Like the previous few visitors to this cache, all that we found was a magnet on the fence post. No cache was evident here. Unlike the recent couple of visitors, we do not consider this enough to claim a find. Cache needs to be replaced to allow legitimate finds for future visitors.
Instead of heading north for Easter, Seffnjarah and I planned a long weekend road trip collecting interesting caches and doing some bushwalks as we meandered our way south to Armidale and surrounds.
No cache was found here today - just the magnet. Very quiet nearby. Perhaps the owner could check on this one.
Many thanks possum bugs 43

Found what we’re quite sure is the magnet without the rest of the cache,we replaced it,if there’s a problem I’ll delete my found log and someone can keep the replacement.TFTC
Magnet was broken, found cache on the ground. Have his best we could and taken photos of where we have left it, owner message for more info. Tftc
Stayed overnight in Glen Innes and spending the morning in the Emmaville area before heading off to Tamworth for a few days. Spent a lovely few hours out this way exploring places that caching is taking us. Many thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining these caches and enhancing our visit.
This one had us searching for quite a while!!

Out and about caching today in the Emmaville district after driving from Glen Innes. Thank you to the CO's for the placement of these caches and bringing us to spots where you would otherwise drive past. Cache found, log signed and cache placed where found. TFTC
With a couple of hours to myself, and Emmaville & all its caches being so close, I made way here for some caching.
The seat here is quite ornate & has plenty of places to potentially hide a nano. After a bit of poking, prodding, feeling and looking, I spotted the cache. Nice hide! TFTC.

I was in Emmaville doing some work - and decided to grab this one.
My smartphone would just not settle down. Common sense and previous logs led me to the area it would be in. I soon found the prize safe and sound. As reported by Aussie Liahona, the log is full. However, I put in a "FS" somewhere.

We LOVE the two person bench seat outside the building. After admiring that we set about looking for the cache. The previous log is a DNF so we’re not sure it’s still here. We kept looking and decided to try a different angle and, yay, this unloved cache has been found again. We’re so pleased to be able to sign the log. Log was full and has been retained if the CO wants us to send it and we put in a new log. Many thanks again possum bugs 43 for showing us another location in this area.
Cheers and happy caching!

While in the Glen Innes area we travelled the locallity exploring the area and stopping for caches. This was one we targetted and found. On our day out to got to explore an old mining area in Ottery and also found a good place for lunch in Emmaville at the pub. Thanks to possum bugs 43 for hiding this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
After getting to Glen Innes yesterday, it was time to do the caches around the immediate area. Out with Liz and Bruce for the last day bfore we part company. Great caches in the area and a few more klm logged in the car.

After being away for a short break over the Australia Day weekend and staying in Glen Innes it was time to head back to Brisbane. Emmaville was a nice little detour so once we arrived we did a tour of town via the local caches.
This was a tricky hide but we found it after a short look.

Yesterday we spent the day hunting trig caches unsuccesfully but grabbed some on our way back through Torrington, and one almost next to our camp. So today on our second day in Emmaville we decided to attack all the town caches as well as this one.
From previous logs I gained a hint so followed it. Next thing I know a wonderful man approached and informed me that the cache was still there as he could see it. I loved that he didn't tell me exactly where it was. I soon had cache in hand and signed the log. Wherever appropriate I sign logs as SG to save space.

I am still on my way home from the OZ Geomuster Mega event held at Morisset over the Easter week-end.
I arrived in Emmaville late yesterday arvo and stayed at the fantastic caravan park.
Nice and quiet, mowed lawns, electricity and clean showers and toilets all for $10 for a solo traveller.
So this morning I headed off around town to find all of the geocaches. In the end I DNF'ed just the one. [^]
A lot of searching before I eventually found this one nicely tucked away. [^]

We are heading from Brisbane to Bright in Victoria, caching as we go, wherever it is safe to pull up with the caravan. We left Brisbane on 3rd Jan and dont have to be in Bright til the end of the month. Today's drive takes us from Deepwater to Guyra, via Emmaville.
Too many muggles run today looking on.

Spent the afternoon in Emmaville today with the fam..this was quite tricky to find. Once we took a seat and relaxed we were left with a look in
Again spot on co ords led to a quick find, but it took ages to replace this little b....... I dropped the top of this nano and it took ages to locate it. A big lesson has been learnt!! Thanks
Finally been able to get to Emmaville with my Geodog Scruffy to find these caches, which I noticed on the map a while back.
We really enjoyed finding these caches in and around this area.
Was about to look for this one, when I noticed an old resident and nurse were out the front watching me, so made out Scruffy needed a 'walk' before heading for gz. - thanks Scruff your great at hiding our real intentions ..
Was a quick find, even though not where I first looked.
Not sure why you would think the rating should be different [?]
But what a great bench seat ...
All Good .. TFTC ..

Even with many eyes this one took a while sure "just have a seat" little more to it but well worth the difficulty
Last one for us before we have to head back to Glen and meet family for dinner, liked this hide, love the seat. TFTC
When we drove into the area we were surprised to see the hospital in such a small town, we saw the rating on the cache and went oops maybe not today with time limited but a lucky glance at a certain angle and log was in our hands, signed and we were on our way. TFTC enjoyed the ones we did in town and will be back.
Found at 12:33 PM GAFF1.
Why Vegetable Creek? Isn't this town called Emmaville?
We were amused at the chains holding down the seat - must have gone walkies once or twice it seems.
A tricky little cache to spot!
Thanks possum bugs 43.

Found on journey away from the Mega. Today we are staying in Glenn Innes for a couple of days and have joined Shifter Brains for some caching and fossicking in the area.
We hunted for a little while but then spotted the little blighter.

sat in the convenient chair to see where the cache was, pondered upon the container sharing the chair with me when i spied the cache, grabbed it and was just unrolling the log to write on when a gentleman came up with a "how are you going?" . Whats this ? I wanted to know holding up the container - the ashtray he replied. right i'll just put it down again then.
then he introduced himself - possum bugs 43 , we had a nice conversation about caching and the mega, hope to catch up with you again over the easter weekend. tftc and the chat today

The Booo's are heading to Oz Mega and passed through to collect this cache. The cache was tricky to find but the geo-wife was determined as her father had been born here back in the 1936
Thanks possum bugs 43 for placing this cache

The Booo's are on day 2 of our road trip to mega I had this cache on my list to do for months now as my Dad was born here way back in 1936 and us kids all ways called him the original cabbage patch kid
He spent many years in the area with his family. Sadly my Dad passed away recently and this is why I wanted to find this cache I was looking for ages then suddenly I had a moment and there it was sneaky
So thanks again for the hide it was a sad and happy one for me and a fav point for the place

Thought I had spotted this one but was thinking, no it wouldn't last there. Was very pleased to meet the CO. Great job you have done caching up Emmaville!. Thank you possum bugs 43 for placing this cache
I was at the Robin's Nest last night in very good company of several cachers having a BBQ dinner. It was mentioned that Lone Star at Texas was awaiting a FTF and I stated I was not going to drive all that way for one cache as I do not actively chase the FTF. Went back to my motel after dinner and consulted Mr google Earth and there is a road that goes from Stanthorpe to texas and the I can cut down to Emmaville to get the three there and then back to Deepwater to get the four there. Left The Motel at 0630 and back in Queensland at Wallangarra at 1100. Though this was very good timing for the number of cachesfattempted and all found.
Arrived at area near GZ and saw a likely spot and therre it was. I just followed the GPSr and it did not like me going too close to the seat. Very quick search down low and there was this uniquely colored nano. Signed log YOF as that is what I use on small logs to save space as i write large. All good. TFTC possum bugs 43

Looked in all the obvious spotsvand after reading the joint we found quite quickly.
Oh you sneaky little thing. Sat there for ages looking in all the obvious places. I really like that chair.
We had only just arrived at GZ when a member of staff came over knowing what we were looking for, though where, she didn't know. She does now! TFTC possum bugs 43.
My GPS started to misbehave with this cache, the 11th for the day. Luckily, Possum Bugs materialised and encouraged me to keep looking in the right general area. Soon found. TFTC Pb. By the way, was that dead rosella the latest victim of the Emmaville Panther?
Meet CO, Had a yarn ! THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR CACHES , AROUND EMMAVILLE AREA!!!! A TOP DAYS HUNTING....

Couldn't find this one today and no friendly locals about to help me! Oh well will try again when next in the area.
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Her Majesty at 3:05pm. A lady in the building called out where to look for the cache but we had already found it. TFTC
Well, we had some of the nursing staff helping us with this one, and also the CO - lovely to meet you all. Thought this one had beaten us, but mmN finally had it in hand. Having great fun today, SL and TB's visited.
