Growing UP near Dean's Bush and now living again in Christchurch, one isn't ever far from a green space. I am grateful on a daily basis for such spaces! Quiz find. TFTCSL +tiki
Fantastic place on a sunny winter day. We enjoyed the monarch butterflies at GZ. TFTC
At an event at NorthCity so decided to stretch my legs during 1 of the breaks TFTC!
Quick find for Jo and I today. We were travelling home to Blenheim after spending some time in Hawaii, but felt we needed to get at least one for the day in Chch. We chose this one. A small detour from our path north, and an easy find on a quiet, lightly drizzling muggle-free morning. TFTC Kiwi864
Have had a dnf here in the past so nice to revisit and turn a sad blue face into a smiley. Easy find today with no pesky muggles around. Neat wee hiding spot, tftc!
Have had this one on the radar for a long time- but just never get here. So today was the day- and lo and behold- there was a guy sitting on the nearby stump doing something on his phone (no- he wasn't caching). So I had a bit more of a walk waiting for him to leave. Quick find once he left. Thanks for the fun
This is my Most Southerly cache found so far. Landed in CHCH from Auckland and started my trip by campervan North back to Auckland. I had 5 days to complete the journey. This is also my first cache in Canterbury and South Island of NZ. I was doing shopping nearby and decided to get this one before leaving Christchurch. TFTC
Found while babysitting my nephew's as their dad played softball in the domain. Nice easy find. TFTC
Nice quick find on a pleasant morning. Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. BJ25. Find# 1442
Out for a stroll in search of a playground for the kids. Found a beauty here. Bonus is having a cache nearby too! TFTC.
Out and about finding a few caches before I head to work this morning. Circled GZ and spotted the cache. It was fairly muggly around here so had to exercise stealth mode to retrieve and replace the cache. TFTC, Biggles.

Found on a dog walk.
Yay, am I the 100th finder of this cache!?
A quick find, all according to the hint, thanks!

Easy find in a park I’ve visited in the past and have a strong connection with. The Softball diamond in one corner of the park is named after my mother so this is a very special find. Thank you!
Jess53nz's getting good at finding these - she went straight to it! Miss 5 had fun climbing the trees. Tftc!
A cold wet Friday was the ideal time to complete this cache. Quick easy find whilst in the area then off for more. Thanks for the cache.
A really great hidey spot. Found just when school finished. ( bad timing!) However, signed and returned without any problems. TFTC
Found with NZDi while out for an evening stroll. We have been on holiday for the last fortnight and have certainly done some travelling in that time. The first five days was spent with family in the Marlborough Sounds followed by a day at home in Blenheim to catch our breathe before heading up to the central North Island to do the Tongariro Alpine Crossing and go to the RNZAF's 80th Anniversary Air Tattoo. That was followed by a couple of days in Wellington to visit the Gallipoli Exhibition at Te Papa and do some retail therapy. This was followed by another day at home before coming down to Christchurch for NZDi to have a final fitting for her Mother-of-the-Bride outfit for our daughter's wedding next weekend.
And of course everywhere we went there were caches to find.
This morning we were doing some pre-wedding shopping while waiting for the last alterations to the MotB outfit to be completed. Not finding the shoes she wanted, NZDi decided to drive down the road to Merivale (ouch said the credit card), but beforehand we would grab a couple of local caches as a bonus. This was the first, and the coordinates were not as bad as the cache page intimated, which made for a QEF.

Yes it was the geocache, which we have now placed where it should be and with a new log.......hopefully wont be muggled a third time! Thanks Molly for your message.
No success on a previous visit and today was first looking similar. But then we spotted the small pillbox on the ground - without a logbook and any paper. Is this the cache? We thought so as it was a bit hidden - so added some paper and returned close to the roots of the tree. The owner might want to check whether this is really the correct container (happy to go for a third attempt). Thanks for keeping a cache in the area.
Found it but no log inside, did'nt have a spare so made one out of a lolly bag I had. Thanks.
No luck for us, neither at the hint object nor nearby. Some work seems to be planed in the area by the council, but no idea whether this has anything to do with our problem.
I went for a swim this morning and as I was leaving I checked to see if there were any caches in the area. I don't know why I haven't found this one before as the rest of the area has mostly smilies. As it was a Monday morning there wasn't anyone around and the find was quickly made. TFTC!
Today I needed to find 6 caches to bring my total finds for 14 July to double figures (10). Decided to target the Papanui / Casebrook area as there were several caches there that StreetWalker had found but I hadn't. Had an extra pair of eyes, as well as navigator supremo, Banahna with me and she safely got me from cache to cache.
The last cache find and we set off across the rather muddy park to GZ, only to find we could have taken a path most of the way there . Banahna opted for that route back, but as I was wearing my caching shoes, I took the direct route.
Didn't take long to located the cache, using touch as I am obviously a lot shorter than the CO! Thanks for all your caches today, Kiwi864. With rumbling tummies, time to head home for some lunch. TFTC.

#12670. Needed a cache today to get me up to 10 finds for July 8. I scouted out the location of this cache a few weeks ago, and I decided today was a good day to make the find. Nicely hidden. TFTC.
A few people scattered round the playing field, but nobody was interested in me wandering off the path on the far side. TFTC
Just a coincidence but I found this cache as Kiwi864 was passing. Many thanks for the cache.
A straightforward find while staying nearby. A very clever hiding place for this wee cache!
Thank you Kiwi864 for this cache.
Thank you Kiwi864 for this cache.
A clever wee hide found with the weatherdan just as the evening made it almost too dark to find without additional light. Tftc
Found this afternoon...needed to be a tiny bit taller but got the cache. Sat and watched the softball games for a while, lovely part of the world. Many thanks for the cache Kiwi864
Found it easily. Was walking the dog, during daytime but was drizzling, so nobody about. TFTC
Found on a drive in the area. Was going to get this one a couple of days ago but was raining
Came here for a picnic on our way home from the pool. The park was deserted when we arrived but by the time we had finished our lunch there were muggles everywhere hitting balls around. Had a discreet look but no luck. Will have to try again when it is a bit quieter.
Hmm, looked around at head height than thought maybe someone tall hid this one. Yup, there it was up on high, but I soon had it in my grasp. Tftc.
Oh no !!
I had to return the geomobile to its owners today [:o]
But not until mid afternoon
Where could I head for the mornings caching ??
Let's try Papanui
Quite a few caches scattered around that part of towne
So why not go bush first up ??
Well there's not much difference between Papanui bushes and anywhere else's bushes !!
Maybe even a little less bushy
But the cache wasn't in a bush !!?? [:o]
Easy find by the busy baseball putch on a Sunday morning

A beautiful day to be out caching. No muggles to trouble us. Found with Firewoof. TFTC
In town for the Mega event and of course one does as many caches as one can . The was one of the quality caches that we completed with Adventure Collectors. We had an awesome time , met many amazing cachers. TFTC
One Muggle was hitting golf balls in the paddock and another was playing with his dog. I gave them a few looks but they were luckily both engrossed in what they were doing. Nice hide.. Thank you Kiwi864 for placing this cache.

Needed just a quick cache to get to be able to keep the streak up, but still have enough time to go home, and work on mega things.
Picked this one, as it's quite close to the way home. WHen I lived in town, I used to cycle past this spot every day on the way to the gym!! SO I knew exactly where the cache would be. But that doesn't mean it was a quick find!!
Took a while, and ended up realising that my bodily measurements are waaaaay off... but I don't know who's hint height that's at... I could barely reach it!! Lol.
Had to wait out a lady and her muggle dog once spotted, and the dog did not want to go!! Eventually they did though...
