Hasn't been found for a year now and unfortunately the C.O is no longer caching. Looks like the cache has gone anyhow.
Unfortunately this location has been destroyed. No sign of the container, when I walked past this morning.
At today's CITO event, I was still picking up rubbish when the find was announced but got to sign it nonetheless, not so green anymore (:
Miss Three and I found the "brown arch" while picking up rubbish at the CITO event here today. Thanks!
Went for a quick walk down here before todays CITO. Nice quick find on the not-so-green arch. TFTC
Wandered along here after the CITO event with Jag50, who spotted the cache quickly...and then had a moment of deja vu, as we discovered her name already on the log. Tftc:-)
Headed this way while CITOing the area this morning with a bunch of cachers. Im sure the arch was nice and green at some stage, although today it was a shade of brown. Quick find, TFTC!
After the CITO event in this park, Mrs JAg50 and Bertie Blowfish went to find this cache. Mrs Jag50 says I think I've found this before, and sure enough there is her name on the log. We had just failed to log the find on line.
I was off to visit one of my grandaughters for her birthday. This cache was nearby.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
Was in Auckland with Mrs Yeetrees for a family gathering and decided that we would go and pick up a couple of caches while we were up in the area.
Decided that since we were in Auckland and that there was an event cache in Henderson we would go out there and check it out and call by this event and meet some of the locals.
Managed to kind of mess things up a bit and arrived at GZ an hour early and was advised by management that the event doesn't begin till 2pm. Decided that since we were so early we would go for a short walk and stretch our legs before the Event and pick up a cache or two. The nearest cache was about 500metres as the crow flies.
Checked out the walking route on the GPS and then we were on our way, the walk to GZ was quite interesting as we made our way down Tudor Road and then on to Universal Drive. Initially the cache that we were going to go for was a bit closer to the venue, but as we arrived at GZ the lovely K9 muggle started barking so we decided to give it a miss and go for a quieter location. Noticed that this cache was not too far away so headed to this cache.
Making our way around Riverpark Crescent we soon spotted the entrance to the reserve and as we got closer we noted that GZ was only 70 metres away. Arriving near GZ we soon spotted the hint object and knew we were in the correct location, a quick search soon came up with the cache in hand with a new and clean logbook, signed and replaced as found and then it was time to make our way back to the event venue. Thanks for placing this cache here and bringing us to this walkway reserve, it is definitely a spot that needs a bit of TLC and maybe a CITO would help refresh the location. Definitely love the hint object although it has seen better days, TFTC TNLNSL (10943)

Cache is still at its correct location. Thought I would give it a check, it's only a stones throw away. Added a bit more swag.
Parked near the entrance between #107 and 109 Riverpark Cres and entered there. Found the "brown arch" quickly and the cache within seconds. Excellent location for a cache. Exited between #91 and 93 and walked back to the car to complete the circuit. TFTC
The arch is all brown at least for the moment due to the council weed killer. Nice to find.
Got this as pazzabella now putting the Geocchi signature, great to see the council sprayed the weeds so more like a yellow arch this time round. Disappointing to see so much rubbish in the river hopefully some mentalities will see things in a different light. TFTC
Opted for a westie cache to keep the streak going ( day 316) and this no 1 on the list due to the other local caches recently receiving DNF's. GPS ran out of juice just as GZ beeped. Luck smiled down as the cache was right there! Currently colour and supplied colour hint are poles apart. TFTC
Search for 20 mins around the arch, looking up and down. Lots of bottles in the water, but not the cache
Was about to give up and then hey there it is. Well hidden. After 2 dnfs was glad to find this one. Sure I can do one more before have to go visit my customer. TFTC.
I had a few hours to spare today to go and find a few caches. I decided to head west and wander around a few locations familiar and unfamiliar - well its all changed since I lived here over 25 years ago. This one took me a while to find. Well hidden indeed. TFTC, Biggles.
I stopped by after the puzzle event to see if I could find this one. It was on the ground, so the find was quite easy. I re-hid in a place that seems to fit the hint, but is probably not exactly where it should be. CO should take a look. TFTC.
Neat little reserve. Sure I mustve been through here with the scouts at some point. TFTC.
Out and about for a spot of geocaching this afternoon. Nice fine, if cold, weather for it. Parked up and made the short walk to GZ. Well, it was obvious where the cache would be. Still, the search area was daunting. When the first pass didn't reveal the goods I checked the cache description a bit more carefully. A second pass also failed to produce the desired results. Intensive investigation of the previous logs gave me a clearer idea of the nature of this hide. Third times the charm! Cheers for the cache placement!
Another great find while in the area.
Thanks for setting up this cache.
Lots of rubbish in the area.

Went out this evening with yorkshirekiwi83 for a couple of hours caching out West. A nice easy find here, while all was quiet this evening. TFTC!
Vistra and I popped out this evening to collect a few more caches out west. Cool area, thanks for bringing us here, quick find. TFTC

Managed to get this one after two DNF's at our previous caches so helped to end the day on a high note. Thanks
Lovely little spot that I walked past without even noticing. Cool feature. Thanks
Got busted here by a couple walking past, just as I grabbed the cache. I must have leaped a metre into the air when they asked what I was doing. Thanks.
Not a bad find for me today. Haven't been having much luck of late so didn't hold out much hope but a logical search soon had cache in hand. Nice hide a definite favorite. Cheers Roger (v)
A nice little alcove. I picked up a few plastic bottles besides the cache here. Because they had no log book inside they went straight into bin tftc
We went for an evening stroll along to the Green Arch. The cache took a bit of searching to find. Thanks.
This was a challenging hide with oneranger but after a while it was found.
Found a dead bird in a flax a few metres away from the cache which scared the c**p out of me.

Found the location quickly but wasnt very optimistic when I saw the greenarch- it was one of those "Oh my god " and "where do we start" moments. Thanks to a subtle hint in Gorby's log we soon had it thank goodness.
I had earlier met a cacher who had fished it out of the water and re-hid it, so knew it was there, but still took a little while to find.

With the DNFs yesterday was not holding out much hope, but the tide was in and there bobbing on the water was the cache, a bit of fishing with a tree branch soon had cache in hand, luckily still dry. My GPS wanted me to go another 3m in the sea, Iwas not keen so PAF to find out where it was hidden and put it back hopefully in the right place. Tftc cool arch.
Agazo, UncleSamNZ and I had finished the puppy mission today and thought we would find some more on the way home.
We noticed the geo trail almost immediately and admired the arch and its growing fungi (I'm assuming thats what they were but never seen anything quite like it). Unfortunately thats all we were able to admire as the cache did not reveal itself to us today.
Thanks for bringing us here anyway.

So many places to hide, Grandson was with us on this mission, so extra care was needed as its quite a drop off and we really did not want to loose him to the mangroves. So be careful cachers! The GPS took a little while to settle, but after retracing our steps there was only one possible GZ. But what a hiding place! Took awhile, but eventually the cache was found. Thanks for the hide and bringing us here.
Met Rebel98 on arrival to gz, just coming out as I was going in! Noticed the little well worn path. Found after couple of mins. Thanks for a great hide.
Mad rush out through the traffic and a FTF.
Soooooo many places to hide the cache but found after a good search.

I was a bit slow of the mark tonight! I fell asleep then when I awoke, this cache had been out 20 mins or so, so I toddle off instead of racing off, knowing I wouldn't be first to get here tonight, sure enough I get here and after a short fruitless search then who should show up....supernanny! Together we carried on with our searching, after several minutes it was she who cried 'I found it' I was quite relieved, I was looking down, she was looking up, but there you go, we weren't the first to arrive tonight but it was still heaps of fun all the same, thanks for the cache U.S. A nice evening had by all
Was still at work in town when this came through ...raced there as soon as I could get away ...it's totally on my way home anyway ...! Had worked out the best entry to it on my phone C Geo satellite map ...luckily had torch this time ! Got near gz and saw a light flickering .... Called out who's there ....was Gorby !!!
Wow ....lots of places to search under the arch ....but Finally my torch picked out something strange looking ... Yay ! Success !!! Thanks for this U S !!!!!
