I'm not able to ride my bike at the moment so will replace as soon as I'm able to ride again.
After having success at The Folk of the Faraway Tree, thought I'd try this one again because I thought it might be a similar hide but still no luck.
Search for a while for this one and only came up with a cable tie. Perhaps it needs checking out by the CO.
Even a paddock remaining with a cow - amazing how these little pockets of rural remain
Mrs Just a Trifle was out helping a fellow geocacher sort out how to do pocket queries and decided to pick up a quick cache for the day The cache was easily located and with our name in the log book, it was time to head home.
Thank you wombles and co for having placed the cache and maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Out and about in the area finding all of those caches I have not found on past visits.
After finding the 'new ones' around Ewen Dam I am now heading south and home.
But it could that all day with all of these caches to find as I zig-zag my way through Caboolture.
Another short search before spotting this one.
Thanks for the cache.

Checking our map & there are way too many green spots around Caboolture for our liking! LOL ...
Time to make a few changes!
14 of 30 found today!
Another nice quick find after making sure the muggle kids playing next door weren't watching.
I replaced the 'tether', with another of the same type, as it was way too tight.
Signed & replaced as found.

This Day in History
Sunday, February 28, 1993. : Federal agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms raid the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas.
The Branch Davidians were a religious group which split from the Seventh-day Adventist church. In 1981 a young man named Vernon Wayne Howell moved to Waco, Texas where he joined the Branch Davidians. He became leader at the cult's Mt Carmel complex, located some fifteen kilometres out of Waco, and in 1990 changed his name to David Koresh. He declared himself to be the incarnation of the Second Coming of Christ, began filling the cult member's heads with apocalyptic warnings and insisted that they arm themselves.
On 28 February 1993, agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms raided the Branch Davidian cult compound in Waco. As the agents attempted to enter the complex, a gun battle erupted, ultimately leaving four ATF agents and six Davidians dead. The standoff between the Branch Davidians and the FBI continued for 51 days. Negotiations stalled, as the Davidians had stockpiled years' worth of food and other necessities prior to the raid. When federal agents moved in to end the siege at dawn on 19 April 1993 with tear gas, a fire broke out that killed approximately eighty cult members. Koresh was shot by his right-hand man, Steve Schneider, but the reasons for this remain unknown. Only eight Branch Davidians escaped with their lives.

Almost lost a little bit in this area with all the bends and no-through-roads, but got the right approach for this cache. tftc
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 3:23pm. The mower man had been into the park to mow but he had just finished when we arrived so we walk quickly, found the cache and returned to the car when the whipper snipper group arrived. We left them to it and drove on. TFTC
TFTC found it second time around, as usual I wonder why I missed it last time!!!! Ha ha

Today was another nice day for 'caching, although the weather forcast was for storms in the afternoon. We started off at a random cache and then navigated to the one the GPS said was next closest, and so on. We ended up logging 9 and DNF'd 2.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: The container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt,
Regards
Ian & Penny.[font=Verdana]

We found this one yesterday I forgot to log it. The area was very quiet no one around, we wandered over to Gz and the cache was soon in hand. TFTC wombles and co.
Selva Girls and I were looking for an area well outside our 10k zone for a full day out and we decided to head up north. I gave Dutchie1950 a call to see if she was free to join us and we found an area that was good for all of us. Selva Girls called Mataeka and she was also happy to come north for the day.
Mataeka was the first to spot this one and then Dutchie1950 and I both spotted the attachment at the same time. Just a tad to the right and there was the cache.
Later in the day as we were finishing our day out and counting up our numbers I realised that I had probably done my 500th cache somewhere along the way. Doing the logs and turns out this one was number 500 for me.

Out for a day of caching with Rhyssa6, Mataeka and Dutchie1950. Parked nearby and the little group made its way to GZ. We took a quarter each to search. I noticed that Mataeka had stopped searching and was standing there with a smile on her face as she watched the rest of us search. I realised that she had spotted the cache and that we were providing her with some amusing entertainment. Then Rhyssa6 and Dutchie 1950 spotted the cache at almost the same time. Log signed, Off to the next one
Found this one and then let the other girls search for it - definitely entertaining hahaha TFTC
488 - Another 'play day' for me. This time with Selva Girls, Rhyssa6 and mataeka.
A nice park and I wish we could be 'hanging around' a bit longer (pun intended!)

Under the watchful eye of the Muggle Cow in the field adjacent to GZ we hunted for the cache. The most amazing thing here was how soft and fluffy the leaves of a tree near GZ was. The neighbours must have thought that we were all weird. Just a bunch of people stroking the leaves of a tree... I would think that too.
The find of the cache was like a few others were had found in the area and was done quickly. Once found we joined the GC'ers in the log and returned it as found.
The reason of us Coastal Kids to be down here was because I had the day off work and the Muggle Partner had to go to BNE for the weekend leaving me with a free day. What do you think I did with it... Fed my addiction! I was joined by *SuzySquirrel* and mtill17 and it was decided that we would also head down South and Caboolture was the lucky town of choice.
Thanks for yet another one wombles and co. All is in good order here.

Came back today and grabbed this one in the rain .
I was on the wrong side of the cache trying to keep dry as the wind was blowing the rain right at us
We had a great afternoon knocking off a few caches the rain cooled it down enough so we weren't cooking

The munchkins and myself grabbed a tasty, frozen beverage and zoomed to the caching location in Spangle. We waited for a muggle lad to continue on his merry way and then with a hop, skip and a jump we arrived at GZ. A quick look about the place and the cache was soon spotted. We signed the log and then replaced the cache as it had been found.
Thanks for the cache wombles and co

Loved the movie. At the time it seemed so fun and original, bit dated now. Quick find with no muggles, enjoyed having a chat with the cows. Realised the significance of the name when I saw the nearby street TFTC
Last one before I need to go home (2hrs later than normal).
Found with Hedwig and I am pretty sure she was being nice on me after I complained about her finding the last three so easily.
"GPS isn't working" was what I heard as she stood back and let me search. :p
We found it and signed.

*FTF* Cache's published at 9pm?? We were merrily wrapping presents for MissGeo11 (soon to be 12)when a prompt from a caching friend let us know Freddo flew out the door and into the geovan to try our luck (which wasn't so good last time when he almost broke his toe on the way out the door ) At gz all was dark and the log in the container was blank *insert cautious bruised toes happy dance* Tftc wombles and co, off we go to the next cache
