Found the right tree, found a cache type hole that matches the hint but no container. This hole seems to go a long way down the tree now.
Leider sind wir hier nicht fündig geworden, vielleicht hat das Wasser den Cache kaputt gemacht....
Didn’t want to walk on the path as it seemed someone homeless lived there probably
Grafton to SWR for 2 nights
Our last stop before heading home to Port Macquarie. While here we managed to catch up with bobbiesgirl & Fergs at SWR & then coongoola at Stuarts Point this is one of the best parts of caching is meeting up with caching friends.
Thankyou earthly65 for placing this cache.

Last half day in Woolgoolga. A few caches and a couple of AdLabs to keep me going, until the camper is ready, and I head south once more.
Tried coming from the other direction - not a good idea.
So I did this one after the entrance caches and found the track I should be on.
Thanks, Robmc.

A micro in thw bush with no hint...hm getting to GZ from a dirt road of the road is easy. Path is overgrown and seems disused. Gave it 10 at GZ but couldn't it. Area might have changed a lot since it was placed. Might need checking.
Path quite overgrown but finally got close to GZ. Bush bashing needed to get right on it but it became a bit needle in a haystack for us today.
DNF for me today. Had a good look, lots of bits of a dead stump, you beat me today...
Cheers
Cheers
We stopped to do this cache & found the path leading from the caravan park is blocked off.
Maybe there is another way to get to GZ but we didn't try. Left for another visit in the area.

I tried to find this cache last year and failed
Today I went for a stroll by the lake again,
not expecting to find this one [:o]
Yet this time around,
the cache was found in less than a minute
Why does that happen ??
The placement of this cache in the obvious place works so well,
that I'm not surprised I didn't see it last visit
TFTC at last.

I parked on the laneway close to GZ.
Which seemed to have been a good idea as I arrived at GZ
Ye olde foot bridge providing access across the creek was more of wade than a walk
Alas !!
No amount of looking could find me the cache today

Took while but finally got the little sucker. It was very quiet here last Sat so had time to really search. Good hide. Thanks.
In the Coffs district to find as many caches as we can before we head home after the Alice Mega.
We may sign small log sheets as CG.
Had to resort to a PAF for guidance. I remember finding one here a couple of years ago.
Thanks for the cache earthly65 and Robbieracer66.

Great hide and a lovely spot. Took a bit of searching, had to broaden the search area, but found it! TFTC
Found with coinman Dyl. Log was really wet so put a dry one in the cache. Thanks for a great hide
The steps are under water so I took the long way around. Looked in the obvious and not-so-obvious spots and failed to locate the cache. Maybe next time I visit Woopi.
TFTC Took the gps a little while to settle under the tree coverage and even then it was still a little out, taking me closer to the water than needed. When I found the log it was a little damp so I took it back to the car to dry, a min or two later the log was back in place.
Found with a hint from the CO. Log is wet and starting to fall apart.

Spent ages looking in all the wrong places! Found eventually after widening the search area and reading earlier posts for hints. TFTC.
Looked for this last visit without success but this time....Yippee!! Clever hide. TFTC
Late log turns out I found it before this date
Thanks for the great find

Log is wet. After our success down near the river mouth we headed up to its sister hide. A short walk in and as the GPSr settled we followed a little geo trail and then soon spotted the hide for a quick find. We extracted the log and then completed the signing duties before re hiding. TFTC

After trying the Entrance one without success, I followed what looked like an overgrown trail towards this. That petered out and I was by the water with my thongs getting stuck in the mud. I bush bashed back to the road and walked along to find the car track leading in where someone was unloading a boat, and then the good foot track back towards the caravan park. Once at GZ it took a bit of hunting around before the cache hide was spotted. Thanks earthly65.
Bit tricky earthly 65 unable to sign log as it was very wet and was on the ground. Replaced where I thought is was meant to be.TFTC earthly 65
YEW YEW FOUND ZE LITTLE GEOCACHE! Thanks to our new geofriends for da mad find brahhhhh! TFTC!
Second visit after a push in the right direction by CO and got the beast. Yesterday I was misled by a previous comment that referred to a tree photo and with so much tree cover, GPSr reception was poor, TFTC earthly65!!
Found at 1:41 PM in the company of Temingi GAFF5. We followed the geotrail that others have made and came up with the same result that they came up with - nothing! We then started to widen our search area - even looking at the other side of the track and still nothing. Then Dave looked into a little nook just off the track and what do you know - a cache in this lovely setting.
Thanks earthly65.
Thanks earthly65.
Found this one easily while out caching today. Really well made and clever hint that Kirkenny posted. Thanks earthly65
I parked Spangle in an out of the way location and then Jelly the Wonderdog and myself hit the trail. When we reached GZ I saw a nice, little geotrail that took me straight to the tiny beasty. Log signed, I replaced the cache as I had found it.
Thanks for the cache earthly65

Well we looked, looked, looked and looked. Just about to give up and go home when Hubby said " There's the sneaky little Bugger!!!!"Very good hide gets a Fav TFTC
First time to Hearnes Lake. Parked nearby and walked along this little trail. Stopped to look but didn't find it, so went on to look for "Hearnes Lake Entrance" - but didn't find it either. Thought about Flat Top Island but tide was high so gave up on that idea. Another, lengthy search for "Entrance" but without luck. Passed back by this cache and found it immediately - don't know why I didn't spot it the first time.
Quick find after klr kennys clue was rethought. Thabks earthy and robbieracer for the cache. (For some reason I didnt get this activation email) but its good to let some other caches get the ftf. ☺
Two DNF's in a short time and we were wondering if geocaching had suddenly become much harder or we were losing it. Confidence restored here! TFTC earthly65.
