Peppa pointed out that this might still be available. With Peppa, myself, Davinells, and Karicka searching, we made a quick find. Thanks for the fun jpgordo
Enjoying a road trip to Carnarvon with Beardman75, Davinells & KarickaIts not often you find a cache archived almost 5 years ago still being maintained by the co ??A last minute check of the archived caches list sees the four of us on hands and knees After Davinells spotted the container I may have been distracted by someones mail ??Thanks jpgordo its always fun to pick up an archived cache At the time of logging this cache hadnt been found for about 18 months
This extended/long weekend across Anzac Day, it was an outback adventure to Charleville and Carnarvon Gorge. Departing Thursday afternoon, I stopped in Roma before continuing west through Mitchell and Morven and completing various puzzles and power trails. I then caught up with a small group to hike Carnarvon Gorge on Sunday and Monday, and then after having a final night in Roma, returned on Monday.Today, after attending Graham Andrews (Charleville) parkrun, I spent the morning in Charleville completing nearby power trails (C.R.A.P. and letterbox hybrid zodiac series), conducting Adventure Labs and in-town gadget geocaches, before heading south to visit Charleville Botanical Reserve and seeing the memorial to the Angellala bridge explosion. As lunch arrived, it was time to drive east towards Morven via Noorooloo completing that puzzle series along the road and track. It was then a time-consuming drive via Mitchell, Roma, and Injune, before arriving at Carnarvon Gorge to set up camp for the night. So much wildlife seen on the roads - wallabies, kangaroos, echidnas, and cattle!I remember reviewing archived geocaches in the area from my previous pre-Christmas 2022 drive and noted that this archived cache was likely still about. However, after focusing on the many traditional caches between Roma and Injune, we had passed by this cache, and so it had to wait for a subsequent trip.As it turned out, my fellow hiking group had also performed the same review that I did, and after parking, I did think that the vegetation around the shed corners looked a little flattened. As it turned out, they had stopped here earlier in the day and found this archived cache too. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, so it is a shame to have seen it archived; going by the geocache's history, it looks like the CO may have accidentally archived the cache instead of disabling it for maintenance/replacement. Perhaps a new geocache can be created with the same location and description to put it back in play? Thanks jpgordo for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Heading out to Carnarvon gorge with Peppa, karicka and Beardman75.While having lunch in Roma, Peppa noticed this archived cache could still be a possibility so we made it our next stop. With all four of us on our hands and knees looking, it was just a matter of who was looking from the right angle.Log signed and replaced as found. Tftc jpgordo

An amazing long weekend of traveling around with Crew153 in the mighty Suzee geomobile. After visiting Blackdown NP we headed into Emerald for the night and today we head to Chinchilla. A quick find in the obvious spot for us. Lovely to see an old archived one still in place. And great to highlight this wonderful old shed.
Thanks jpgordo for entertaining me at this location.

Pprime and I escaped Brisbane for the long weekend for the delayed public holiday for the Ekka. We hit the road to Emerald and back home via Roma.
This cache was on the list to check out as we were passing. We were delighted to find it safe and well in the original location with an old log book in it. I remember there being a lot of these cream sheds around the country.

Was returning from the QOGM 2018 and stopped at the Clay Shooting Club for a couple of days and headed out to Injune to pick up a few caches. Our phone did not have this cache indication but a previous GPX download had this cache loaded and on reading through the comments it was down for 2 x DNF's. We thought that we would give it a shot. Initial search nothing, so we were grabbing a spare cache when Eureka found the original cache and log partially submerged in the dirt. Checked it out all still good. Signed the log and replaced where our GZ had it. CO can you please unarchive the cache. Out with Liz and Bruce today. TFTC
Got this one after a good search. The cache had fallen from its hiding spot into the dirt. The magnet is still attached so we left it where gz and the hint indicated. Thanks jpgordo
Nearly had an accident crossing the highway to check this out. A small yellow tri-cycle motor car overtook cause I'm slowing down to go across then this black motorbike with no lights on was flying in front of me while I was crossing. Whew!
Thanks for taking us here. We're on our way home from attending a 4 day event (annual Queensland Outback Geocaching Muster) at Barcaldine Shire. Hope to see you in Blackall next year - 4-6 Oct.

Unfortunately we couldn't find this cache today and not sure if it is still here but time was not on our side to loiter. I'll put it on my watch list for next time I'm out this way.
After attending the successful QOGM 2018, we are heading home via Emerald and Roma.
Unfortunately as per previous posts, we also couldn't find this one. May need to be checked if still there.
Tthanks for bringing us here.

Staying in Roma for a couple of days, and today, we decided to drive up past Injune to do the Arcadia Valley loop, including Lake Nuga Nuga for lunch. That meant passing about ten caches, so we decided to pick up the ones on the left hand side going north, then catch the rest on the way back.
We found this one quite quickly, but it is no longer a magnet tin. Yes, the grass is long around the old cream shed. Thanks jpgordo

Having checked this cache it is still intact. After our recent rain the grass has grown. We will endeavour to slightly change the spot to a more accessible spot. Please be patient as it may take a few days to get out th this one.
Cheers

Hi there jpgordo - we're staying in Roma for a week of R & R and a little bit of Geocaching of course! Today was a day trip to Injune - a pretty little town to the north through some really beautiful countryside. SL. This is our find #4658 - thanks to jpgordo for this cache.
There being lots of potential spots I used the hint, and found the cache in the last place that there was left to look! Fortunately there were not too many.
Found at 0924. Well we are leaving Roma to continue our trip to Alice for the Mega. This is one of the Smileys we hope to pick up on our way north. By chance I picked the right spot first which made for a quick find. TFTC.
TFTC bit scared of snakes and spiders on this one as grass is long around the shed
Another great cache to find during our Christmas/New Years campingtrip. Had to scramble around a bit before the cache was found.
Found with Mum as 'Jess & Caro' but now I have my own geocaching profile we are sorting my logs for caches we found together. TFTC!
Not that many options here but of course it was in the 7th place I checked. Thanks.
Nice little stop here. Found this easily thanks to teriffic clue. SL... thankyou for the stop..
This was a nice quick find as we slowly make our way homeward.
Thanks for adding to our fun today with your caches jpgordo.

Tftc this is the second one of yours that I have found, I like the idea of what you put it in.
A good spot for a cache and an easy park with the van in tow today while on our way towards Roma. TFTC
Catching up on some late, very late and extremely late logs (400 in all)
I would like to thank jpgordo for placing this cache. I always enjoy getting out and about to view this great country of ours and caching allows me to do that. Once at GZ, I sometimes find the cache quickly but sometimes it takes awhile to sus out the well camouflaged hide. Once found, log is signed and the cache is rehidden as found.
Once again thanks jpgordo.

I guess the younger ones would not know what a cream shed would be. But we do. Good hide. TFTC
Day one of my 2015 country caching trip of 7 days length usually and between 2500 and 3000 klm's. Arrived here via the my finds at Miles. Decided to drive straight to Injune then come back to Roma for the three there then head west with hopefully my overnight stop at Augathella. 6th cache for the day. Quick find on the way back to Roma. All good with this one. TFTC jpgordo
Found with the Reluctant Companion on our trip to Goondiwindi. Thanks for all the caches you have laid between Surat and Roma. What a great time we had stopping every so often. Must keep you busy just looking after them. It made our trip. 17 caches yesterday a record for us and 15 were yours and 7 today. You are a legend JPGordo.
After enjoying several very pleasant days in Roma with our geofriends FelixII it was time to head off to Injune Rodeo Grounds for the night ready for an early start for the Anzac Dawn Service at the Cenotaph in Injune.
With the caravan in tow we stopped off for this one on the way.
Many thanks for the hide jpgordo[^]

Travelling around Australia in our Caravan with our cat.
Camped at Roma Gun Club with our friends Sylken and their cat, today was moving day. With a little delay due to a chiropractic visit for Mrs Felix we were on the road by 10.30.
Enjoyed visiting the 3 sites allowable by stopping with the caravan and took plenty of pictures at Gunnewin Train stop.
Once camp was set up at Injune then we headed out to grab the 3 smilies in town. Plan is for an oh so early wake up call to attend the Dawn service tomorrow! oh will we survive.

Had only just started looking for the cache when the owner of the shed (and associated station) turned up to pick up his mail which had been placed in the shed. I just pretended to take a photo and then sat in my car until he was well out of sight. It felt as if I looked in all the wrong places first, before finally finding my prize.

I'm finally back working in QLD after a fair while spent in PNG.
This was a nice quick find while on my way up to the Fairview gas fields from Roma.

It was very hot when we stopped here. Lovely little spot. Dropped 3 Extagz for the next cacher. Thanks for placing a cache here and Merry Christmas.
11:36:00 AM. Heading south on our adventure. Got to love drivebys when towing a caravan. Plenty of long grass around but followed geo triail and found it. Signed log. Got to love these old places. The mail was sitting in the shed waiting to be picked up. Thanks jpgordo for placing this cache.
#1363 - quick find by B on our cycle through down to Roma but still nice at 6am in the morning on this road. tftc
I get the feeling I'm closing in on Bruce and Marg on their cycling adventure. Hoping to meet them as I drive south. TFTH
