I had expected to find a lot of garden to check so when there wasn't I checked the hint, which had me thinking for a moment til I had a I had a 'I wonder' moment. Yep there is was, and with a little help from a natural tool I had it in hand quickly. TFTC this will be a wonderful relaxing environment once it's softened with nature.

I've been feeling like caching for the entire Easter weekend, but the weather has been pretty average. So Emu and Baloo took advantage of the cooler evening and went on a mini caching spree. Nice little hide and a quick find and sign before heading off to our next cache.

19-Nov-23
Found by Mary and David at 13:35. Had a DNF here almost exactly a year ago. Found quickly today - it was on the ground in full view! Not sure where it should have been so we rehid it at ground level close by with a small piece of wood as camo. The CO may wish to move it to the correct spot at some stage. Our thanks to scroungers54.

28-Oct-23
Clocking up cache finds whilst working toward other challenge goals and milestones! Even looking at the hint photos where the log from June 2023 shows exactly where the cache is, this ended up resulting in a DNF. AussieGal88 South Australia is the place be for GCA1DNA - February 29th, 2024 in Adelaide! Let's show the rest of the Geocaching world what Australia is made of at The Great Leap Forward!

I had to drop one of the Famous IV at the Aquadome this morning and pick her up at 4 so a day of collecting caches in the northern suburbs was the way to fill time. More than 30 caches were found before I got sick of looking and retired to the Old Spot Hotel for a few beers (although the Red Lion, the Midway and the Elizabeth Tavern were tempting I gave them a miss). Highlight of the day was the walk through the beautiful Dead Man’s Pass. Plenty of good hides but had to give up on some or not start due to friendly muggles. I can recommend the schnitzel at Murray’s BBQ and Beer in Gawler. Thanks to all cache owners in this part of the world…every time I come up this way there are new streets and suburbs but it was good to see there is still some canola, broad beans and oats being grown - however I don’t think that will happen for too much longer. Found the cache quickly. Unfortunately I couldn’t sign the log as it was soaked.

We came to this side of town to catch up with friends, it has been a long time since we have been here, and of course, to do some geocaching, Isn't this what geocaching is all about, good friends, cache finds and all things geocaching.
Overall we have had a lovely couple of day's and it is now time to return to wet and chilly Victoria.

Southern Autumn adventure Day 46. Mid North section of SA trip Day 17. Gawler Day 5. The plan today was to do an armload of geo-art towards Tanunda, but the day dawned wet and staying rainy. I moved up a plan and went to Angaston to check out a cache I skipped as too hard and then markets, all in the hope things would dry a little. No luck, and most of the roads were marked 'dry weather'. I did a few that were on the bitumen corners and then headed back to Gawler. It seems it was not as wet now in the Gawler area, so I did managed a few caches, but not what I had hoped for.

Back around Gawler, the rain has eased and I can do some real caching. This was not quite as bad as I expected.

Thanks for the cache scroungers54

Good one

22-Sep-22
After a big day out caching near Williamstown and Mt Crawford, I dropped the Rat back home and collected a few more smiley's in Gawler before heading home. I was unable to find the camo container, but the log sheet was noticed in between some rocks. I did not have a mint tin suitable, so have replaced the container with a plastic screw top, two new log sheets and jammed what was left of the original paper down the middle. With no idea where the original was, I am hoping the next finder can spot the replacement among the small rocks.

Thanks for the cache scroungers54, find # 7376 at 5.16pm
