Again another spot you would never visit if it wasn't for geo caching. I'm really starting to get jealous of the people living here, lucky buggers
A very pleasant park and grab, next to the Wimmera River bend on a glorious sunny winters day.TFTC
I went and had a look and the cache was definitely gone, so I put in a Replacement cache.
While in Jeparit this afternoon, we took the opportunity to look for three other caches. This was one of them.
Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks nom234 for the cache.

Adelaide to Hobart road trip.
Day One: Gumeracha to Jeparit.
Weather: perfect.
Walking stance from the caravan park, and I didn’t detect any mozzies either. Perfect temperature and light for a walk. Thanks for putting a cache here nom234, and for all the others of yours that I have found today

Quick find on a sunny day. Looks like this area would be a bit soggy in the rain. TFTH
Great little find along a beautiful river spot. Collected a travel bug to keep it moving!
Found it. Thanks so much. I’m loving this area. Dropped a little fish off for a swim.
On a camping road trip and Redda's Park, Brim was our second stop. Today we drove over to Jeparit and Lake Hindmarsh and picked up a few caches along the way. It was Mrs Pooky who made a quick easy find. TFTC and bringing us down to this area which we would not have visited without the cache being here. TNLN.
This was the first time that we actually noticed that some of those we are catching up with for the weekend, are ahead of us. That will be handy if we need a PAF. Thanks for placing the cache for us to find.
Must admit that I was trying where to take a photo from whilst Papi looked for and found the cache. Thanks for placing it here.
Fun, adventure, travel, history, geology, mental stimulation, social gatherings, support and friendship are just some of the elements of geocaching.
Out and about enjoying the opportunity to grab a few caches, yours being one of those I targeted on my journey today. Thanks ??
Thanks nom234 (F=138 H=15) for placing this cache and adding to our game.

Found on the way to Wyperfeld NP, to spend a weekend 4WDing with our caching friends.
A quick find by Chook. Neither of us had been to Jeparit before, so we appreciate being taken to these lovely spots, courtesy of caching. TFTC nom234.

Finally off on my 4 day weekend away to catch up with some fellow cachers and good friends around Wyperfeld National Park.
I headed up the Calder, turned west at Charlton and meandaring around the back roads to get to my destination for the night which is Lake Albacutya.
The weather is not being so kind to me today so it is a quick run and hopefully find and get back to the Geocruiser and on to the next one kind of day.
After visiting Rainbow I was heading towards Lake Albacutya but instead of turning right I turned left and decided to do a loop of Lake Hindmarsh as I had plenty of time.
Made my way around the southern section of the lake to to the township of Jeparit.
I remember staying here in the late 60’s early 70’s on a caravan trip with the family but I cannot remember much about the place at all.
It looks good along the river around here and having the weir provides some water to have in town to go and sit at and relax.
The tracks were wet but fine to drive and I soon located the cache and my name to the log.
Thanks nom234 TFTC.

Mr Morris has a few weeks off but with border restrictions we thought we'd do a slow lap of Victoria while we had some good weather. With the van in tow we didn't try and stop as we travelled.
We headed for Brim and spent 3 nights there at the lovely community camp and collected some caches in a couple of loops from there.

Holiday road trip with the family to the Wimmera (with a cache or two thrown in)! Magical spot on sunset. Thanks for the cache
Found with tassie expat while passing through this area. Hot and windy today, this was a welcome place to stop for a bit. Thanks for placing it.
First view of the Wimmera River and first time at Jeparet - seems like a vast wetland - glad it’s spring. Passing through on a detour to Lake Hindmarsh. TFTC
Finding this cache gives me my last souvenir in the Memory Lane game, and so pleased it was a Jeparit cache. Thanks nom234. Have done a few of your caches today. The Wimmera River is so special and when I’m in the area I spend a lot of time on its banks in one spot or another. TFTC.

Heading to a couple of events in Murray Sunset NP, swung by to grab the caches in Jeparit.
A nice part of the river especially on this beautiful afternoon.
Surprisingly a dog walking muggle appears just as jumped back in the car.
Thanks nom234

05/10/2018 - 5.32pm - Find No. 971 - 1st of 5 finds - with nom234/sister/CO as chauffeur.
The plan was for to head out for a bit of finding of nom's caches as I had only found 4 of her 15 at 2 previous attempts. The weather had cooled down & we thought it was a bit safer with the hope the dangerous "sticks" may have moved off. We didn't see any signs of big or little slitherers so we were happy!
She drove, we chatted, I found, signed, photo'd & returned caches as found. Cache all good ... after inspection by both of us [8)]
I was remembering back to the first time I went out with her & she handed over her finding device (something I had never used at the time!) & said 'Here you go ... wiggle this & press this ... I'll sit here & watch you & laugh when necessary!' Luckily the instructions were enough for my first finding-device finds.
She stood/sat back & let me do the necessary parts this time too ... I don't think she laughed at me ...
Thanks for the hunt Nom ... I still think you could hide some more ... so I could get some FTF's!

Great hiding spot. Walked past it all the time. Can’t believe I never suspected a thing till I started geocaching.
Found what looked to be an obvious spot for the cache, and a little glass jewel on the ground nearby. Can only assume its gone missing.
Another fairly easy find while driving carefully on the slightly slippery roads here today.

Found on a three day caching wander with AussieM&M!!!! We centred our searches in the Ararat area but ventured further afield when some of our planned caches were either disabled or on very slushy dirt roads. Very cold and plenty of rain ….. although we seemed to dodge the worse of it!!! Quickly found as we wandered around the area!!
Yay we found our first treasure! How exciting, in a beautiful part of the world, the wimmera river, Jeparit. Kids were thrilled we are now on a mission, wonder where it will take us ?
While the sun was shining we were able to enjoy a cache or 2 in this old town. Found in good condition.
Thanks nom234 for the placement for us and others to enjoy.

We're still poking around in Jeparit today doing the usual sightseeing courtesy of Geocaching and this was our fourth find so far.

Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for us to find as we travel around the area from Warracknebeal where we are camped through Dimboola and Jeparit on our way to Alice Springs for the Event over Easter using the back roads as far as possible. SL as SG as I often do in small caches to save space.
As there is so often in rural water areas there were a lot of Corellas squawking while I was here. Cache was found easily thanks nom234.
Found as part of the SAW STUFF secret men's business weekend. Southern Cross Caching, Astro ,Waldron, Shonky Logic, The White Dog Gang, Uni, Four Fun and Freddo.
We came, we cached, we cycled and we left. Thanks for your cache placement and my apologies for the generic logs in most situations as we found hundreds
