Hi C&M+B&B,
This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, only to discourage people from visiting this location until this cache may be addressed.
**Please note that caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis you will be given some extra time to react as we recognise that CO's can't just pop out and fix the issue,** geocache maintenance can wait. Once the acute threat of pandemic is over, I will remind you about your cache needing attention.
Should you feel it safe for you to maintain and address this cache now, AND your regional Health and Governmental authorities allow it, please feel free to do so. However, I would like to assure you I will not be archiving any caches which the cache owner does not currently feel safe to maintain.
I'll pass by in about another 45 days and hopefully this will all be over.

Checked the underside of all steel girders. No luck. Might be on top but we couldn’t climb up.
DNF I thought more Geo-senses seeking this geocache would give me a higher probability of gaining a smiley ~ not the case!! Geo-Buddy Scratches, the geo-munchkins & I looked in all the wild & not so wild places. We followed our differing but same compass coords & put our pens & fingers in places perhaps best left alone. Nadda ~ This one has me beat... I suspect a muggling, however reading previous logs it is possible it’s just in a rather devious & camoed spot.
DNF I did not find this geocache or any tennis balls with my mum skatierocks. I looked under the tables too! There is lots of ants here
DNF so many places to search, & it was getting dark quick... unfortunately without a flashlight. A few muggles on bikes & motorbikes riding around too. Geo-munchkins were having fun dancing on top of the concrete tables at GZ.
Out with the family on a caching mission and we stopped by and after a while I came up with the prize. Thanks C&M+B&B for placing and maintaining.
On our trip to the Hervey Ranges we stopped here. Took a good 15 minutes to locate it. TFTC
Looked and looked but no prize to be found.
Not saying it's not there but maybe CO could take a look.

Had a good look everywhere we could think of, but no dice. If anyone who knows the location and is in the area could check if it's still here, that would be awesome.
After turning one of the last DNFs nearby to a smiley Team BlackPearl and I came back to tick this one off. Missed it on the first pass but my fingers hit gold (or maybe bronze) on the second sweep.
My Townsville map (minus two muggled at Mt Stuart) is complete.
Thanks for another hide.

Spent quite a while on this one with help from a previous finder but still came away empty handed. Thought I had it only for the suspect not to budge. Will watch this one.
Arrived at GZ and started the search. Took a good 5 minutes but the well hidden little cache was eventually in hand. Log signed and all was good.
Thanks for another one C&M+B&B......

Day 6 Townsville
Today we headed west towards Rupertswood. Finding caches on the way there & back.
This took us quiety awhile to find. Have seen many similar but this one just blended in so well.
Favourite point given.

We arrived and had a quick survey of the area, nothing.
Next step be a little more systematic, nothing.
Check terrain rating - one and a half, uhm nothing.
Read hint and previous logs - uhm.
Get our geocaching tool from the car and really start to be serious about the "sneaky" hide, found straight away.

Aaaaargh! 2nd fail at finding this one. Last one in Rupertswood I need. Open to hints...
Have been here more times than I will admit to.
Sometimes I have had to turn around as the place has been busy on others I have had to give up due to time constrains.
Today I headed out with a new hint, different from the last I had and I finally scored a find.
Well camouflaged, like it.
Thanks for the evil cache

Yeeessssss!! Finally. What a nasty little critter. Very clever hide, in such a place it could be anywhere and everywhere. Third time lucky with a bit of help from a friend, wohoooo. TFTC sl tnln
Even with a good hint I couldn't find this last September. Today I was finished with my work nearby so dropped by again. There were some tennis muggles finishing off so I waited for them to leave. All but one did and he retired to a different area to do some watering so I headed to the true GZ. Had a bit of a search again and was sitting down looking at logs when the muggle returned for a chat. Just told him it was a nice spot for a break! He was a big fan of the area but noted that the light in the shelter had been vandalised. Not by geocachers of course.
Using the two newer sets of coords I worked my way through everything I could see several times but all were legitimate. I was not far from leaving again when I finally put my hand on something unseen. That's it! Got the log out and signed, triumphant. Over 6 months since this one was found but it's still here. Terrain rating is 2-2.5 though. Coords still showing as by the tennis court but the coords by RobS72 and the other set by the CO are good.
Thanks!

In the area to clean up some cache stragglers and decided to check on this cache. Didn't realise the CO had already checked on it recently. Can confirm that the cache is still very much in play. It blends in really well with its surroundings.
Took a waypoint average at the GZ. S19 19.853 E146 36.241 are the coordinates I got. GPS does jump around a bit due to the metal awnings.

Spent a fantastic day out in charters today with RobS72 and his hyundai hilux and geoP stuck at work who ended up coming out to Charters around midday. After getting a good hint, we checked thoroughly but came up emptyhanded. would greatly appreciate if CO could check if it has gone walkabout when you get some time cheers
Was in the area thought we'd give the locals a go... Started to rain... But we pushed on... We looked up, down, on, under, in and out... No luck... I think we looked everywhere but the caches location....spent a good 30mins but no luck....
My first hunt has given me a didn't find it but enjoyed the hunt. Ground has been freshly mowed and I did find a man made nest box in the trees.
3rd dnf in a row, but jet lag getting the better of me so it wasn't a detailed search.

Still there and GPS co-ordinates will take you to the zone and close to the GC, not direct to it.
As per ice Cream the coords for this one are too far out and need amending.

Placement of cache will make spot on coords hard to get, however these should get you closer.
A previous finders log got us closer to GZ where geoP soon spotted the critter.

DNF for us today! Looked for a while but had more cache to get so left it for another day!
Coords were way out on this one (unless the cache is in the tennis court!) We had a bit of a look around trying to use previous logs as a guide but gave it away after about 20 mins.
Hi there, It still there checked 29/9-14 in the evening. As an additional hint - this cache is simular as the nearby Ice-cream...
Off coords and an incorrect terrain rating have made this a bit more difficult than it should be. Looked where the logs led me but found nothing. Will try again tomorrow.
Spent much longer than I really should have in finding this one.
The effort that went into creating this container is fantastic. Well done C&M+B&B!!

Out caching with MattCNS and Mtn Pygmy Possum to celebrate International Geocaching Day.
We arrived at the GZ and found that the coordinates wanted to take us out into the middle of the tennis courts. After surveying the surrounds, we picked a more likely spot for the cache to be located and commenced our search. After several minutes searching the area, the prize was soon located. The log was still unmarked, so a three way FTF for us.
We found the coordinates to be out by approximately 20 metres.

Out with Mattcns and RobS72 on International Geocaching Day trying for an FTF on this cache. After a little confusion as to where we should be looking we agreed that the spot we were in would be the area. During the search, I must admit to being distracted by the 'good luck tree', Adenanthera pavonina, specifically the beautiful glossy red seeds, and instead of looking for the cache, started collecting them for a future home made necklace. The boys fortunately were still on the job, and RobS72 found the FTF goods. TFTC
MPP, RobS72 and I headed out to find some caches on a much under publicized International Geocaching Day. We had noticed that this one was still to be found and headed out hoping to find a blank logbook We were a little surprised to find that GZ was in the centre of an area with a high fence and padlocked gates but after reading the description worked out a likely target for our search. RobS72 eventually came up with the goods in an area that I'd already looked.[xx(] We were pleased to find a blank logbook inside. The co-ordinates are out by about 25 metres and I think the terrain rating is a little out also. Thanks for the cache.
