Today TaurusSix and I are heading down to Bridgetown and staying over night at a quaint B & B. Our geocaching aim is to explore Ballingup, Greenbushes and surrounding areas and the areas surrounding Bridgetown. It is a beautiful winters day , a little bit of fog on the way down through Donnybrook but not frosty and for this time of year it is really quite mild. After a lovely breakfast / brunch at Ballingup we started to collect geocaches. The caches were all placed in the most amazing locations , certainly the types of places we would never visit if it was not for geocaching. We had lots of lovely short walks into the bush where the bird life was prolific . We were also blown away by the scale of mining around Greenbushes. All in all a wonderful day exploring and geocaching and we collected 14 very good quality caches.
This was our sixth cache find of the day. We came in via the wrong direct at first and thought we might have to bush bash to get to gz. However soon spotted a better way on gps and headed in the right direction. A nice short stroll in the bush soon had cache in hand. The birds were in full song around here today which added to the lovely experience. Thanks for the cache The Wild Wellers .

Great to be able to put a smiley here.
Catching up on logging a few geocaches with a few minutes on the computer.

Found while out cycling, while having a brief stopover at the local RVrest area
Coordinates got us straight to it. It looks like the race track is still being used!
Staying a few nights at Maranup Ford Caravan Park just out of Greenbushes and got a leave pass to head off and do some solo caching about the place.
Came in from Charnley Rd and managed to park up 30 meters from GZ making the find a short time later.
The Wild Wellers I found your cache at 8:10am, this was the 1st of 14 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 7250. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

3rd cache of the day, 8th in the last 2 as we get our cache career off the ground.
Last day of our south-bound holiday, we stopped in Greenbushes to make a few finds…. After first finding a private property sign we continued on driving until we found a better spot for a short walk We were passed by a gang of dirt bikes but thankfully they weren’t interested in the old track & were gone by the time we arrived!

Hi there The Wild Wellers.
We found your cache **"Bad boys"** at 12:27:00 PM today. (This makes our find count 23813).
We decided to attempt some caches in and around Greenbushes today. We thoroughly enjoyed our drive, walks and the scenery & found 10 caches & DNF'd 1.
Thanks for placing this cache here. Over the years, Geocaching has taken us on many adventures and to lots of wonderful destinations all over Australia. Without 'caching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wanderings. 'Caching has also introduced us to a diverse group of like-minded people, many of whom we now call friends.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 3m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thank you The Wild Wellers for adding to our adventure.
Regards
Ian & Penny

Found while camped at the free camp at the sports complex .... walked in from there through the bush (no track). Quick find once the location was reached. TFTC
No trouble after finding our way in from a Forestry track just past the pool.
Well 2017 is nearly over, so we must make one last hurrah with a quick road trip south via a number of country towns to our eventual target of Manjimup to bag and tag a number of green dots on the map that have alluded us for far too long. I also had a mini goal to grab the twenty remaining caches to ensure I beat last years total finds of 2554, which we easily knocked off today.
After a good gym session this morning we left from Treeby heading south to Bunbury, where we turned off and made our way towards Manjimup via Bailingup, Kirup, Grimwade, Greenbushes, Bridgetown and a few others along the way.
We weren't sure about grabbing the caches in Gromwade as it looked a bit secluded but were very grateful for the good sized containers and good hides.
Our favourite caches for the day were a number of wandollip wanderer caches which were all very well constructed and deserved the many favourite points that we gave them! Thank you for making caching very interesting especially the school hides and around greenbushes.
We ended up caching in the fading light in Manjimup with 50 or so finds for the day, a huge effort. A few left in town for us to grab tomorow.
Thanks to the local COs for their great caches and we look forward to finding the remainder tomorow.

The Wild Wellers I found your cache Bad boys thanks for placing this hide and bringing me to this area.
We were camping nearby at Greenbushes Pool and I went out for a morning run. This was the first one for the morning and a little bit of cross country travel until I got close. It was quickly spotted as I approached GZ.

Yay !! Great cache !! Worth the trip into the middle of the bush for !! {now to get back out of here in the SUV lol}
Found it! Finally! Nice empty log book and cache is full of swaps. Thanks for the hide.
This cache has been replaced however i think it may be one that gets muggled a bit so if you don't find it from now on maybe you could let us know and we will remove it. Shame as its a great spot...
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.

We were a bit strapped for time so, in light of the recent DNF logs from some heafty cachers, we decided to let this one go, but, we will be back another day.
A few months back, Granett mentioned that he wanted to try and tackle Top On Hop again. That was all the invitation we needed, and the plans started from there.
jinta29 and I headed down a day early to make the most of the trip and collect lots of smilies and old caches. This one was on the list.
No luck here today after finding our way in via car.

We tried to find the track into gz on our way down to Denmark but couldn't find it. We made sure we Googled the area before we set off to return home and found the access without problem today. Drove within 15 mts of gz - thankfully no bikes to be seen. Thanks The Wild Wellers
It was with heavy heart that I left Albany this morning. Many thanks to ~Tango~ and Ralph Fine Dog for their hospitality and company along the trails. We had a wonderful time down there, again. But the time had come for me to return home, but not before taking Ralph for one last walk.
I wasn't sure if I wanted to stop for too many caches on the way home, but one cache led to another and the trip ended up taking me about 9 hours all up (twice the normal time). As is my usual style, I got to gz the hard way, then found the easier way out again. Thanks for the smiley Wild Wellers

Went through on the track to within about 20m. A good thing the boys weren't on their bikes.
Thanks for the hide The Wild Wellers. Nice bit of bush wouldn't have known the track was here.
Plenty of bike activity around this spot.
Access to within 20m no problems.
Trees mess with GPS signal a bit but found fairly easily.

Yay FTF. Great spot. My AWD got me to within 60m of GZ so not too bad before the rain.
