Has this one been checked on in the last couple of months? Would love to find it - shows as closest unfound cache for me.
DNF. Searched for a long time. Really hard as there were trees cut back but all the branches were left thereh. We will back for this one...with.mozzie repellant.
Unfortunately today was not the day for me. It looks like someone has recently blown up a Death Star near GZ. I will have to come back in numbers for this one, with an excavator. Thanks anyway
Two million mosquitoes. Never seen my body so black with them and I was wearing heaps of Aeroguard. Searched for quite a while but after recent heavy rain, there seems to be a lot more debris, leaves, branches etc which makes it , along with the mosquitoes, impossible. Don't even know if ir is still there. CO may like to have a look at some time.
After a couple of minutes of getting attacked by mozzie we decided to pass on this one.
Spent awhile but couldn't find it too many mozzies and spiders didn't help though!
Too many mosquitoe's attacks with probably a gps not really accurate. Couldn't stand long there so didn't find it after 15 min searching for it.
I'm logging this find 787 after finding it. Not because I have a huge backlog but just because this day seems to have completely left my memory. Apparently I found it with sezzz. It's archived now I see. Thanks for the cache monarchs dual!
Out with Net88 again today.
This was the first on our list.
It was quite hard to find, as the GPS was jumping all over the place and the mozzies were a killer.
We had nearly given up because of the mozzies when we found it.
TFTC.

Found this one a bit exposed - covered up with some leaves. Quiet this morning so easily signed and replaced - TFTC.
Found it took a bit of searching through the foliage, but soon had it in hand.
Mrs yv was at the Trans-Tasman Netball Final so how better to pass the time than with a few caches. A bit different. Not a lot of foliage around GZ but the cache was soon in hand.

First find for the day. Lovely spot and park - should be a lovely bike ride around the area! TFTC
First one of the series for me. On my way home from work, can't pass up a chance to add a few smiles tithe map.

Approached this one from the top, then discovered I could have more easily approached from the bottom. Found and clue noted. Could hear a sports game being played at Nudgee in the background. TFTC
Here from outta town for some gigs and grabbing a few random GCs where I can. Thought I might attempt this series! This is #1 and thought the recent dumping of wood chips might make this hard but it is hidden just away from it. TFTC, onto next one.

Great excuse to go for a walk after being in a conference all day at a nearby motel. Thanks for putting the cache here.
We had no luck with this one as there was so much leaf litter around. We looked for quite a while but eventually gave up empty handed.
Thanks for the free cache. Most of them around here are premium and its sad. I plan to fimd all of them today.
Bear0503, boo-noyes and I decided to do this series today. First one down 4 to go. Nice little park. Tftc

Needed the hint on this one and to dodge the muggle neighbours. Thanks for the series. We appreciate the effort, we have had an enjoyable walk to pick them up. Tdtc.
Tough Mothers out and about taking over the centre of entertainment burbs getting down to earth without a find. Maybe return.
Broken bottles and looks like someone has dumped their yard prunings... And mozzies attacked.
Searched everywhere except where it was until I looked at coordinates again & there it was. TFTC
After arriving at GZ, I caught the attention of a muggle dog. Luckily it quietened down so I could get the cache.
Thanks
Thanks
Out for a morning of caching on this Boxing Day of 2015. A bit of searching soon revealed th cache! Noted the clue. Thanks for the cache, Monarchs Dual!

After spending the morning out around Esk, I was to meet stortigirls here later in the afternoon. She had already found this cache, but needed the clue for the The Next One. I arrived early so headed over to GZ and soon had the cache in hand. I signed the log and made note of the clue. Once stortigirls arrived, we headed to the others to get the clues that had been forgotten about (in my case) or lost (in her case). TFTC
Luckily there were plenty of long sticks around because i did not want to reach in there.
Scooped out the cache, added my name and moved on.
Signed and returned. Tftc for the series MD. Shall return one day to finish the mystery.

This one took us a bit longer than it should have. Cache blindness at its best today . TFTC
Had some rain to keep muggles away, so went in for the grab. Came out with a cache and stacks of burrs stuck to me..... Oh well, at least I got a smilie!
With lots of tree cover and GPS bounce and lots of hiding options, I was here for quite some time and was nearly about to give up when I eventually found this one!
Thanks Monarchs Dual
Thanks Monarchs Dual
Is that it lying on the ground in the open? No... someone lost their mouthguard cover. Poked around a bit but was not game to explore further.
Nearly carried away by mozzies, but found it. TFTC GUYS

Out on the pushies on a beautiful day. Had a bit of a tendency to make these harder than they were. We were definitely not in the zone today. But we did remember to collect clues!. Thank you Monarchs (MD) for placing and maintaining this cache
Awesome location, it took some searching for me and I accidentally upset a giant ants nest about 4m away from it by stabbing around with a big stick :/
But it's a great starter for my first time back! Cheers

Continuing my mission... Memories of playing soccer very near here came back to me. I was worried about grabbing this one after hearing definite rustles in the bushes, but thankfully the cache was IPS once I was close enough. All good here so TFTC.
Thanks. My boys were thrilled to see a scouts badge in there plus all the little goodies!
Second of 3 e's I need for the Sptember challenge. Found quickly with the hint. clue noted. TFTC
Expanding my ever-widening sea of smilies from home base, I decided to take on the Elements. Made a quick and easy pick up. TFTC MD.
Wow! I didn't realise this park was so big! Billy the geopooch and I had a lovely walk through the green space over to GZ. We went past muggles and their dogs, walkers, runners, whoa it's busy around here! As we got close to GZ we set off all the local neighbourhood dogs and I was feeling a bit exposed. Thank goodness Billy was with me, dogs are a great decoy I was in two minds about coming back later, when I saw something that didn't look quite right - ooooooooh sneaky! Check that out Bill! We soon had the cache in hand, log signed and then it was off to Elements: Dark. TFTC Monarchs Dual!
Last time I was in this area (for the CO's event for which I arrived 24 hours late I was only doing high level DT caches for a challenge. Having completed the challenge I'm now free to do any caches I like and I was keen to do this series.
On my way to sign the log for another challenge and I decided this was a perfect time to stop and complete this series. Nice camo

at 16:27 after an enjoyable afternoon at your event.
Fortunately there was no cloud of mosquitoes around to chase us away as on our last attempt. We are pleased to get this one off our DNF watch list.
TFTC Monarchs Dual. The cache is fine.

After attending the Arvo in the Park Event, we ventured out to find a few caches in the area before it became too cool and we would have to head home. As we arrived at ground zero, we sprung 1MinnieMoo and 1MinnieMooJnr with the cache. Fortunately for us they had not yet replaced the cache and we were able to added our name to the log before it was replaced in the appropriate place. Thank you Monarchs Dual for having placed the cache for everyone to enjoy.
At the end of Monarch Dual's Arvo in the Park event we decided to grab a few more caches, and headed over to Earth. With some nice accurate coordinates 1MinnieMooJnr had her hands on the cache. And opened it... just as Just A Trifle rounded the corner and caught us with cache in hands! No surprise really when there's been a rather large gathering of cachers in such close proximity. A clever little hide. TFTC
With Crew 153 and SusanDW, we retreated back here after realising whilst at Elements: Air that we had forgotten this one. We needed the clue before continuing on to the Puzzle at the end. We passed BillnCyndi coming back from the cache. They has smiles of their faces: the cachce is still there! It wasn't too long afterwards that SusanDW located it. Found at pm on 25th July 2015. TFTC.
I was caching with a group of cachers from the event and after finding a few we decided that we should head back to find this one while we were still close by and then find the other ones which were further away before we attempted the final.
I had recorded a DNF on this one some time ago and I was glad that I had a group to search this time.
We passed BillnCindi an the path heading back from the cache so we knew that it would be there and we were determined that we would find it.
It took a while be we did get it in the end.
It is always good to convert a DNF into a smilie.
TFTC. One more to do before we headed for the bonus. I headed back to the event area to pick up my chairs and the car and then headed to meet the group at Elements: Water.

Konie joined us for a short trip to Brisbane, to pick up some targeted caches.
Located the cache and signed the log. Collected the clue, if there was one.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Monarchs Dual, for us and others to find.

Out and about with The Drovers to grab a few caches on the North side of Brisbane today.
This was the first of the series that we targeted today and after parking nearby and a short stroll to GZ the cache was soon in hand and the clue noted.
Once the log was signed all was returned as found.

Find #1616 at 17:35. Nemesis cache, you taunt me no more.
Found on my third visit here, in the wet, by torchlight. Right where the GPS says it is.
At least the mozzies were not out in force today (of course, the only one I did encounter flew straight into my ear... [xx(])
Thanks for the cache, Monarch Dace (MD).

Well over due for its 6 month check up. Visiting the workshop for the night. Will be back tomorrow.
We had skipped this one on our tour of the park and picked it up on the return, so was unable to complete the last item in the Elements series. Looks like I will have to come back some time.
No problem locating this one - had spotted it on approach.

1574 - Last time I visited this cache it was a quiet and still late night that wasn't conducive to looking too deep into the bushes. As I had the rest of the day off after returning from a long weekend trip to Townsville, I used the opportunity to get out and find a few caches and get some exercise. This was the first cache I thought of that would be good to grab on a weekday in the daylight. I found it today without too much hassle right where the dumbphone said I should be looking at 1:57pm. I noted the clue for the final and then moved on for my next find in the series. Thanks for the cache and the series MD, this one was fine.
