Logs
Reperio 16:23Day 4 of our NSW south eastern caching tour, and Master Vitruvius and I travelled from Batemans Bay to Eden. The biggest factor of our travels today was the wind. Often blowing so hard it was a challenge to both get the log signed and hang onto zip lock bags. The journey along the coast was fantastic. With rain threatening to arrive early the next day, we aimed to get as much done as we could, and so concentrated our effort on ticking off the caches along Bengello Beach. As we continued down the coast, we turned our focus to finding the SST series. Found most of the caches we searched for, so it was a great day out. A nice spot to welcome us to the town!!Found on the Mega Capital Geobash coastal loop via Adelaide - Barrington - coast to Mexico City loop. A lot of caches and white line fever was sweated out. Thanks dghoffy and clear skies from TeamAstro. Cache the planet! Some logs signed as TAD as teamed up with Tenkae and Deanside for additional fun. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Now chasing caches around Canberra for the Easter 2024 Geobash, often signing as TAD which encompasses Tenkae, Astro and Deanside. Enjoying great company and the different aspects of our Commonwealth Capital. Thanks for placing the cache dghoffy contributing to this great game we play. Happy trails, deanside!
On our way back to Vic after Visiting Canberra for the Mighty Mega. A wonderful event!A very clever and tricky hide. Many thanks dghoffy for providing this game piece for our enjoyment.
Nice hide. Found with gmj3191 as we explore the region on our way to the Canberra mega. Thanks for the fun and for bringing us here.
Find # 8,553 for me on 24 Mar 2024 at 1:09pm. This cache was found on our Canberra Mega adventure. After leaving Melbourne with PamJ in our little caravan, the plan is to stay a couple of nights at Bemm River, then a few more at Pambula before cruising into Canberra. This cache was found as part of this journey. Found by PamJ, while I was looking at wrong things. Log a little damp. Thanks dghoffy, for giving back to the game. *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Very nice. And muggle free in the rain! I like the way the obvious place isnt the place! But watch out for spiders in the wrong place.

Found this nicely hidden cache on a late afternoon ride. Thanks for the challenge.
I found it though it took like 40 mins. This was too hard. It definitely requires a clue. Though its cool what was in it
Caching down the south coast for a few days. TFTC.
Nice clever hide. Was barked at when coming out of some bushes.

It took me a long time to find this one. I remember how cunning you are, and I knew that I would have to look at everything to try to find the cache. So, off I went. My theory was all well and good, and worked in the end. My phone, on the other hand, refused to cooperate, and kept leading me in big circles. The banksia tree with all the fallen banksia seed pods was a real pain for a while, what with having to look at all of them. Luckily, my phone moved me on again before I spent TOO much time on them, and I hoped it would not take me back there. It led me to the metal barrier, which I was able to take apart, but no caches revealed themselves. Finally, it led me to the right place, and, after a while, I spotted it. Well done, have a favorite point. Thanks, dghoffy.

Thanks for the cache. A quick stop off to enjoy the sites, have a coffee play find some caches!
Staying in Bega with daughter and fellow cacher Shufflehop, the Tathra caches were tempting. We drove there for lunch, and then did some swimming and caching. This cleverly concealed cache was found by my muggle husband. Nice hide.

Visiting Bega & Tathra for the day.
Grabbed some fish and chips before heading here to eat them on the beach. We had the whole place ourselves and Peppa loved it !!
Great hide at GZ, very sneaky !

Ocw the Bebes. We had fish and chips on the beach and then found this one. Tricky little hide but got there in the end. Tftc
A quick find, followed by a moment of panic when I dropped the container lid in the grass (I did find it again!). Thanks for the cache dghoffy and elysium_au
Well… it was the first spot I looked, tried, but thought nah, that’s not it. Read the logs. Got motivated again, and yes, there it was. Luckily I am travelling with my van, and had tweezers to pull out the log book. Nice cache! Thanks
Tftc. Tricky. I went into my tool kit to make retrieval easier. As a dog owner, I was baffled by the amount of dog poo on the ground at GZ given the proximity of the doggie doo bags.
Day 8 and my last day in Bermagui before heading home. Goal today was to complete the SST series (Minus my DNF's), majority left are south around Tathra and Bega plus grab any others along the way.
I got very lucky here, literally walked up and put my hand straight on the cache. Sneaky little hide!

Muggle hubby found this one after reading the comment about the cable tie. One of those sneaky ones. Log all good. TFTC dghoffy.
Found this with 007Mushu and Little Cricket. The GPS was jumping around a little but we finally found it, such a tricky little hide. I am giving this a favourite point as I think it was sneaky and you brought us to a beautiful spot in which we had a very nice lunch down at the beach. TFTC:)
Found with Lucky Cricket and Little Cricket. A great little hide, took some time to find being on the right side helped. TFTC
What a simple yet devious hide! I finally logged the cache after a long search, thanks.
Very sneaky. It is in plain sight but look closely and you will see something is not quite right
Sneaky hide! Was standing reading through previous logs to Geohubby, looked up and there it was! TFTC
While enjoying some cycling this afternoon, I decided to head along the road into Tathra and pick up a few caches along the way.
This one proved to be quite tricky. I was in the right area and was poking around a bit, but couldn't spot anything out of the ordinary. I suddenly saw a cable tie and had that sinking feeling when there was nothing attached to the cable tie. But after thinking about it for a few moments, I realised that this probably had never been the cache because it would have been too exposed where it was.
A little more searching and suddenly the little critter was spotted. Very neat and sneaky. It took only moments to complete my signing duties before I was on my way to the next stop.
