When I arrived to the GZ area I was unable to locate this cache. The item mentioned was located easily but no cache was to be seen. I even extended the search in case it was muggled then dscarded but it still wasn't located within about 40 or so metres. I will return one day Thanks for the challenge, spidermonkeyAU
Veni. Non vidi. Non Vici. Non scripsi.
Found the junk but no cache
Hope to come back when it is there.

Deleted hint to avoid any confusion. Cache container is hidden within a random item found when placed. We thought it looked like a metal sprinkler base but others initially thought it might be from a car.
Found while on an afternoon run with Wal & Ol prior to an excellent Caberet Fringe Festival show. TFTC!
Found on a roundabout drive to a Cabaret Fringe Festival show with Pony1966. Spotted the sprinker in the wild with the colourful insert! TFTC.
Swung past to replace wet log, and it was all dry, but crusty so replaced both log and container.
Day Seventeen of our holiday, BettyBoo3747 and I are settling in at Semaphore in Adelaide. We dragged out the deadly treadlies and rode the coastal trail. There looked like quite a few on the map, but we ended up riding more kilometres than we found caches. An awful lot of caches still listed that were not there (and that doesn't count our DNF's!)
We were starting to get a bit worried about this one, until the track to a sudden turn to the left.
A quick find although the green container is not keeping the water out well.
Thanks, Robmc.

#11892. Day 17 of our SA holiday. Our first day based in Semaphore so time to explore on the bicyles and hope to pick up several of the nearby caches. A forelorn hope as it turned out, as we kept rocking up to caches that are actually missing in action and then there were our other DNF's also. I did manage to sign 23 caches on a 30km ride and gathered another 6 DNF's for my growing SA collection.
The container isn't waterproof and the inside and the log book were wet and manky. Just found a spot and stamped our names but this cache is in desperate need of maintenance.
Thanks spidermonkey9

Out for a bike ride around Outer Harbor today, so called by to find the Spidermonkeys series. A nice quick find here, but struggled to find a space on the log. The log has seen better days and really needs a new one, but I didn’t have my normal kit with me because of the bike. TNLN SL Thanks for the cache.
Down this way again to grab my daily streak cache. Last week it was late at night with spiders, today it was afternoon with flies. Many, many flies. I guess there weather as many spiders a needed. There's been quite a bit of growth in the last few weeks so getting to GZ was a bit of a challenge, but nothing a seasoned cacher can't overcome. Once there, the find was easy. TFTC spidermonkeyAU!
A perfect sunny Saturday ment that another days caching was in order and it was time to tart knocking off all the caches around Port adelaide/Outer Harbor. A scratchy start to the day ment that my find count was a little less than I was hoping, though none the less, a good day caching was had. Hopefully I can get back up hear soon to find the rest of the caches in this area.

Actually, this might have been what Owl thought was the stationery cache. It was dark. And she was overly fixated on just 3 more caches!
Thanks for another cache spidermonkey9,great use of camo native to this area.

TFTC. Over in Adelaide for the Dragon Boat Down Under competition. What better a way to spend a rest day than a little caching. Plenty of red herrings here as there's a fair bit of junk in the area. Might be good for a future CITO. Found by the eldest teen with what he says was 'ease'.
The Cache is in good condition.

Enjoyed the series and the surrounds. Mozzies as big as budgies. Hail the makers of insect repellent! All caches found in good condition. Many thanx
Quick find apart from getting bitten by a March fly. He was a day early. Lol
A loop walk with lots of caches.[^] How could I resist! Find #1. Excellent co-ordinates made the find easy. Thanks spidermonkey9
Working in the near by area the past few weeks has given red the chance to find some caches out this way... keeping up our daily streak. With the co-worker sending a message that they would be late this morning.... red drove straight past site and found this cache instead, lol! An easy find. Now to do some work :cP Will save the others for another day ;c) TFTC spidermonkey9!
I visited this series during an evening caching in the Port Adelaide area.
Thanks for putting them out. TFTC

Found in the dark after walking past a young man in a hoodie. We said g'day and walked off in opposite directions. Thanks spidermonkey9 for this cache. No shortage of pencils here.
Off cruise ship Radiance of the Seas today. A quick find here on a windy, hot and fly blown day. Luckily we brought the Aeroguard. Nice hide but a quick find due to good cords. Thanks spidermonkey9
I spent a while at this cache, going to and fro with no success. Finally I relied on the GPS. Still no luck. Fortunately my metatarsals found its hiding spot by accident! TFTC
Suscoe's 20th find of 42 for today.
It was a glorious day with sunshine and almost no breeze as we wandered around the Port area and beyond.
A quick walk to GZ and there was the cache waiting quietly there for us.
Thanks to spidermonkey9 for placing this cache.

Every other Friday I help flip pancackes at Ocean View School and as it was a lovely morning I drove out to the Harbour.
This and one other were the last on my list to be found, so I jumped the fence and made a good find and sign with my phone and C:Geo.
Cache in good order and covered.
Left a TB.

Found this one while based with our caravan at the Semaphore Caravan Park. A lovely area to cache in. We particularly enjoyed our day out caching with SEMIK and Moneydork. Nice one. Thanks to spidermonkey9 for placing this cache.
Out and about after a birthday dinner in the area the frogs and Mattycat decided some torchlight caching would finish off the night, continuing on from the last hide another well hidden cache, will have to visit the park in daylight sometime TFTC spidermonkey9
Birthday caching night with team Froghoppin

We have been to this neighbourhood a few times before (we never get an opportunity to try for the nearby playground cache , it's always too busy), but we didn't know about this little park until a couple of caches have been place here. We parked at the Northern entrance and took a short walk to collect them both. TNLNSL TFTC
I loves a bit of Kraftwerk too
Oh not that sort of craft work
The stroll through the parklands was a delight this morning
Nice and quiet and sunny
TFTC !!

Would never have walked through here, if not for these couple of caches .
Parked at the northern entrance and we made this one the second of the two .
Interesting camo - we think local and possibly retrieved nearby . TNLNSL.
Thanks Spidermoney9.

After a big circle of GZ (our GPSr kept 0m right in the middle of the trees) we soon came across this crafty little hide.

Tonight was a nice night for a drive so Darknstormy and i decided to do some night caching
We weren't aware of the walking track here so again we had to hop over the fence and fight the long grass and weeds
This took some time to spot in the dark and the GPS couldn't settle on a GZ but eventually we walked away with a find
Thanks for the cache spidermonkey9

Furrangel and I decided we werent going to sit in from of the TV tonight and get out and do some caches.. So it was time to tackle a few that were breeding on our maps
Again we had to hop over the fence line.... This one proved to be a big challenge in the dark.. a phone torch and the gps torch and about 10 mins later... both devices were sending us around and around..
But we made it.. with about 50 mozzie bites..
Thanks for the cache Spidermonkey9

Mrs scoobster loves craft too.... the spidermonkeys should come and have a look at her collection one day - and spend a year trying to use it all up !!!
Thank spidermonkey9 for the find.

The three of us were down this way today for a nice bike ride to grab a few caches, then a play on the nearby playground.
Mr Tardis found this one in the first place I looked - don't you just love it when that happens?
I nice track for a bike ride.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache spidermonkey9.

Geomum and geodog were out for a walk this afternoon so decided to grab this cache whilst we were here. Went around in circles until we found the cache with the help of the hint! Too many mozzies out biting us so glad we found it fairly quickly.
