Found during a road trip around Central NSW. The internal container was a clever touch. TFTC
Stopped at the busy road! But spotted the cache very quickly, geo hubby soon had cache in hand. TFTC, yes it is a bit out of norm which is good
Having a day in Dubbo, visiting for once having flown into the hospital so many times for work, thought I'd site see for once.Spotted by the wife as we pulled up.Found the cache, posted our details on the log, and forwarded the cache to the next to pass by.Thanks for maintaining the cache
Day 8 of my tour of Central NSW. Hoping to chase some LGAs and other points of interest. Headed to Trangie for an AL then off to Narromine for a cache or 2. Interesting info at the Air Base here. Then back to Dubbo before heading South. Tftc
But I dont wanna go that way. Yet! Lovely theme. A rare Astro fav awarded. Found on the Mega Capital Geobash coastal loop via Adelaide - Barrington - coast to Mexico City loop. A lot of caches and white line fever was sweated out. Thanks geniejoan and clear skies from TeamAstro. Could see why this has received so many FPs added one myself clever Day 5 of my travels heading across towards Barrington Tops before making my way to the 2024 Canberra Geobash. Thanks geniejoan for placing this here, contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy.
#691 ~ Quick drive to find this one with Krossbo as we leave Dubbo to continue our trek to Tassie. TFTC!!
Ventured out from the zoo to see some of the local country roads so familiar to the senior member of our group. TFTC geniejoan!
Found with Nibletricecakes on the penultimate day of our QOGM holiday. Today, we are caching in Narromine and Dubbo. A very decent sized cache. TFTC.
Woo hoo!!! Finally made it to my first ever QOGM, was so sad to have missed the earlier ones, but this one was great! Loved the musters and the creative activities. Sadly its now time to head back home. Taking a bit of a roundabout way to pick up a couple of extra counties; Barcoo, Quilpie and Bulloo that we missed on previous travels. So glad that we have made the trip it has been such an incredible adventure, full of amazing scenery and incredible wildlife! Great to be out travelling the countryside again with GLISS! Signed as G! NRC or our individual names. Thanks to everyone who has placed caches and enabled this wonderful adventure! It will certainly be one i will remember for many years. Thanks for the cache!
Found with Geo hubby. geniejoan, thank you so much for placing it for everyone to enjoy and highlighting this area. ??
This was fun...except for when we were questioned by a Real Estate agent (selling the nearby property) who drove up to ask why we were loitering about in the driveway. Had to show him my phone screen to prove we were harmless, and just having some innocent fun.
I'm a farm girl. I can understand the nervousness about strange cars stopping near rural properties.
Thank you to Mrs G O Cache.

Back in January, I cleaned out the town as i didnt know when i was gunna be back this way.
This time im travelling further a field in the hunt for smilies.
Due to long grass i had to park a bit away and legg it back.... well i need the exercise so all good
Once at GZ it was a quick grab.

Haha As I was about to grab the cache and log it started to move. A few seconds later out jumped a rat. Logged and on my way TFTC
I liked this cache. Unfortunately the log was not inside cache but may have been in the very, very long grass which made it difficult to park off on that side of the road as well as get to GZ. TFTC geniejoan.
Cache was found, but the log has fallen out onto the ground as another cacher mentioned. Signed the log, though it's been in the weather and will need replacing soon. Thanks for the hide.
Log was on the ground so put it back...tall grass is the perfect hide from traffic just keep am eye out for the danger noodles!!
Found while in Dubbo while on deployment. I was out here helping with the covid situation and had a day off. I thought i would go for a walk from the airport got to gz and made a quick find. Must say I liked the hide tftc
Such a cool camo that I felt a bit dodgy exploring. Payed off in the end. A FP from me TFTC
Great cache. Love the description and the variations of cache descriptions but you came up with another variety we haven’t seen before. TFTC AnsMisty

On our return trip home from Broken Hill to Newcastle, we landed in Dubbo for the night, so we took the opportunity to get out and find some local caches before it got dark.
We enjoyed the drive out to this spot, and the kids enjoyed making the find on this one.

9903 Located by baby&Mrs gopher at 1100. The stash was in the mailbox and what is left of the log after all this rain was on the ground near the fence. Made a stamp on what was there. SL Tnx geniejoan. You may heed to have a look at this hide and give it some TLC.
An easy and enjoyable find. This was a simple but well thought out cache, very suited to this lovely country road. TFTC and for the laugh.
First cache for Boxing Day while staying in Dubbo. This one was in the obvious place. Love caching in Dubbo.
In town to pick up a new puppy so had to add a few caches to the list. This one caught our eye because of all the favourites. Now we know why!
This was a nice easy quick find.

A very cautious search amid the head high grasses and the cache was soon in hand, with Sophiescout. TFTC
geniejoan I found your cache Take me home, Country Roads... on 1/9/20, 4:40 pm. This is my find 2670 and find # 18 today. Very clever camouflage. Favourite from me. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
I was being watched closely by some bovine muggles across the street. I walked down the road, quite far from where I had parked my bike on the other side of the creek.
This was a cool container and interesting how it was put together. It made me think that I had found a letterbox, which would have been nice.
Thanks for the find.

Taking a rest day in Dubbo which means no rest as there are geocaches to be found Stumbled across a fair whack of local history whilst on the hunt and enjoyed the temperate weather
I spotted this and thought it couldn’t possibly be the cache But it was and it’s worth a FAVE
point for an interesting hide. Dubbo is turning out to be a Geocaching Mystery tour

Found by Mary and David at 16:05. Hello darling Joanie, dancing with the angels. Think of you each time we look at the forget-me-nots in the front garden. Wonder if this was one of your early caches? Dropped off "Seabee MC - World Travel Geocoin" and a FP. Our thanks to geniejoan.
Day three of our journey to the Mega at St Arnaud. left home at Innes park on Saturday, day one, and spent the night in Goondiwindi. Day two took us to overnight in Bourke. Now the short drive for two nights in Dubbo. Quick find here after a short walk. Where I could not fit youngoldfella used the abbreviation YOF. TFTC
