Found two caches here so signed them both! One was a small plastic tube, the other a mint tin. Thanks Aussie Fun Seakers for placing and maintaining the cache for our enjoyment. #2443
Another quick find in this Brownlow series this afternoon while in the area for work. Area was deserted and the cache soon located and logged. Thanks again Aussie Fun Seakers for the hide.
After a short stop in beautiful Cohuna a place quite different to many other places we visited it was time to move on. But first we had a few more caches to search for before moving on traveling through Koondrook and Barham and then on to Murrabit and Lake Boga before arriving in Swan Hill. They were lovely small country towns each with their own charm. On the way we did plenty of caching which was made easier by having good places to pull over with a caravan in tow.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Aussie Fun Seakers.**SKI Pair****
Always amazed at how big footy is in the small country towns, cache found here and is all goodOn the way home from the Capital Geobash Mega in the ACT, today I made my way from Corowa/Rutherglen to Kerang via Shepparton, I had no real plan today other than find a few caches for a challenge caches plus visit some places on the back roads I was yet to visit. Thanks for the cache
Again this was a great quick easy find, no one except the birds were around. A lovely spot and thankfully no football today. SL TFTC
Found without too much trouble. A walk down memory lane, chatting about netball and functions at the footy sheds in my younger years.TFTC
Sydney Courier Run!Day Four: Barham to home. Weather: sensational. Third in the series for today, and first in Victoria. Its early in the morning but the groundsman is already working on the cricket pitch. He seemed most unconcerned as I drove in, disappeared behind the Mens Shed for two minutes, then reappeared and drove off. Thanks for the cache and the series Aussie Fun Seekers. Its officially a megaGCA1DNA The Great Leap ForwardAdelaide, South Australia February 29, 2024Wed love to have your company.
Well this was supposed to be my first ever find -- last time I was up in Koondrook I downloaded the caching app for the first time but was not yet a pro at caching so didn't find it. Today I'm back and managed to find it easy! So happy to finally say I've got it! TFTC!
Tftc…
Though I was very intrigued by the idea that it was underwater and there was some sort of wire or string to bring it up!! Now I want to hide an underwater cache!

I had a lot of fun finding this one. It took me a few minutes, but I got there in the end.
A plan was devised by Phetlern and Suscoe to do a caching trip around Swan Hill.
Geoturtle37, Papi4506 and ourselves were invited to go along.
Day 4. A lap from Swan Hill to the country side and back again.
Unless otherwise stated - all good here.
All caches signed as the 'B Team', 'DGP' or 'The Drovers'. Replaced as found.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Aussie Fun Seakers, and for Phetlern & Suscoe for the invite..

Geoturtle37 and I are having a great time caching with The Drovers, Suscoe and Phetlern in and around the Swan Hill area. This was a nice quick find for us here today. Thank you for placing the cache for us to find.
I have been Geocaching for the last year as part of team Dromaniax. We have enjoyed the Geocaching caching around a lot of Victoria in that time. From our first trip up to the Murray River, the next trip to Lake Eildon and the area around Buxton, an epic trip to the Little Desert to attack the This is SA series, then a great trip with our father to the High Country in Victoria, a trip to the Mornington Peninsula and a trip to the Albury-Hume Reservoir area.
I finally decided to set up my own account and am claiming all the caches I have found as part of Dromaniax.
Thank you for this Traditional cache Aussie Fun Seakers.

After arriving in Cohuna and checking in with the group, and as things weren’t really starting till the following day, I took the opportunity to explore and continue caching Another goal scored here for the Brownlow series TFTC AussieFunSeekers
Well, we had packed up camp and were heading home by a reasonably circuitous route with a number of caches on the target list today. We had camped at Koondrook for the last two nights and decided that it was in order to attempt to find all the cache in Koondrook. What a beautiful sporting ground. We would love to play cricket here; it has the feeling of an English Green, except for the eucalypts around the ground. We spotted someone cleaning the gutters, which seemed like a good idea; a brushcutter might have been necessary if they had waited much longer. GZ is quite close to the channel that passes behind the ground, and it was full to the brim as you can see in the photo. We made a quick search in a few spaces and then changed tack and made the find. The cache is in good condition. Thank you for this cache Aussie Fun Seakers.
Mr Morris has a few weeks off but with border restrictions we thought we'd do a slow lap of Victoria while we had some good weather.
Today we travelled from Piangal to Reed Lake where we set up camp. Just one other camper here at the moment. Once we were set up we headed into Kerang and out the road to Koondrook before topping up the supplies.
Our last for the day at this very pretty little ground.

Find # 9922
Making the most of Holidays and being able to travel. I decided on a 4 day trip that seen me head up to Swan Hill then down via Lake Boga, Kerang, Koondrook, Cohuna, Leitchville, Mt Terrick Terrick NP, Corop, Colbinabbim Rushworth, Whroo and finally Nagambie (then back home to St.Arnaud). Lots of back tracks taken and lots of dust to clean out of the ute. It was over 1250km travelled and flying solo on this trip I had lots of fun finding the caches.
I took a couple more wedges out of my 360Deg “finds from home” map and ticked off a couple of caches that I have heard about that were on my “to find” list.
There was a huge Variety of caches found from bird boxes to Fridges, Wall mountable tool boxes to Eclipse tins, with the odd ammo can thrown in. A couple of head scratching gadget caches chewed up some time but will be memorable for time to come. Numerous puzzles that I had solved i managed to find and I even managed to make good on a couple of DNFs, and add some more DNFs to my list. Even though I was out on my own I still had to use a couple of PAFs to get by. Thanks guys.

Quick easy find on a kid free adventure. Log book wet. Signed a new sheet and returned.
Out for an afternoon hunt while camping at Koondrook canoe trail and having much better luck than earlier this morning. The log on this cache was a little ratty likely from being wet but was dry for now. Carefully placed it back. Thanks for the hide
09/02/2020 What a lovely footy oval, lots of bird life, thanks for bringing us here
Staying in Koondrook for the weekend so I handed my GPS to the mini-geokid and told them to follow the arrow. Once we arrived at GZ it was a quick find and sign. Thanks to Aussie Fun Seakers for another one of your caches.
Up early after being crook most of Christmas Day, I decided an early morning walk along the Murray River and Gunbower Creek was the go. Set out from Barham over the bridge into Koondrook. Took a photo of this picturesque ground before locating the cache. Nice hide. TFTC
Coordinates are spot on. A quick easy find. No swaps present but I left a little something.
Good parking, no muggles and a cache spotted from the distance - our only problems where the ants that wanted to crawl all over me. SL TFTC
Deniliquin to Boort.

Very impressed with the cricket oval fence. We found the cache easily thank you. Thought we would see muggles here.
I decided to drop by this one for a look before getting ready for tonight's post-bushwalk barbie back across the river and it was a nice quick find at 17:05 thanks to the spot-on coordinates.
Boy, am I really glad to say I didn't see 'Dinny' Ryan play even though he constituted one of the 5 of the 12 Brownlow medals to be awarded to Fitzroy players in the 1930s (there was a three-way tie in 1930). What a rich history the former Lions had.
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks once again Aussie Fun Seakers.
