We jumped at the opportunity to take a three-day getaway to Beachport SA and this was one of the caches we found along the way. The weather was pretty ordinary but the touring via caching was great. Never been through here before. A nice quick find here. TFTC Duntulum.

On the road early this morning. Leaving Halls Gap and a wonderful week of walking and eating behind us, we decided to drive out to Edenhope to secure one of our last 'Victoria Country Road Atlas Challenge' maps. Ducking under Horsham on the way back to Melbourne, a quick find then for the 3.5hr trip along the freeway. Thanks for the cache duntulum.

Mr Morris has a few weeks off but with border restrictions we thought we'd do a slow lap of Victoria while we had some good weather.
We headed for Brim and spent 3 nights there and collected some caches in a couple of loops from there.
Our first for the trip as we headed into town.

TFTC. We left Rupanyup this morning making our way to Heywood, before meeting up with friends in Portland. Following the A200 we stopped the motorhome with car in tow where we could to find a cache.
First cache for 2021, nice and easy, and a great view across the harvested paddocks to the Grampians.Tftc.
Nice quick find, fortunately made sure to look twice so I didn't try prising off the lookalikes on the sign. Neat cache container.
I also enjoyed seeing the snowman opposite, and used him as my excuse for stopping here, as there was a campervan stopped right next to the intersection as well when I pulled up...

There was a feeling of being escorted by the magnificent Grampians as we enjoyed a warm day of caching and exploring the countryside to the south west of Horsham in the fine company of Suscoe. Neat hide!
**FEEDBACK TO CO:** Left a fresh log in readiness for all the vsitors expected when Victora becomes one again after Covid 19 restrictions lifted.
Our thanks to 'Duntulum' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.

Suscoe headed out for some caching today in the terrific company of our friends Phetlern.
It was a warm to hot day, quite sunny at first but later on some high cloud moved in and tempered the sunshine just a little.
We saw some wonderful countryside with some emus, kangaroos, birds of all kinds, lots of happy sheep and cows in green fields, some great looking crops and those wondeful mountain ranges to the east.
We found a terrific range of caches and in some interesting locations.
All in all we covered a bit over 300 kms in our journey.
Thanks to duntulum for this hide.
The log was pretty water affected and was hard, dry and breakable. Phetlern replaced the log.
This was our last find of the day and it was time to head back to Horsham.
What a beaut day to be out and enjoying this splendid countryside.

Found during our visit to Horsham for the week, detouring the back roads as I meandered towards Mt Zero for the afternoon. Thanks for the cache duntulum!
A cute and unexpected find.
A very quick and easy find.
Found while spending 5 days in Horsham while we walk in the tracks of Major Thomas Mitchell from Boundary Bend to Portland.

A short lull over and find. Not what I was expecting to see here
Today was a long day of driving and a matter of making it to Victoria for a few days of caching before heading to Tasmania. Decided to head to the Grampians today with a few target caches in the area, but couldn’t help myself and had to grab a few caches along the way to break up the trip.
All together 37 caches were found.

Last cache, nice easy find. Got some drone footage whilst here. Country roads, they never end!
In Horsham today for work so when it came time to head back to Ballarat I saw I had about an hour to spare so set about going home the "longer" way to grab a few caches! A quick park and grab before it was back towards the western highway for me. I'll have to go the really long way home the next few times via Dunkeld! Ha ha. Many thanks for the cache.
Found it but not without issue. Turned down the side road to turn around so we didn't have to cross the road with all the road works going on, turned a little too wide and got bogged in the side cut, even with four wheel drive we were stuck - thank goodness for the max tracks/treads we had on board. Certainly not what we had planned but we got out out eventually without too much hassle TFTC (I think)
On a work trip around western Victoria, I needed a place to stretch my legs between Hamilton and Horsham. Whilst not an overly fancy cache, it still served its purpose of breaking the drive nicely

Found on my trip back to this area from Adelaide while staying with my son in Wonwondah. Bit wet underfoot from all the recent rains but we're not complaining.
Found on the way to Horsham this afternoon and the cache was soon located after a short search by Mrs Hp while she took the opportunity for a quick stop and leg stretch. Thanks duntulum for the hide.
Heading back home from Warracknabeal. I made time to grab some caches on the way. This was a straightforward hide which was soon found. Thanks duntulum for enabling me to stop & stretch the legs.
Left Portland and headed north, picking up a few caches along the way.
A quick park and grab here. Paper was very hard to write on - used a marker pen.
Many thanks for placing this cache, duntulum, for us and others to find.

Bimbling around today towards The Grampians. So much beautiful scenery, just a shame it was so freezing when out of the car.
It meant that today we mostly picked up Park n Grabs, and gained info for a return visit.
Found this cache on the ground. Hopefully it will stay put now.
Thanks for your cache to feed our GeoAddiction.

After heading over to Mount Arapiles to grab a few caches and some sights on a good Saturday arvo drive I was now heading home.
Taking the long way into Horsham all for the smilie cause.
Pulling up to GZ, I had wait for a couple of cars to pass by before going for the grab. Why cant all micros be this quick and easy!
