Logs
Up this way again today with Chwiliwr, grabbing a few caches before this afternoons West Oz Geocaching meeting. This was our only dnf for the morning - and we gave the area a thorough going over too - still emptying sand out of various pockets and such. Maybe the CO could check on this one sometime please? Thanks anyway shlj
Sorry the old cache went missing. The replacement is pretty cool though! First to sign the new log, thanks to geokid2 who saved me getting even more covered in sand than I already was. Thanks for replacing.
Kids were keen to do a spot of caching this afternoon, so quickly did a search of unfound large caches and this was one of them .. almost 10km away!
Loaded them into the car and headed off. Parked nearby and wandered over. With myself and 3 kids hunting it didn't take long to track down the nice box.
Great hide, TFTC.

We went for our weekly cache check up today and I hate to say it but we were a little disappointed. We found the cache ten metres away from where it originally was and when we opened it we found underwear. If there is something inside a cache you want you have to trade it for something that is worrh it. Also, when replacing the cache, put it back EXACTLY as you found it.
A really well constructed container, put me in mind of a Tech School project I completed in another life!! Not persuaded that it will last in this environment, quite visable too. TFTC.
FTF!!!!! Yes. Was heading back home after a game of soccer and I received an email : new cache on mullaloo point. Well, after a little detour, I finally found the spot but my gps directed me towards the sand. A little help from the hint and there was the precious container in my hand. As soon as I discovered the empty log a couple of people just arrived with a torch. Sorry too late. They turned it of while I logged the book with a smile, put everything back together and replaced the cache nicely. As I headed back to the car, a thought came to me : Was there any pathtag, geocoin or a travelbug? Was too excited to be ftf!!!! Well I just remembered the watch. Lol. Thanks for the cache, my first one by night!!!
As this cache is in my local neighbourhood I was hoping for a FTF tonight but I already had another commitment when the alert came through and by the time I was free to go for a drive, Gusdens had already beaten me to it.
I enjoyed another night walk down the beach though and it wasn't long before I had my hands on shlj's second cache - and it is another good one. My co-ordinates were a little different to the ones published as my GPS had the cache at S 31° 46.380 E 115° 43.923.
I was third to find your first cache and second to find this one so maybe and I can score a FTF on your number three
Anyway, thanks for another excellent cache shlj. I'm really enjoying your beach theme and look forward to your next one.
