### MAINTENANCE REQUIRED? ###
I notice from recent log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of owner intervention as there are one or more comments in regard to the state of the cache log. It leads one to the contention that the cache container is no longer water proof. Therefore I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.

A basic tenet of geocaching is that **the cache log needs to be signed to record a find,** see here: [Logging of All Physical Geocaches](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#logging). At the moment this would seem to be extremely difficult if not impossible to meet that requirement in regard to this cache.

Prompt attention by cache owners to any log that indicates anything could be amiss is greatly appreciated by all seekers. The guideline advises; ***"if you can't check/fix it straight away then Disable it till you can."*** see here: [Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location,](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance ) and here's how; [Temporarily Disable and Enable,](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235) also check out this Blog: [Helpful Tips To Keep In Mind As A Geocache Owner.](http://www.geocaching.com/blog/2015/03/you-hid-your-first-geocache-now-what/)

Please respond to this situation by ** 25th May** to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.

**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

Clever design - may need a bit of waterproofing as mentioned in other comments, but a quick climb and cache was in hand - TFTC! Smile

Tftc found it like a piece of cake awesome design, very impressive from the creator but might need to water proof it up a bit more!

A little damp, but ok. Not as high as I expected.

20-Mar-16
I walked around a few times and then I wondered how high up I would need to go, not as far as I first thought, thanks for the tree climb Smile

My last find for 2015! Didn't find it until my face was right next to it. I'm not sure if it's up to its D/T ratings, it wasn't too difficult.
Still, fun cache. Tftc

This one sounded interesting so I stopped past to check it out on the way home. A lot of fun and, yes, interesting container. I was also planning to collect Boroondara for the LGA challenge but then found out the border is down the middle of Warrigal Rd. Missed it by that much!

09-Oct-15
Well I was a little worried when I read that is need to be fit to get this one, as I'm certainly not. But once I got that initial push up I was at the cache in no time. This is such a cool design, maybe I will make one as the description suggested. Thanks for the cache and for proving to me that my arms aren't as weak as I thought!

Sometimes it's really handy having a tall member of the team. Mr A managed to use his reach advantage and the cache was ours without any feet having to leave the ground. The log was pulp, so we have included a piece of paper for the next finders. TFTC

Being in good shape and having good eyesight we found the cache within seconds. We loved the DIY bottle top. We opened up the logbook to right down the date but the logbook was damp and we couldn't unravel it.

May need some maintenance!

Log too wet to sign. Might need a replacement. Very clever cache. I'm inspired to make one like this. Thx. I only had to climb abit and got it!

While the geo kids abandoned me for the nearby playground although I said I may need some little monkey skills I attempted this one on my own and quickly came up with the cache. What a great little park that had plenty of room to kick the footy (which we did) and let the kids run loose (which they did) Thanks GEOkieran22 for the cache, also the log sheet was damp and I signed the new log that a previous cacher had left.

Found it after the gps settled at 5:15pm. Had to watch out for muggles walking along the street. Log is wet and needs replacing.

Nothing like a climb to loosen the limbs. Not the limbs of the thing being climbed, of course.
Earlier today I had a good look at the challenge cache for tree climbers - Arbonuts challenge. Way too hard for me. So this was kind of like a consolation prize.

Tks GEOkieran22!

Clocking some hours for L-Plate Geodaughter, we came upon this one first. We had to wait out some chatting muggles nearby, but eventually they moved off. Geodaughter spotted this one and I made the easy step and reach to collect the cache. I saw a video of someone making these containers, but this is the first one I have seen in the field.

I replaced where we found it, but the terrain seems a little high for that spot, so maybe someone has moved it? Thanks for the cache, GEOkieran22.

01-Apr-15
nice find

05-Mar-15
I found this cache late last year. Not too sure how it slipped through without getting logged.
The muggle across the street finally went inside and I was able to make the grab.
That was a good stretch. A nicely made container that I have only seen a few of.
Thanks for the cache GEOkieran22.

Was in the area grabbing a few caches and stopped by this one. Ended up doing many laps around the tree trying to spot the cache but had no luck so decided to climb and search from a new vantage point. After a few minutes, spotted it.

Nice container and very nice hide. After signing, replacing and climbing down, tried to spot it again - almost invisible from the ground.

TFTC!

I was in the area doing some maintenance on my nearby cache so decided to head home past this one. Parked and walked to GZ where I had a good look around before spot tin the cache. Did the climb, retrieve, sign and replace in a minute or so. Nicely done container too. Thanks to GEOkieran22 for this one.

I always enjoy having a bit of a climb up a tree. I really thought I would need to be up higher but it was not the case. I have seen this type of cache before in tassie so I knew what to look for. Found with Ryanofoz Smile TFTC Smile

30-Jan-15
Fuzzej volunteered to climb and quickly retrieved the cache. Cheers.

25-Jan-15
Whoa .... That's a stretch

14-Jan-15
I'm not that agile so not great at climbing trees. Sad However I noticed some recent logs saying that the cache wasn't that high up so I thought that I'd drop by for a squiz seeing as it's only a few kms from home.

I parked in a nearby street and wandered over to GZ. After a quick rotation of GZ I spotted the cache easily from terra firma when I was at the right angle. I noticed that the cache was nestled not too far above me so I went back to my car and grabbed a tool that I keep in the boot for such purposes. Wink Being a drizzly day there were no muggles in the park to watch my antics. [8)] I quickly retrieved the very creative cache container, signed the log at 2:40 pm and then returned the cache to where I had found it. TNLN.

Thanks GEOkieran22 for the interestingly constructed cache. I've never seen one like that before. Surprised I've never really noticed this cute little urban park even though I would have passed it tons of times in the car. Red Face So thanks for bringing me here to see the magnificent old trees and beautiful gardens. Cool

Very unique cache container. Took a while of looking on the ground before I climbed up and soon found the cache. TFTC!

Decided to make a geo trail on the way home from work and this was on the list
Parked opposite the park and a muggle phone call maker was hovering around. Managed to scale without him noticing but then something dropped so I needed to descend, sign the log and remount.
Was not high at all, does not need such high rating.
Nice easy find, was not the best park I have been in tonight but its always good to discover another one.
Thanks for the cache GEOkieran22

Suscoe's 15th find of the day, a very sunny day with a warm breeze.
We were out and about in the inner eastern suburbs today.
A nice quick find here with an enjoyable change of elevation.
Thanks to GEOkieran22 for placing this cache.

It's Boxing Day afternoon and we are down in Melbourne to do the various rounds with the relatives. And take a break caching in between of course!

This was a nice quick find and a lot of fun. Chook was the lookout, but didn't have to do much as by the time she had glanced up the road, Chunk and Lazyade had the cache in hand. Moved away to sign the log, and suddenly the muggles appeared - people walking their dogs, and kids trying out their new scooters and bikes. Eventually the coast was clear again to act the monkey and get back up the tree. TFTC Geokieran22

Found @ 10:33am, find # 3873.

After surviving the Valley of Darkness I was now on my way home, this one was only a short detour from my intended route. I was able to park close by, so it was only a short walk to GZ, I hadn't read the description so I did not realise that this was a tree climb until now. At GZ I started to look around the tree and then I found the cache but it wasn't on or up the tree, it was on the ground, I signed the log and as a wasn't sure where it was meant to be, I placed it back on the tree but only about waist height with a little bit of camoe, not sure how long it will stay there. I think it would be a good idea if the CO checked it out and replaced it where it should be.

Thanks to GEOkieran22 for placing this cache.

23-Nov-14
Good one. Nice little climb

20-Nov-14
If I didn't need another tree cache why should I bother. Still if EuDes could do it, I too had to leave "terror" firma. Cache retrieved at 16:15 but it is most precarious for the cache so don't know how long it will last. TFTC

14-Nov-14
This was the last of this morning's post-sport-drop-off bunch-o'-5. Big Grin As I wandered around the vicinity of GZ, Upoj finally settled on one location so it was a matter of leaving terra firma and seeing what was there to be seen. Not long after elevating myself, I spotted some tell-tale camo and voila, I was finally signing the log at 06:35.

TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks GEOkieran22.

13-Nov-14
Once I got up high, the cache was soon in hand. Nice hide Smile TFTC!

11-Nov-14
Listmaker and I came to look for this one today but we both failed to see it from the ground. It had to be this tree so up0 I went and fortunately I spotted it once I got to the right height.

11-Nov-14
Neither Alansee or I spotted this one, so it was up, up and away for Alansee until he made the find. Once the cache was returned to its spot and I knew exactly where it was, I still found it hard to tell that it was there. It's a good hide!
Thanks for the cache, GEOkieran22.

Found at 14:57
I was on my way past so I dropped in. There were a few muggles about but none within sight. It took a few laps before I spotted the telltale signs of a cache and quickly jumped up and grabbed the cache.
Thanks GEOkieran22 for the nicely waterproof cache.

Second attempt at this one, first time I didn't spot it and had a muggle nearby (also, quite unusually I discovered I had no pen anywhere...) so I quickly gave up on that attempt!... This time I came along with 'caching friends lochb and G' of GJMMelb and was better prepared! G' did the climbing honours for us and I think it was lochb who spotted it first. TFTC

A reasonably quick park n grab with Sando23468 in a lovely quiet street. We were tossing up who was climbing, saw the cache from the ground so Sando23468 volunteered for the easy climb. love the cache container! Great creativity with simple everyday items. A fave point for the container from me. TFTC

01-Nov-14
Found 2:45:00 PM, whilst out on a lazy Saturday afternoon caching adventure Big Grin This one proved a whole lot tricker than it really should have been as I climmed almost to the top of the tree before stopping to read previous logs only to find I had climed right past the cache [B)]

TNLN, thanks GEOkieran22.

Another blank day on the project366 calendar for Spiffy- and I so out we went for a lunch time cache...again. Approached GZ and saw something. We both tried to reach with no luck so a climb was needed. After admiring the crafty little cache container we signed the log and placed it back ready for the next cacher. Many thanks to GEOkieran22 for the cache.

21-Oct-14
Another really nice day so TurnerFamilyFTG and I headed out from work a little earlier today because we had an annoyingly scheduled meeting right at the same time as our end of lunch break and because we also need to fill a P366 calendar square.
We had an awesome run out here with only 2 red lights the whole way. We arrived to a muggle free street and I couldn't quite get the cache from the ground so since I had the hard job of driving here, TurnerFamilyFTG made the tough climb up to retrieve the cache.
Very cool cache, never seen one quite like that so I'll give it a favourite.
Thanks GEOkieran22 for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

We found this cache today at 12:25pm as number 8 of 9 on our Burwood Nine before Lunch. We tried to sight this one from down below for a few minutes before "H" hopped up, then found it straight away. Thanks from D, HA, H & A B-A.

Our final find for the day as ilovedrwho and i approached home... A straightforward spot of the cache, and then it was left to the 6ft3 of happy chappies to make the grab fairly easily...

Then headed up the road, suddenly being reminded that we nearly bought a house in this street many moons ago. Completely forgot about that!!

TFTC GEOkieran22.

Happy chappies and I headed out south today, 14 out of 14 caches today.

this was our last one for the day, I saw this one pop up the other day but with a 3 1/2 star terrain I was in no rush to do it , but hanging out with HC today and he is well over 6 foot I made sure he grab the cache for us ,

thanks GEOkeiran 22 [:x]

I was in the area this afternoon and decided to find a few caches nearby. This was one of them. I like these type of hides and it wasn't long before I was signing the log. A clever little cache container as well. Thanks GEOkieran22.

Find #120. Found with Geo-Dad SirJ-Oz

I like the caching, not so much the logging, so SirJ-Oz is generically logging my finds for me.

Thanks for the cache GEOkieran22

Out riding for the morning and decided to follow some bike trails i never normally use. I was completely lost though i could always see another cache in the distance so decide to follow my way on until i hit the main bike track back home. Cheers for a great adventure.

Nice little cache. Right where i expected it to be. Just with workers around i had to be a bit cautious retrieving and rehiding it.

Find #1526. Found @ 18:45 with skirrel and youngest geocachelette.

I was in the area after collecting the geocachelettes from the in-law's place, so what better idea than to make use of some of that freshly minted daylight savings extra day time and visit a park. Oh, there also happens to be a new cache? What an uncanny coincidence.

We parked nearby and I grabbed the cache after the kids had each made a climb attempt. I made a mark in the log and returned it to where I found it.

The kids then spent the next 20 minutes playing at the playground, mostly on the whizzy-dizzy whirly-twirly vomit-o-tron. I joined them to make it go ridiculously fast which, on reflection, may not have been the wisest course of action. Luckily we had a no chunder trip home in the car.

Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache GEOkieran22.

09-Oct-14
Nice spot. I had just left work and was driving a slightly different route home. I thought I would have a look at this. I too had wondered how high I would have to climb but luckily it was within my ability. TFTC.

09-Oct-14
Found this one today after going round in circles for ages trying to spot something unusual from the ground. I finally decided after seeing the log from today that I was going to go up - that took a while to work out how but eventually got myself up there and voila there was the cache. This cache was not too hard to do. Signed log today.

Thanks for the cache GEOkieran22

05-Oct-14
Must still be on old time as I marked the log 4th Oct instead of 5th. With the terrain rating and description this cache had I had fears of the size of this tree and where I could end up. Thankfully it wasn't that high and to see the self made cache was truly worth it. Great job and I vote it a favourite. Signed log as STF, fourth or fifth time a bridesmaid, damn it! TFTC.
