for the cache
Found on our way back from bisiting a few caves today. Thanks for the effort you put into ur multis. Thanks for the cache
So interesting to see some of the key family names of this area in this cemetery
One more LKA cache to be solved by strolling around the cemetery and finding all the needed values ! Final coords looked perfect and after all even the hint made sense somehow .

Left the youngsters back at the Airbnb to sleep off the exploits of the day & snook out with Demimoch to seek out a couple of caches. TFTC SeabreezeOz
Mr dimor had a couple of days off so we took Bruce along to the Gracetown Caravan Park for a couple of nights, it's a lovely park.
A day for grabbing a few caches and seeing some sights. Grabbed this one while on the way to Prevelly
Have had this solved for well over 12 months but just never managed to stop at GZ. Mr dimor said where he thought it was when we pulled up (God I hate it when he is right), but as usual I wasn't listening and search a few 'doors' down before he yelled at me to check his spot
TFTC and an easy find for one who didn't even get out of the car

Spending a few days down in Margaret River with work so instead of driving back and forth I brought my van down so I could do some caching too, oh and not to have to get early starts/late nights at home.
Next stop Prevelly and a quick stop of to sign my name here

A Southwest escape again with Barnzy12 starting in Perth heading to Margaret river via Dunsborough yallingup and down the coast road.
Day two had us visiting Augusta to Pemberton with a great drive through heartbreak track with stunning Karri Forrest.
Day three was spend visiting Windy Harbour ... living up to its name and then through to Walpole where an epic walk up GC18W4D fire lookout ended the day.
Day four was to be spent walking through Walpole-Nornalup National Park to complete the Hop on Top walk and series of 7 geocaches. A great walk spend with a team of others.
The day ended with a huge drive back to Perth ready for a day of work on Monday.
During the 4 day adventure plenty of caches found around 90 with a good range of types and container sizes. Some great photos and memories to take away.
SeabreezeOZ I found your cache LKA Margaret River (Phoenix Series) thanks for placing this hide for myself and others to find.
Have you logged your will attend for WAGB18? Dunsborough is where it’s all at this year check it out at GC7GXQA October 13th + 14th.

Out on a 4-day south west exploration with Cravo10 with the eventual goal of meeting up for a group assault on the Top on Hop in Walpole Nornalup National Park.
Day 2 saw us leaving Margaret River and travelling via Caves Road to Augusta, and then eventually to our Pemberton where we stayed the night.
We started bright and early, and completed the night cache in town just as the sun was coming up. We then set to work on the remaining wharncliffe mill caches that we hadn't found, as parts of the track were closed on our last visit.
We caches our way via Redgate beach, and the Caves which had a number of good multi caches and loudys cache at the unmarked cave, which was a highlight of the day.
We continued towards Augusta, where we picked up all the caches around town except for one at the beach and enjoyed a nice walk to the creating the capes earth cache.
Confining on to Molloy Island where we grabbed the traditional there and onto sues bridge where we did a huge bush bash to get the t4.5 cache and a couple of others.
Eventually making our way to Pemberton via Beedelup Falls, we decided to complete the Heartbreak drive trail which is highly recommend and a great local series.
Our last cache of the day was an archived multi at the local cemetery and once we worked out one thing it was a quick find. Ironically the cache has had more finds after it was archived than it did when it was an active listed cache!
Thanks to the local COs for a great day out.

Down in Cowaramup for a few days relaxation, food, exploration and a few caches in between. Made our base at a great new B&B in Cowaramup and had an enjoyable time exploring the immediate area and sampling the many scenic and gastronomic delights.
An easy LKA multi which we try to do whenever we come across them as we learn a little history each time. This time we discovered some Bussell family graves who are connected to Mrs K's family.
Thanks for the cache SeabreezeOZ [^] - we made the find and the cache was in good order and the log dry .
This was find # 4 of 14 and 0 today giving us a total cache count of 3296.

We have been down in Margaret River this weekend for the Cape to Cape MTB race, and today is our last day, and now we're heading back to Perth. On our way home I got the chance to stop for a few caches.
This was the first one, and I have found the previous cache here. I had fun researching the waypoints again, although the final cache took me a while to find as the hint didn't seem to match what I found in the end.
Thanks for the multi SeabreezeOZ!

We played 9 holes nearby, then came here to do this multi, which I think we had done before in version 1. Interesting seeing the Bussell graves. TFTC
Having to satisfy the GC requirement to log a multi this weekend, this happened to be my closest geocache anyway.
Interesting history of some of the gravestones and soon had CIH
Thanks SeebreezeOZ and letting me grab a souvenir.

Needing a multi in order to secure a souvenir I chose this one. All numbers easily found and the final was also in hand quickly. TFTC and chance to secure my souvenir.
Having a long weekend in Margaret River and grabbing some caches where I can. I wondered how many of the local brigade would think I was being odd walking between graves writing information down.

Love these LKA caches. Found the cache but could not extract it as it had sunk down its hidey hole. Had to come back the next day with some stiff wire to extract it and returned it to a higher level. TFTC
Thanks for resurrecting this cache. When we last looked it had disappeared and then was archived.
A favourite from us.....just as well we had the right tool Always enjoy walking around finding information on the headstones. Reminds us that every person is precious and loved.

Managed to muddle up the numbers to start with then spent far too long at GZ before getting the torch out and finding that the cache was out of reach. The cache was easily extracted using a selected item from our caching tool kit though and should be a bit easier for the next person to retrieve. Thanks for the cache SeabreezeOZ
Thanks for the hide SeabreezeOZ. Out cleaning up the map a bit getting sone MR caches on this fine winters day. Lovely walk around the cemetery.
Had us stumped our gps coordinates were out by about 8m. Thanks for the fun frustration
Found this one with Leega just as the sun is going down. Number 22 for the day. TFTC SeabreezeOZ.
Found with axell33. Had a nice chat with the lovely Margaret River Park Ranger. Then went about caching! Thank you for the cache.
I recall visiting the cemetery a couple of years ago, so it was all quite familiar. Looks like they are preparing a few plots for some new arrivals but no-one around working (or visiting today). Quick find here. Tftc
