No smiley for this one. Didn't find the micro but enjoyed finding this park. Thanks for sharing the spot.
Could owner please check that it is still there as we found the 11 but nothing to be found thanks
Used to come up here most days with a workmate, when our bike commutes were up Allambie Road. Slick tyres up the shortcut was always fun. Always meant to set a hide here too, it's a fantastic spot that few people would know about.
Cache found a few metres from where I was reading zero, looks to have been found by muggles who did their best. Back where it should be now.
Cheers!

Found rather easily as it was just on the ground out in the open. popped it back where it belongs and enjoyed this nice little location. TFTC
Came here a couple of months ago in a torrential downpour and searched and ended up drenched, just before the parent teacher interview. No time to change. Don't know what the teacher thought. Then I read that the cache was awol.
Today it was a different matter - walked straight to GZ and had CIH within 5 seconds. SL and rehid.

When I last came looking for this it was not around. As I am visiting from the Sunshine Coast, I was thrilled that it had seen some maintenance and that I could resume my search for it. I thought it was going to be easy as I had nailed the clue, but yet the cache was not within my grasp. Until today! CIH I scratched my mark on the log page as the first inhabitants of this beautiful spot did ceremoniously into the rocks so many years ago.
It is a deep tragedy that the markings are fading as the environment reclaims its own and there are no remaining people to celebrate the old ways that existed on this very ground. It is a good place to meditate on our history and our perceived future.
Thank you for the cache. Every time I can return here I will.

Streak day #185 - I had had a little look for this cache a couple of months ago, but I didn't have long enough to look properly so I hadn't logged a did not find. I had kept an eye on it since hoping that someone else would be able to find it. Checking it again the other night as a possible cache to grab on my way home from my pizza delivery job I saw that the cache had been replaced. As luck would have it my second last delivery of the night had me driving just one street away so I decided to have a super quick look on my way back past. I parked the car and ran into the park to where the clue had lead me last time. I bent down and sure enough there it was. Yay. I was tired and hadn't felt like having to find a cache after finishing work, but I am not willing to give up my streak yet. I signed the log quickly and was back in my car less than 5 minutes after pulling up. I got back to the restaurant quick enough that no one noticed my breif detour. TFTC. I never would have known this place was here if not for the cache.
Found it in place. A bit obvious but i replaced it further back. Cheers for bringing me up to the lovely view
After playing golf @ Warringah 4 of us ladies took off to find this cach - which we did in a very short time. This was my first aboriginal find - which was different and exciting. TFTC
We didn't find it either. Found the clue but not the cache. Has it been muggled?
For the 15th anniversary of geocaching (which was actually yesterday) we wanted to find a cache or two. We waited out the rain and then left home around 9:40 in a more dry patch. Got to GZ, which was somewhere we'd never been before. We checked out the carvings, which were quite neat, although a lot of them were covered by puddles of water. Then it was off to search for the cache. We found the hint, but not the container. We searched around everywhere, and when we couldn't think of anywhere else to look, PAFed Team Canary. Well he had a pretty good idea of where they had replaced the cache, which was not near the hint. Rejuvenated with new hope, we continued our search. But alas, it was not to be found. Instead, we explored deeper into the bushland and checked out the further rock formations.
This is a really neat and unknown spot to us, so thanks for bringing us here. However, I think a cache check is in order.

TFTC! Thanks for introducing us to these great aboriginal carvings also, never knew they were here.
Nice little cache round the corner from home never knew this place existed! Thank you
Picked up container that was just sitting on top of a log in the open. Somehow it hasn't been returned to its proper hidey hole. Signed and Rehid just out of muggles sight as we (TC &RS) were unsure on its original location. TFTC
We couldn't work out the hint, and in the end it wasn't needed as MC spied it in plain sight.
The sixth of twenty two today. Found with Rainbow Spirit and Martin Cousins.
After failing to understand the clue, Martin Cousins spotted it in the open.
TFTC.

easy peasy find! First of 2015! If you can't find it you're looking too hard!
Found it! Great clue and great cache! No room to leave anything so I left a toy bird in the bushes behind the cache
Very we'll hidden make sure to read hints and info it will help you heaps!good luck
Just had to walk up the end of the street to find this one. Zoe signed the log.
Great hiding spot.
Great hiding spot.
Cache has been muggled. Came with GeoBrother and GeoDad both had found it before and they checked again and confirmed its gone.
Nice hiding place someone has moved it but Geodad had found it before so we put it back to its rightful place.
Hadn't found a cache on Dec 1st yet, so decided that this was the year.
Was temporarily thwarted when my phone temporarily hung, and when it came back, some muggles had arrived and took a while to leave.
Then, like a few recent finders, played the 'I wonder were it is meant to be' game Where it was it could have rolled or blown away, so I left it where I think it matched the hint and co-ords.

TFTC, second attempt, nice find, cache was found in open away from hiding place, replaced in less obvious spot
We were just about to give up on this one, when GeoSon found it through pure luck lying in the bushes nearby. First find of his Birthday Geo-outing. We put it back to were we thought it should be. CO might have to do a quick check sometime. Great location. TFTC
Found with geo friend Blue Wattle on a beautiful sunny day. Loved the history of the carvings and a great place to sit and reflect, TFTC.

Found the cache on the ground and in the open so pocketed it while a family played nearby. Once they were gone, I signed and rehid somewhere that fitted the hint. I wonder if it can shake loose though. Anyways, interesting place to visit. Thanks sbliim.
After having found Spike 01, I continued to number two. Here were no barking dogs, just a very nice and quiet place with great views. The location of the cache was spotted from a distance, and getting close the container was also revealed. Signed the log, jumped into the geo-mobile and headed back to the office.
16/09/14. 11:11 AM. Cache #1844. Streak Day: #86. After taking care of a couple of things in Gordon, I headed over here to clear this new cache off the list. It took me a little while to find the number mentioned in the hint, because I had started searching on the other side of where the number could be seen. But once I spotted that, the cache was in hand shortly after. Headed over to Dee Why for one more, "A Decent Proposal". TFTC }:)
We had been finishing up something close and realised this was still unfound so headed over. As there was not sign on anyone else we read the heritage signs and looked at the engravings which are a bit hard to see as half the site was wet. Certainly some big fish. Pity they are not being maintained. A quick scout around for the cache and we soon turned up the micro (bison) container. We opened it up and confirmed **FTF** We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC

Noticed this one pop up while I was at work today so stopped off on the way home to grab it. I often walk from home to Warringah Mall via this reserve, so know it very well. If you follow the rock shelf to the East there is a bush track that takes you down to Lyly Road. Much more pleasant than walking down Allambie Road.
I've always wondered if those houses on the Northern side of the reserve are built on top of any aboriginal rock engravings, as they appear to be on the same rock shelf as the displayed engravings.
It took me a little longer to find the cache than I expected, but soon had CIH. Thanks sbliim for the cache.
