Spent a good 15 minutes, no joy. Didn't find anything out of the ordinary.

20-Jan-24
Looking towards GZ. The bees have set up home between the tank and the wall. Lots of bees buzzing around everywhere. Had a look under the corner but couldnt get any closer for fear of being bitten.

You pwned us n00bs.

We will return.

Checked and even PAFed. We checked the clay. Stumps and fridge. 30 mins later we called it

Look look look - you are only as good as your next find. We will return. Sad

No luck here today unfortunately, we thought we knew what we were looking for by reading previous logs but came up empty handed.
Thanks Sparra0907 anyway, we loved the old building.

*Found on the 31 Dec 2019 @ 12:53 pm.*
*Cache find # 10325.*

Day 1.
I headed out on a road trip with biggles1024, our first destination being Mildura.
We had a few target caches and series to concentrate on.
This one wasn’t on the list originally but it had been some time since it was last found so we thought we would give it ago.
Heading out to this one we could see why it doesn’t get found much, we eventually made it and the search began as I did laps around this old building, eventually I stopped at the right spot and the cache was found.

**Thanks to Sparra0907 for placing this cache.**

Find #4084**
**Traditional Find #2661**

SteMicMitSar and I headed to Mildura for the first day of our caching adventure to NW Victoria and South Australia. We had solved a number of puzzles in preparation for this trip but were also on the lookout for other caches of interest along the way. A great old building but it didn't want to give up its treasure. Some previous logs suggested the co-ords were spot on while others suggested about 5m off. In the end, Steve made the find about 5m from where our GPS's said GZ was. It all depends on the day.

**Thank-you to Sparra0907 for placing this geocache**

What a top one for our 100th find! It's amazing the places we've been following the caches! TFTC

I was just in the area....

Well, I was after traveling around 150km to get here. What an area to be in though?

This is a spectacular place with the building still standing. I love old schools. As a teacher they hold a certain fascination to me.

The GPS was counting down and right where it was supposed to be was.......

The Cache!

Good news. Either the bees are on holidays or they have moved on (or hiding). I saw evidence of a bee hive with honeycomb, but no insects.

Whew!

A quick find on our way from the Barossa Valley in SA and into Swan Hill, Victoria for a few days. SL TFTC

Look out for bees that were buzzing around nearby. Looks like they maybe making a new home in the wall of the building

Oh !!
Yawn !!
Another little concrete pillar with a plaque commemorating an olde skool site [)]

Huh !! What !!??
Oh !! There's a skool building there behind the monument Big Grin

All right !! Smile
Let's go have a look.
Some twit has smashed most of the window panes, but the building is still structurally sound Smile
I peeked inside.
An olde fridge and some scattered bits and pieces were visible.
Ye olde fireplace is still intact Big Grin
And I do like the 'stepped floor' so the teacher could parade up and down in front of the students with a bit more stature [^]

Somewhere out the back, I soon found where the cache was hiding Big Grin
And inside, exactly what I was expecting to find ... minus the worm of course Wink

TFTC and an actual skool building for once [^]

PS: "Bring back the cane !!" Smile
It scared my generation straight [^]
Gen X,Y and Z are out of control through lack of discipline [:o]

What a great day to go geocaching, westerly winds gusting up to 70kmh, the odd shower of rain.
Oh well we will soldier on!!
Took us a while to find this one (blind as a bat even with the glasses on)
Might as well keep the school theme going today, so its off to Kunat State School
Thank for the cache Sparra, liked the container

FTF!! Found on my way home to Adelaide from Brisbane after a bit of a search. Locus cache had me search this one out after she mentioned that it had not yet been found. So, being in the neighborhood, I just had to come and look. TFTC.
