Dowerin last night, now heading north, then west, then south down the coast. A rather average type of day with wind and rain threatening to start out the day. We had showers and rain while driving that stopped for caching, nice! Through the day the clouds cleared, the sun started shinning, the wind is gone. A bit of a sticky situation delayed us, but with help from hood folk, we were back on the roads. A nice find here, late night and busy with sleepers. Thanks for the cache.
A caching trip from Canberra, ACT to Cape York, Qld and then around the gulf to East Arnhem Land, NT then over the top of WA and down to Perth.Interesting detours to Thursday Island, Mabuiag Island, Mornington Island, Doomadgee, Hells Gate, Nhulunbuy, Wadeye, Litchfield National Park, Wyndham, the Gibb River Road, Monkey Mia, Meekatharra, Wiluna, Laverton, Warburton, Kargoorlie, Westonia, Goomalling, Kalannie, Jurien Bay & The Pinnacles.TFTC. Nice wet find in the dark. Lucky rain is stopped.
Nice quick find as we head north, clearing out some LGAs. Good to have ample parking for the van. Tftc
GPS took some time to settle but found relatively quickly Cache in reasonable condition
Headed up to Kalbarri to do the new parkrun and we had a couple of extra days off work so we took our time on the return journey and picked up a couple of caches on the way.We camped here on our way up and in the morning I headed over to make the grab. It wasn't in the first place I looked, i was misled by the title, but it didn't take took long to locate. The spiders seem to like this one.TFTC Squash2
A quick stop on the way to Dongara as we travel down the coast. A nice shady spot here.
Traveling through WA very slowly with muggle friends. Though I’d get some caches on the way. Found with gkkayes. Stopped here for an overnight stay on our way south. TFTC
Back on the road again, heading north. Three Springs to Dongara
Camped at the RV spot overnight, an AL & a couple of caches to do.
Toured down to Port Denison for a look. Hubby decided a walk along the beach was needed.
A variety of caches found today in some very interesting locations.
Thankyou to the CO's for hiding this cache

On our way to Horrocks so thought we would dart up the road and grab this one. TFTC

Visiting Perth from Brisbane to catch up with hubby who is working over here. Today I am on my way to Geraldton after dropping hubby off at the worksite in Dongara.
GPS had me circling around this parking area until I checked one place and found the cache. SL then returned as found.
Found on 6 July 2022. TFTC, Squash2.

Considered camping here for the night, but decided just to grab the cache and head on down the road. TFTC
Heading up north for a few days and this was one of my designated stretch the legs stops With a number of free camping spots either closing or soon to be charging fees, I also wanted to check this place out for future use as an overnighter - nice little spot, only really suitable for tin tents though. Great place for a cache though; no one else here when I pulled in so made a very fast find All ok today, a nice quick drive-by - TFTC
Nice surprise to find a geocach here. We planned on spending the night.tftc

Originally I had planned to leave this cache for our return journey but decided to make the detour to it today. Glad we did as we took a different route back. I had the help of a million flies searching for this cache [xx(] but that seemed to be the story of the last few days. We have fly nets now!
Found with no issues (thanks to the fly net) and signed quickly and off to Dongara for lunch.
Thanks Squash2

A quorum of the Fott was here so we are retrospectively claiming the find. If that's an issue let us know.
Heading up to Gero for the annual IGD event with AlliedOz & SVKR_WA on a day trip, lots of banter and shenanigans in amongst the 900 odd k's traveled for the day.
A quick find here by SVKR while Allied and I were looking elsewhere. Bit confused by the fire ring under the no fires sign though.
Squash2 I found your cache at 9:08am, this was the 4th of 34 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 5562. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Quickly found here as we stopped for a moment.
Well today is International Geocaching Day for 2019 and Granett, AlliedOz and I hatch a somewhat crazy plan to head to Geraldton for a day trip to attend the event there.
We left a wet and cold Perth at 5 and headed north, stopping for a couple of caches along the way and a bit of maintenance that was needed.
It was a long but fun road trip - lots of banter, great company and it was great to catch up with a pile of people at the event in Greenough.
Squash2 SVKR_WA is happy to have found your cache No Camp Fires today at 09:08:57 17 Aug 2019. This brings my find count to 3646
Squash2 - Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment. We love travelling the state and visiting some places that we would only visit due to this game.

Popped in for a quick find by SVKR_WA in the likely spot.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Squash2 you help make this game what it is.

Hi there Squash2.
We found your cache **"No Camp Fires"** at 10:52:00 AM today. (This makes our find count 22664).
We are staying in Geraldton for a few days, and when it is not raining we venture out to cache and tour the local area. We started our caching run by nominating a cache quite a way from our camp site and then took a route that was sometimes determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. We thoroughly enjoyed our interesting trek around the local area
We ended up finding a variety of container types, and sizes hidden along our route. (5 finds today & 0 DNF's). Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic travels around Australia.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 3m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

The wind blew us along nicely today as we went caching with ilook4geo. No problem finding this one and we are enjoying visiting this part of WA. Our last visit was in spring about 5 years ago in our pre caching days and this time the scenery is very different.
Thank you to Squash2 for adding to the caching game and for giving us a reason to visit this part of our country again.

On a 4 day drive to the warmer weather, stopping in at Kalbarri, Denham, monkey Mia, Carnarvon and Gascoyne junction.
Hoping for 2 LGA’s that we’re missed on the last trip this way and to clean up the map.
Travelling with the usual suspect Barnzy12
Squash2 We found your cache No Camp Fires thanks for placing this cache for myself and others to find.

King Kid found this one. Shame about the fires/BBQ would be a lovely spot for one.
Headed off early this morning, trying to beat the early peak hour madness on the Kwinana Freeway. Who would have thought that it would be bumper to bumper, stop/start, all the way from south of Anketell right through Cockburn Central to Berrigan Drive at 6.15 in the morning? Crazy! Lots us people must be wetting their beds or something, lol.
Anyway, the plan was to pick up Eliktrisiti in Malaga and head northwards for a bit of a roadtrip. A little backtracking had to be done to pick up a recently solved ~Tango~ puzzle, then it was time to hit the road. Went up the Brand Highway for a change, zigzagging backwards and forwards as we continued northwards to Dongara and then Greenough to where we were staying. Grand adventure it was too.
This was one that we stopped for in the afternoon. And a super quick find it was to. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Squash2

Originally logged under clan-wallace. Geohubby wants his own caching name so guess who is relogging the lot for him?
Out geocaching with the geowife Alikat! tftf returning home to Perth after Geraldton event.
Nice littler diversion on the way back to Perth. Just long enough to let all the backed up traffic pass.

tftc squash while travelling back to Perth after the event in Geraldton stopped by here in the rain and did the cursory walk around the sign as others had done ad then went to where i guessed the cache would be and it was the first thing i found when doing some bending and stretching activity. Then headed to the Brand Highway back home.
