Caching and touristing around Toowoomba. A quick find and the kids loved the swaps. Tftc
Grey nomads travelling around Australia in our caravan. Held up a bit due to Covid19, so currently in Queensland only, but there are plenty of caches in our home state that we have not yet found. Currently, doing a lap around South East Queensland, and we are house sitting nearby, so able to enjoy the festivities of the carnival of the flowers.
We attended the Chilli, Chocolate and Cheese festival close by, and maybe indulged in a little too much wine at lunch time in the heat, cos it appears to be warming up today (change from the last few windy days)
Back up the big hill, and found this cache. Thanks anglog/wallabywanderers.

Back up the big hill, and found this cache. Thanks anglog/wallabywanderers.
Driven past this park 100s of times and had no idea of the history of it. Thank you for sharing and TFTC.
The last cache find on the way home to Brisbane after attending the Meet and Greet event at the Golf Club.
I walked past the spot and searched further away before returning for a grab in the convenient spot.

Traveling to visit the relatives in T'ba and had a small window of opportunity to grab a cache or two. Ended up only grabbing this one due to time constraints. Waited out a few woolies muggles before swooping in and grabbing. Thanks to angloj and WallabyWanderers

Staying in Toowoomba for a few days. I was heading to the nearby shops for some supplier and made a short detour to this cache. Found safe and sound as per the hint. TFTC, Biggles.
Nice easy find. Last one for a hot day out in Toowoomba. Back home to Brissie now. TFTC
Arrived Toowoomba late yesterday afternoon and leaving this morning on what seems to be a lovely sunny ️ day tho that wind is chilly and unfortunately for us we are heading to chillier areas on our way home to SW of WA
A nice easy one first up this morning

Visiting Toowoomba for the weekend. Weather was not crash hot, there were light showers around. Visited many caches, of different shapes and sizes in some very good locations. Thank you to all CO's for there placements. TFTC
Our third day of our visit to Toowoomba and we are caching around town mainly because of the weather. Thank you to all the COs for placing these caches and enhancing our enjoyment of the area.
Road workers Remembered was transferred from angloj to user WallabyWanderers
Wonderful sunny kick-off to the new year with ruzzelz, and seemed like a plan to pick up a few Toowoomba caches before heading back down the highway
An easy find here as good coords and hint. Strolled across the park from a nearby street. Must be time to roll on down the Warrego to home.

Once we had set up camp for the night and by set up camp, I mean we sorted out who was sleeping in which room of our motel.... It was time to hunt and gather dinner. Sooo it seems we were running on a different time line to the town we had come from and the good locals appreciate not working stupid hours on a Saturday night. Good for them!
Ah well, no dinner, let's get a cache instead!!! Thankfully we only had to turn the corner and the this thoughtful trad had us creating another smiley.
Thanks for the cache angloj

After visiting the nearby Woolies and realising we weren’t in the big smoke anymore, we headed over here instead.
Another nice quick find!

In Toowoomba for the weekend with NyssaFlutterby and Wombles&Co, we decided to pop down to the shops to grab some supplies to make some dinner. Unfortunately, we forgot we were no longer in Brisbane, Toto, and soon discovered that Woolworths closes here at 6pm on weekends.
A quick stop at the bottlo and we then headed around to grab this one. A quick find made, we signed the log QQ for the three of us to save space.
Thanks for the cache angloj.

After living at Noosa for the past few years, I convinced geohubby WallabyTim to move with me back to my home town Toowoomba. We live nearby and decided to go for an afternoon stroll to get this cache. I signed both our names but then Tim winked and said he had found this cache (on 22-03-16) to be precise while I was at work that day! TFTC
A dodgy parking job meant I was eager to make a quick find here, which is a shame because it was a nice place to stop. TFTC
Found the cache easily but failed to find the sign with the story. TFTC. Pursuit of the Planets #35
Another quick stop, on the way to my motel. Visiting Toowoomba for the Ascilite conference. TFTC
Started our caching afternoon with an angloj hide & ended it with an angloj hide, with several others in between. Many thanks for all your contributions to the game in this area!! Tnsl tftc angloj. xo
