This had been replaced a number of times over the years. Time to think of another idea.
No idea today. I remember finding a cache here years ago. I think it was a Madstars Cache.
Find No: 6489. Out for the day with our mate Josh (who's recovering from a stroke) , thanks for the cache nellc!!
TFTC. We had spent the morning cleaning around the Motorhome. We had agreed to meet friends later in the day at Heatherbrae. To pass some time we went cached our way there.
Interesting location. Nice piece of history.

Noticed another previous DNF had had some maintenance performed. Headed out to try again today and after about 10secs of looking the cache was in hand. TFTC
FTF replacement cache. Took a minute or two and were a bit befuddled as we didn't know what we should be looking for. Coords were close enough and to finally spot the little blighter but it meant getting friendly with the greenery. Thanks nellc
Visiting in-laws so off to do some caching in the new Brewmobile. My third DNF in row and even after PAF I still couldn't spot it. It's been a while since found, so could it have been misplaced? Or maybe I am just cache blind today!
Boo did not find today. Always disappointing when others have logged as obvious. We will be back
Found in the company of pprass
Last cache for the day and the trip back home to port Macquarie- looked around for a bit then had a read of the logs - ahhh I see thanks to kids that play this game. Found the cache which I thought was quite exposed. TFTC nellc

Found at 3:03 PM GAFF5 in the company of Team Nurse Hayley.
Last cache for this trip and it was a bit of a struggle as we were now on our "going home" mode and didn't want to go searching too hard. Thankfully Hayley came up with the find after we worked out at what level we should be searching in.
Regarding the cream and butter process - I still would like to know how they kept the products from spoiling in those days. They would ship it around all over the place - even in boats and I don't think they had much refrigeration if at all!
Thanks nellc.

It is a very long time since we were in this area and looked as we did last time without luck, then suddenly saw it by doing just as others have done before. It's amazing how easy it is in daylight, last time it was nearly dark. Thanks for a good hide.
Quick park and grab. Said hi to the nearby cows. This one does need a new log though as it's wet and ripped and was just stuffed in.
The kids and myself plotted a course out into the faming lands around Seaham today, mainly stopping for roadside grabs due to having our little 3 year old with us. This one took a little while, eventually spotted by Samuel. TFTC nellc.....
nice hide especially looking for it in the dark
all the more challenging but then a little twinkle in the dark made it a little easier

Found while travelling back from a ftf at 8;30 at night, this was my second attempt on this cache - previously i had been looking all over the power pole and the fence - but today something clicked when we were reading the logs . thanks for the cache Nellc
Found on a detour on my way to work. Strange sort of plaque and memorial here. Not very well looked after. I searched one area and came up with nothing, then read recent logs about them turning around and being in the right spot. I was too, so I made an easy find.
Thanks for the history and cache!

Thanks for showing a bit of the local history
Shame it is not looked after a bit better

This was our last stop for the day and I had a good look but it was getting quite dark and my second pair of eyes, MrsFish, refused to join me. I guess we will have another look next visit.

It was lucky that I was standing in just the right spot when I followed the instructions in a previous log to just turn around. Obvious when you look straight at it!
Thanks

This was the third cache I suggested we stop and give a few minutes to. In fact, we took a little longer than we had intended to give for this cache. In the end, we read a few logs and just as we were reading out about how someone turned around and just saw the cache, Toriaz did just that. In the end, it was easier than expected. Thanks
The seventh cache on my northern road trip with bikerbuddy and Toriaz.
This took embarassingly long and was ony found as we gave up!?!

Found while out with the lord tickler. Nice cache that survived the flooding. Tftc.
The family had a trip planned to Gloucester to do some camping. I decided this was a great opportunity to grab some geocaches so I decided to join them in the hope of cleaning out Gloucester and finding some geocaches along the way also.
This one was a bit out of the way for my trip home but I figured that whilst I was sort of out in the area I should grab it. I drove up to GZ and jumped out to begin my search. I was slightly worried at first when I saw the big structure at GZ and wondered how long it would take to search the whole area. As I got closer though I realised there was a hidden structure and it was much smaller and suited the name of the cache.
A quick search of places I thought it may have been came up empty and then I remembered reading a log where they suggested the searched all the hides places, only to make an easy find. Next thing I know I turned around and spotted the find right there!! I grabbed it and took the log out to sign my name before placing it back to where I found it.
TFTC cheers

After jumping the water we quickly located the cache and signed the log before the next shower of rain. Have been past hundreds of times but never knew about this site. TFTC.
I looked in all the hard places, then I checked a simple spot and there it was, D'oh!
Found on way hone ftom a wedding in Maitland. Have found one here previously.

stopped here for a quick park and grab whilst passing through to visit my mother-in-law. tftc
I've been here before for a previous incarnation ( something Creamery??? ), so I was aware of the plaque and the history. Its a pity to see it in such a state of disrepair.

[Blue]Our 8570th overall find.
Shell and I have found a cache here previously so today I knew what was here, I just grabbed the cache and headed on. Best thing was no spiderwebs either!
Thanks nellc for the cache. [/Blue]

Was out this way today and this one had been on the radar for a while so even though it was very hot I stopped for a look.
After waiting for the muggles to drive on I left the air con on and luckily I spotted the cache poking out of its hide straight away so it was sign the log and back to the car.
Thanks nellc for this cache.

Searched around a while, had little ones with places to be, will return with helpers.
A quick find on a sneaky little cache.
Nice bit of history to read as well.
I have a feeling I've searched for one here in the past. Is it a replacement cache?
Thanks for the hunt Nellc

This one has us looking for awhile but then Shannon (miss TeamSenz) came up trumps in the end after dodging the spider webs. TFTC

TFTC!! Sneaky little bugger! Had me searching for about 10 mins before I finally found it. Great spot =)
Woooo whoooo FTF !!!! Seen this one come through when I was getting ready to head away, so it was down tools and straight into the car! I didn't notice the new cache that came through minutes before this one and glad I didn't because I messaged Mr & Mrs Mayers and they were on the way to that one! Upon reaching ground zero there was no one around so I felt like I was in for a chance!!! Quick find and a fresh log told me it was another FTF feather in the cap! Great spot and good info on the GZ area!!!! TFTC awesome work
