Not a crucial part of the series (hint here is E151). Unfortunately this one has been muggled too many times, time to give up this area in the hope someone else places a more muggle friendly cache, hopefully in the theme of rememberance given the New memorial nearby.
I'll be back in the area this week, will check to scope out a new location however I feel this one may be archived later this week - too much muggling.
Hmmmm. I couldn’t find this one today. Disabling until I work out a maintenance solution now that I’ve moved out of the area.
No luck today after an exhaustive search. I may have gone in teh wrong direction from the tap though.

Cache replaced today, in a slightly different location. Coords will be out (approx 2m to the south) until I can return with my GPSr. Remember, there is no need to ENTER the garden to REACH the cache...

Thanks to e.gregory1 for bringing this one to my attention - today I removed it and will find a new spot for it once the works are completed. If anyone is looking to complete the series while this is disabled, please contact me for the hint that's included in this one.
Found while out on a morning walk.
Unfortunately I lost my pen somewhere between here and the previous find, so was unable to sign logbook. However I did take a photograph of the log sheet which is attached.
I’m not sure how much longer this one is going to last - the tree at GZ has been cut down and I expect that the stump will be removed in due course. Might be worth a check from CO.
Thanks skyebomonkeytown for the cache.

Another lovely park. Wish I could find a bubbler though. The hint was most helpful. TFTC skyebomonkeytown.
The last of the day. There was an elderly person flat out about 30 metres from the cache but I suspect that good old ethanol was keeping him sound asleep.
Anyway, the cache was quickly secured and signed. Then for some lunch!

Last find of a morning of caching with Whypie. Another nice little park. Quick find. Left some swag.
A final cache for the day out with Puglumps. 10/11 caches found around Homebush. Easy find. TFTC
Now, after all that walking, time for a burger and beer at Outback Steakhouse.

Another quick find while out on a stroll around Strathfield with the geokids.
This is a nice memorial area. After having a look at the memorial it was time to look for the cache, the phone was nudging me elsewhere for this one but using the hint it was CIH. Signed the log, dropped a trinket and returned the cache with a little more natural camo.
Thanks for another great cache SBMT

If anyone reports that they saw a crazy person with a funny tool thing trying to demolish a flagpole, it's a lie. I was definitely doing nothing of the kind, just admiring the fine workmanship of the flag-raising mechanism!!!!!
I've encountered a few bush and field caches in another merry caper in West Homebush - so was happy to see this one beckoning me in my slightly labyrinthine path between two fine puzzles.
Thank you, skyebomonkeytown!

Recovering from a lurgy & thought a nice easy walk round some streets would be a safer way to test out my stamina than a bush walk so I ended up in this area.
Nice little stroll through the parks, pretty war memorial Nice quick find. TFTC

After walking through Rookwood from Lidcombe station I made a line for Strathfield station, this the fourth of four gathered in along the way.
Another nice quick find here, especially with the hint sending me in the right direction! Nice and quiet in the park today. Thanks sbmt.
Too many mosquitoes and muggles. Think we found the spot but no cache. The taps don't really give any hints. Will come back when someone finds it again. Thanks anyway.
Did not find because it suddenly started raining heavily. Hope we get to come back and continue finding!
Here from Canada, caching our way across Australia....
Had a good look for this one, even used the hint but unfortunately came up empty handed.
Thanks anyways skyebomonkeytown

Needed to fill a calendar gap so targeted this series on a hot morning. This was my fourth stop. Thought I picked the spot to search on approach but ended up having to look at the hint.

OCW with Mrs A today.
Most of the series were straight forward finds with the exception of two we had to DNF. There are some great parks in the Homebush/Strathfield area and we enjoyed the series. We also were impressed by the regular maintenance by the CO. TFTC skyebomonkeytown.

Been here before but too many DNFs to give it a go. Today was different. Thanks for the hide.
The hint says it all. Another quick park and grab. Check out the acoustics when standing in the centre of the war memorial. TFTC.
#770 Sixteenth of eighteen finds on a great day caching around Homebush West and South Strathfield.. Found after a short search. TFTC

We were in the area for the Gluten Free Expo at Sydney Olympic Park and decided to grab a few caches in the area afterwards. It was a lovely sunny Saturday.
Another quick find in a lovely park.

Another great green space on our trail. Duties done while trying to not look suss to the lady over the fence, I don't know why there are not more people around on such a nice day.

Yep couldn't find this one myself this morning. Have put out a replacement however it's no longer a small and instead is now a micro. Sorry if that stuffs up anyone's matrices!
Two blokes having lunch on the bench near GZ were thankfully far more interested in their phones than in what we were doing.

Thankfully Delloro found this one easily without distracting the nearby muggles on the bench. No travel bugs in there. TFTC

Ok, so I was wandering around Homebush and Strathfield leisurely discovering some caches along the way when I cam to Davey Square. There was a gathering of about 30 people all huddled around, mostly in suits and at first sight I thought it was a wedding. But then I started looking for a bride and I couldn't see one and there were big light stick thingys that looked more like for TV than a private event. Anyhow, I walked over to take a closer look, and it was none other than our esteemed Prime Minister giving a press conference to a bunch of journos! It's quite extraordinary what you stumble across in the course of caching. Anyhow, I heard what Malcolm had to say, waited for him to jump into the white car and for all the journos to pile back onto the press coach and eventually I had the park to myself to make an easy find. This one was not exactly where it said it was but it was really close to it. I did this geocache with my friends and it was so fun it was near our school and it was great!
This little beauty was sitting in clear view. Will cover it up a bit....
Thank you!
Thank you!
Had only little time today to grab a few of this series and start collecting clues. Like all the parks around here, they somehow all had a nice atmosphere.
