After a morning bike ride I had the opportunity to nab a few caches before heading out for lunch and the movies. This was the first one on my list, and despite there being a few people in the area I was able to make a stealthy search.
I have to agree with one of the previous finders that I think this one is not in it's correct spot at the moment, and may need to be looked at by the CO, as I wasn't sure where the right spot was either. So I just put it back where I found it.
Thanks for the cache duck 43!

Today was a lovely day for a cycle ride and to find 4/4 Duck43 caches. This one also nearly had us beat, but a couple of small boys came to see what we were up to and one of them had heard of Geocaching and was keen to join the search. He actually ended up finding it. This was not like other duck43 caches and we wondered whether it has lost its camo? TFTC
The Spatial One and I had been planning another Duck run for many months, but it was good to wait as the longer we left it the more Duck Creations were appearing from his workshop !!
With a 6am start time we really didn't rush, and just pottered from cache to cache ticking caches off the list as we went.and stopped for several shady breaks by the river.
We clocked 37 finds and no DNF's, probably a little more down to Spatial's keen eye than my own !!!
Your caches offer a great day out, so thank for you continued creativity.
Keep them coming !!!
Have a FAV point.

The Machman and I had been planning another assault on the Duck43 caches for some time. Well finally the day arrived and we planned to meet at 6am to see how many we could get done, plus any other nearby caches and a few puzzles solved prior.
Well, by 4pm we had 37 finds and no DNF .. a pretty good effort!
Some caches took a good 10min or so to find but most we had tracked down in only a couple of minutes. As usual your caches were of a very high calibre and we were constantly commenting on your ingenuity.
Thanks for continually raising the bar in cache hides in Perth. It's always a high point in my geocaching to spend time in Duck43 territory.
Didn't take too long to work out where this one was. A rare 'easy' Duck cache .. still took good 2 minutes! TFTC.

Celebrating our geosons birthday and I thought hmm wonder if a cache might be nearby. You beauty 52m and a duck yay!!! TFTC a beauty that had us baffled for a while....
TFTH that was low and personal with the geo family watching my back/butt! All good fun!!
Magpie51 got down and dirty while the Robroy_co crew admired the view! Watching the retrieval of this cache is worthy of a favourite point itself! We got some great photos but cannot post them as they will be spoilers! We definitely all laughed out loud!! TFTC we are having alot of fun today! Lucky we have a good collection of favourite points because we are giving you another one!! TFTC
I was passing by and decided to re-find this cache. Unfortunately, it wasn't where it was when I first found it. So it may be muggled. Not entirely sure, but it's possible.
Had a friend in town and promised him a caching run so a loop of the canning was decided upon, so with kb in tow we spent an afternoon on the bikes.
wow it was busy here!!! bob had to get low here

Caching with Col117 and KB today on bikes, did a trip round the water. Great route with great views and superb caches. Busy spot here and many eyes around, had to read the previous logs to give us a clue, also had to get sandy knees. Loved the place and have point for location.TFTC
Found it after reading previous logs. Devious hiding place, only seen from a very certain angle.... (-: TFTC
Oh my how much laughter ensued with this one!! Being the smaller of the two I was chosen for retrieval and well...it was pretty funny. Loving our duck cache run today

Enjoyable morning with matsea and Geogrand children, first a cuppa and after the caches we had lunch, but don't be in a hurry, enjoy the views. I would like to see Duck43 get to this cache as I doubt if I would fit. Thank goodness for slim grandchildren. A good hide by the famous Duck43 whom I met in Esperance the previous week.
A beautiful winters day to try a Duck run with Nijesa who was up from Esperance. Wow, tricky to get to thank goodness we had the geokids along.

Originally found under family caching name clan-wallace, now re logging under own name.
Cold, wet, and disillusioned here, we decided to quit and enjoy lunch at the nearby cafe. Whilst we were eating our lunch the thought of possibilities of cache location were eating away at Muggle Hubby. There was nothing else for it but to give it one more shot. And succeed he did! My hero.
It has been a little wet today & the tide was high....do you hear excuses coming! I was pretty sure that I had located the spot but did not feel up to the retrieval so we called it a DNF & went had a very nice lunch in the local cafe. However the so-called muggle hubby of Cybergran V could not leave without it so went back to try some commando tactics and was rewarded with the prize. TFTC
Looked on the obvious object but expanded my search and found it. Had to rebuild it a little when putting it back. Tftc
TFTC! Got a bit sandy, but found it! A really enjoyable series of caches along the banks of the beautiful Canning...
Returned after another find reported. Thought it was going to be easy but surprise it wasn't where I thought it should be. Keep looking and finally in hand. TFTC
Eager to return here after seeing it had been replaced. Not where i had originally thought it would be after a previous visit. But you know what they say about assuming lol Another great Duck cache TFTC
Ater seeing a recent maintenance run, I decided to have another go here.
I noticed where I searched last time didn't look any different so I shifted my gaze to somewhere else.
With the aid of a tool, I was able to spy the prize, but retrieval was still an issue.
A bit of lateral thinking, and voila !!!!
I think I need to have my iPhone set to Permanent Fav Point when I do a duck cache cause another one is coming your way.
Well done sir

I stopped with a visiting cacher this afternoon. I thought I was certain where the cache was hidden. I shone a torch in the area and could see white retic but no cache. Perhaps the hide has changed since I found it.
Epic fail you pwned us n00bs... This cache has gone for a walk according to .K.B. The end of the cache can been seen if you look carefully.
Headed out this morning with Jinta29 to grab a few caches before our WA GOES BIG meeting.
We approached GZ and found what looks like it could be the cache. But could not retrieve due to the buildup of sand either side.
After checking with a previous finder later in the day, it sounds like we were in the right spot, but the tides have not been friendly.
Could be worth a check from the CO ?

Found this one quickly, looks like the camo may have broken down a bit as a previous finder was with me and doesn't recall the cache being that way. Thanks Duck 43.
I looked forward to seek the caches of Duck 43. I'ts two yaers ago since I found some of his caches.
I like his style. TFTC
Greetings from Belgium.

Took my daughter and I 4 attempts but in the end we had to be shown!!! Can't believe we missed it! Duck you rock!!
A surprisingly good find by wifey tonight. She does have this sense for searching for Duck's caches TFTC Duck
This was my last stop on my walk around the bridges. Read the description as I walked across the grass, so sat down to enjoy the views just as you suggested.
I soon found myself extracting a larger than expected cache container from the obvious location ... there was a strong smell of fish in the immediate vicinity and at first I wasn't sure whether it was a cache or a dead fish that I had my hand on [xx(]. Turned out to be the cache .
SL. Thanks for the hide duck 43.
Might catch up at the WA Goes Big Event at Busso in May

A quick find today but I had to resort to my box of tricks to retrieve the container. SL. Thanks to duck_43 for the cache.
12:14:00 PM. Met up with our friends Jason and Janine to catch up and grab a couple of caches. Didn't realise it has been 3 years since they left the east coast. After a nice meal at the local cafe it was off again. I didn't think it was the cache but it was. Great hide. Thanks duck 43 for placing this cache.
Good one Mr Duck. Got to GZ and geowife toyed with the cache and dismissed it. a few minutes later we reinspected the area and tried harder and there it was. TFTC. Our first find on our duck hunt for today.

I must not have been thinking like a duck today, because Loron spotted this one first and did literally wave the cache in my face. I'm not saying I'm a sore looser, but was waving it in my face necessary?? I was having too much fund in the water cooling off to look carefully enough, and the key to a duck cache is look for the thing that looks a tiny bit out of place and be patient.
Thanks, Duck
Thanks, Duck
Another find by LORON! Elrin must've been off her game today, I was getting a lot of sneaky duck hides today. We spent a while under the jetty, though that was mostly in response to the warm weather and us wanting to cool off. Eventually we resigned ourselves to the fact we didn't need to be in the water and went searching elsewhere. As with all Duck hides, I noticed something that just didn't seem quite right, and soon after confirmed my suspicions by triumphantly waving the cache in Elrin's face.
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!
Wow, this cache was absolutley fantastic. We lookwd at it three times before we managed to figure out it was the cache. Blended in extremely well although quite difficult to get out. Have ANOTHER fave, TFTC
TFTC duck 43. I walked straight to it but it was that well hidden I missed it on my first pass but it didn't catch me out on my second.
Approaching GZ many Muggles around. But it was a matter of seconds to retrieve the cache (and it was me). Great camo again and fits perfectly.

It is quite a large structure but luckily the coords were spot on. I noticed the oddness of one of the features pretty quickly, but extraction took a little bit of patience on my part. All's well that ends well and I continue to be amazed by the variety of hides on show along the duck run. TFTC
Ok yay we found a duck! It's been a few days but geo son had cache in hand in matter of minutes. TFTC.
TFTC. Had fun with a few hours duck hunting this weekend. Looks like plenty more to come though. Another very clever hide!
I found this cache with Mum & Dad (jasenjanine). Awesome hide Mr duck ... sorry about the late log. TFTC
Having a Duck Day Out with the kids today, parked not too far from GZ & whilst the kids made a beeline to the playground us adults headed to GZ No sooner had we got here, Jase had this one to hand!!! Well you can get lucky sometime, but although quick to find we still appreciated the work that has gone into this one... Great camo
TFTC duck 43 [^] A beautiful spot this afternoon & a lot of muggles out enjoying this beautiful day too much to notice what we were up to!

Spent a little time looking for this one without success. Saw a suspicious looking person approaching so I stop looking. Turned out it was iluvtrekking. Together we looked for another 10 mins or so before the Geowife came up with the goods
Out and about with the Geodog gathering a couple of caches along the way. Bumped into SVKR_WA and we put our heads together ot track this one down. Another classic Duck cache, a fav point from me.
Arrived near GZ to find a young family enjoying the sun and grass near the start of the new jetty while the dad was pretending to be fishing as far along the jetty he could reach. Thumb twiddling time! Some time later each member of the outing had enough and left the opening I had been hoping for. After a surprisingly short time I had spotted the cache and extracted the logbook for signing. Well done cameo again Mr Duck.
Thanks for the hide Duck 43.

Out with the geohubby today picking up a few caches.
We arrived at GZ and i was lucky enough to spot something that seemed not quite right and it turned out to be the cache lol... Another very clever cache and a fav point from me TFTC duck 43

Surprised that the other duck 43 placement not so far away was 'unpopular'- we thought it was a beauty. Anyway I left geo-hubby kid sitting the schnauzers in the car while I strolled over to gz. There were some muggles checking out the end of the new jetty so I sat and bided my time until they left. A gaze in the right direction led me to the very nifty camo - another duck 43 masterpiece.
Found it with BissraFranky. Took us awhile to find this well camo cache. You gotta use your hard to touch anything that looks suspicious. Nice hide Duck TFTC
Found it on an early Sunday morning bike ride. Nobody about which is how I like it to be. Not even anyone sunbathing on the beach, semi-clad or otherwise. Spent some time looking in the wrong areas, but eventually went back to a spot that I had looked at when I first arrived. Should have persisted with a more thorough investigation when I first arrived and I would have been on my bike sooner. Another excellent hide. Thanks for the cache duck43. Fav awarded.
Woke an hour before my alarm which gave me plenty of time to head south before work. The quick find gave me even more time for an hour coffee stop at Atomic too. Plenty of sand still to wash off and a cut on my knee - question why a council would semi submerge wire in the sand. Another great hide. Took some coaxing to get to the log. Took the TB. Thanks for the cache duck43.
I had just done some banking for West Oz Geocaching and decided to collect some of the recently published duck caches in the area.
Parked nearby and had to avoid an inconsiderate semi nude female sunbaking on the path over to the jetty but on arrival quickly found the cache. Took a different way back to the car.
Thanks duck 43 for the cache.

Found it with bissra JoJo. Spotted it on at the begining but we thought it won't be that one. End up I checked it again. Found it. Tftc. It is a really nice cache. We nearly give up.
came out for caching today with angel and brought her here to conquer more of ypur cache. it took us quite a while to find this! Lucky angel found it, or else I dont know how long we are going to be here lol drop a wizard tb. tftc
Third attempt and a quiet day..... Bingo! We had looked in that spot on previous occasions but as always with the duck you need to expect the unexpected! Thank you Mr Duck, another amazing hide.
Clever little hide. I sure I saw someone else look for this one while I was eating my lunch to give me the energy for this Duck hunt. By the time I'd finished my sandwiches they'd gone. Then I had to wait for 2 groups of muggles to walk reeeeally slooooowly to the end of the jetty & back before I could have my go. Very neat construction. Thanks again Mr Duck for your creativity. Gets a favourite from me (had to retrieve a favourite from an archived cache to do it).
Another masterpiece by Sir Duck. Despite his best diversionary tactics (I actually had my hand on the cache when the man himself pulled up on his pushbike and most successfully distracted me from my mission). After a pleasant chat by the waters edge, without a single clue being given, he left us to our mission once more. Didn't take too long to find it, though not until I had looked just about everywhere else first, then returned to the spot I was looking before he showed up. Clever tactic, but not good enough to stop me from claiming my smiley. Thanks for another brilliant hide duck43
What are the odds? This country boy was up in the big smoke with Mistraluna on a duck pilgrimage. My last two such pilgrimages had led to encounters with the Man himself. I use the term “man” with some caution - werewolf, vampire, or even he-devil may be more apt. On this third occasion, what happens? He appears again, as if from thin air. To tease, to taunt, to antagonise. But I was prepared for this phenomena and was determined to see what is in that plastic box on the back of his bike. A box into which lesser mortals would have shoved a pen and a pad, chucked behind a nondescript bush next to a rubbish tip. But this box is the duck cache maintenance kit and I now know what it contains. Slugs, snails, puppy dogs’ tails. Invisible paint. And duck tape! That’s it. His secret is out.
The finding of the cache? Yep, successful. Even more successful because I found it before Mistraluna. Maintained a cool, calm exterior (or maybe a smug, self satisfied smirk) while she continued her search and was also successful in her quest.
I notice that the listing mentions "muggle traffic". "Look out for ducks" may be more appropriate.

After looking in several other obvious places, I came across this cleverly crafted cache by the process of elimination. Thank you duck 43
Being a sunny Sunday, it was muggle central. Will have to try again at a quieter time.
Joint FTF: YESSSSS! Raced here from Claremont determined to get a FTF! Found with the very talented cravo10 and barnzy12 duo on a beautiful Friday afternoon! Found at 15:38. Thanks duck!
Joint FTF: enjoying a day off in the sun with Itskate the alert of a new duck cache came through the emails. Travelled from Claremont and met b12 at cache sites free a phone call 30 seconds after publication and log signed within 2 minutes of arriving at GZ. Got lucky on this one !!! Great hide and another fav point as I know you like those just as much as l like fining your caches
Found after about a 5 minute search. Was replaced well by the FTF great cache. Will certainly leave a few scratching their heads. I was wondering how long it would be before Duck dropped one at this spot.TFTC
Joint FTF! with Cravo10 and Itskate. Got the notification down and immediately rang Cravo10 as he had turned off his notifications whilst in Italy (he has since turned them back on). Met up at GZ and made a very good find. Have a fav. Thanks Duck.
Have got a small issue about to arise - not many favs left! Although im not complaining!
