Due to recent council upgrades, i am archiving this cache.

Based on the number of recent dnfs, i went and checked up on this cache today. Unforunately it has been muggled. I will temporarily disable this cache whilst i come up with a new hide, hopefully within the next week.

I think this one has been disturbed by council works

Attempted to get our 4th this afternoon, but sadly no luck.
Looked all around GZ but no joy.
There's a fair bit of council work going on, not sure if the cache has been disturbed?

The third part of our 6-week-journey in Australia took us from Cairns to Brisbane and also led us to this hiding place. Till now, we had such a nice holiday visiting Sydney, Melbourne, Great Ocean Road, Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Alice Springs, Cains, Townsville, Agnes Waters and so many other interesting places – beautiful. Thanks to all the owners hiding caches for us tourists.

This one was a nice quick find. Fortunately there were very few muggles around - I think the misty rain was keeping them indoors. TNLNSL TFTC

Checked up on this cache this afternoon. Council are still carrying out the nearby work on the footpath. However the GZ is no longer fenced off, although Council are still carrying out their work within sight of the GZ. Because the GZ is now no longer fenced on any side, I have decreased the temporary difficulty increase, and have returned it to the appropriate rating. Cachers will still need to use stealth in this densely muggle populated area when seeking out the cache. Thanks.

After a couple dnfs i checked up on this cache this afternoon. Council are in fact carrying out nearby work on the footpath. This footpath area has been fenced off, resulting in only one side of the GZ being fenced. The cache can still be easily accessed as the other sides of the GZ are merely just roped off. There is no need to disable this cache as it can still be easily retrieved. As council continue to carry out there work, I will monitor this cache and disable it if and only when the need arises. I will however increase the difficulty rating during this period of development as the roped off area will increase the need to use stealth in the highly populated muggle area. Thanks.

Find #432. Found 17/10/2014 @12:30:00 PM.

Brought the geotoddler up to Underwater World for his birthday, followed by some fish and chips and a little walk. There were a couple set up with chairs about 10m from GZ but the geotoddler gives us perfect camo for looking amongst tree roots. Was able to grab, sign and replace without them being any wiser.

After a bit of scratching around, the loot was in hand. Signed the log, took the TB and replaced the cache. TFTC

GPS bounced around at first, but I spotted some creatively placed branches and soon found the cache.

Just picked up Jasper from the kennel after our holiday and down to the Spit for a beach stroll. Time for a rest, been unpacking and washing all day...
Bit of a wait for the fish and chips, so ducked over to the yacht club, hang on it's at the Knot club across the road... haha, sorry, family joke.
E climbed the tree as a distraction and I waited for a break in the muggle stream to retrieve. Away a bit on the grass to sign. Quick back in and back just in time for our number to be called at the shop.

Parked nearby and trekked in.
Muggles busy doing their own thing and not many around for this time of the day.
I looked and I found and I signed and I returned and rehid and left the scene.

Happened to be here so I checked my phone and luckily there was a cache that I haven't found. I see the carpark has been done up. Nowhere near as many car bays as before though, so I'm not sure if it's an improvement. Thanks for the cache geoscott90.

Out at the beach with thehairbear and we stopped at this one on our walk. The cache was soon in hand and we ventured over to the exercise area to sit and sign the log. Cache returned as found in between the flow of muggles.

What a fantastic tree. Nice easy find but difficult to put back due to the many muggles who were enjoying the first day of spring. Dropped off geocoin Reef Check to continue its journey. TFTC

We were making our way home to Caloundra and dicided to make a slight detour into Mooloolaba to pick up the new little baby.

I parked on the side of the road as the carpark was blocked off. I only had a short stroll to GZ and it was a quick find. I grabbed the cache and wandered over to a nearby bench and signed the log before replacing the cache as I found it.

With our fish'n'chip dinner ordered, there was nothing to do but check the phones for nearby caches... and what do you know? One released yesterday within walking distance! Myself, seirra1 and us3scouts scooted across to GZ, where the failing light had us puzzled momentarily until I pulled out my torch and checked our favoured spot more carefully. Ahha! Very well entrenched in its hiding spot, it took some manoeuvring to extract and more to replace after we'd signed it. Good to do in a group and when the playground is empty! TFTC, geoscott90. =^.^=

I noticed this cache come through whilst I was still at work last night (29/08) and thought knowing the Geo'ers around here that it would not last long... But, I was wrong!

I awoke quite early this morning as I was on the earlybird shift at work. Whilst in bed I thought 'I wonder who got the FTF on the M'bar cache last night...?'. Much to my surprise the cache was still up for grabs. 'Ohh... It would such a shame to just waste this awesome day at work. I'll give it a go I thought'.

I headed to M'bar with no expectations, except one... That I would soon have a hot tasty coffee in hand!

What could make this day any better? A coffee, blue skies, the fresh ocean air and a FTF!

I left one of my signature PathTags for the lucky cacher that grabs the 2TF.

Thanks 'geoscott90' for another FTF and an unexpected beach chill-out before my day began.

After a big day out geocaching, seirra1, La Kedi and I stopped down the road to order fish and chips for dinner and used the wait time to find this one. Once at GZ we had a quick look but had to get out a light due to the lateness of the day and failing sunlight. We spotted the likely hiding spot and were rewarded with the prize. We signed the logbook and rehid the cache. Thanks for the cache geoscott90.

At the end of a great day out and about. We decided to grab this one while waiting for our order of fish and chips for tea. While i kept watch us3scouts and LaKedi soon had the cache in hand. TFTC geoscott90
