[navy]This cache would appear to be in need of owner intervention, therefore I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Geocache maintenance is a cache owner responsibility. Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers, see here http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance
The guidelines advise; "if you can't check/fix it straight away then Disable it till you can." and here's how; http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235
Please respond to this situation within 28 days to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to date, or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice.
And don't forget, once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404 and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 to get your cache up and running again.[/navy]

A caching trip today provided a good chance to check out these local gardens. Unfortunately there was no cache here today. Feel free to contact us if help required replacing. Tftc.
Could not find it must be under the mulch some where. Not sure how accurate the gps spot is.
The park has been recently mulched and refurbished. Mulch is a foot up the tree bases. Looked for 20 mins but could not find
Out for a play day with teamdfl
So it's been a busy day so far: T-Tech joined us for a while this morning, followed by morning tea, then a few hours of collecting multis and solved puzzles, then Nurseyjulie joined us for a couple of hours, followed by fish and chips for dinner, and now it's time to get down to our main target for today, and chase a few caches in the dark [^]
We arrived to find the area fenced off, so didn't go to look.

We visited today and found the area all fenced off ,maybe the CO would like to disable this while the work is being carried out ,it is disappointing to travel from outside the area to find the cache not able to be found
Found this cache with ms Maddy and Genyo. After a quick drive to GZ we did some hunting and found the cache quick enough. TFTC!
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 2:57pm. We found the best co-ords for us were 176 and 089. The cache is in good condition and well hidden. TFTC
Tricky T and I could not believe how hard this one was. There are many, many paperbark tea trees here.
We searched high and low. Some trees had the bark stripped away (by kids!) and we were about to give up finding this cache. But it seems that our GPS was way out. Tricky T found it a long way off. This cache's
contents were very wet - had to sign this very carefully.

Well, this took longer than expected. GPS had us a way off and we had given up and were headed back to the car when I stumbled across the correct spot. Log is a soggy mess and though we made a mark it really needs replacing. Thanks laurenjaynee94
On the road again, this time we are staying at the Thornside Mobile Home Park.
After setting up, we headed around the bay finding caches as we went. The views were spectacular from every turn in the road. We had fish & ships for lunch sitting by the beach.
Thanks for placing this cache laurenjaynee94

Out with geo family for a spot of caching. Easy hide that my 2 year old delighted in exploring
It's been a soggy caching day! The 3rd cache today that's very wet. What a beautiful spot thus one is though. Love the community garden!
Love the community garden here.a really nice neighbourhood. Quick easy find but log book was saturated and I couldn't fill it in. Photo for proof instead.
It was time for my Biweekly visit to the bayside and I checked to see what caches were available. OK there are 2 in this area and only 15 minute drive from my location.
I have been in the general area many times now to find caches but I had never seen this garden before. I wonder how they keep it going without all the produce disappearing of a night?
I didn't go too close but it certainly looks to be in good condition.
I headed to the search area and there were a number of likely hiding spots and, as usual, I searched all the others twice before I headed to the one where the cache is located.
It took a bit of juggling to get the cache out of the hiding spot and then I found a wet log but I managed to put my mark on the paper.
TFTC Now off to find the other one nearby.

Found it with the help of our two daughters. Log book saturated and is in need of replacement. Good hiding spot.
Literally walked straight to this cache with my muggle Comrad. The logbook is soaked. Definately needs replacing

OH look, sunshine.
Who would of thought a day or so ago with Tropical Cyclone Marcia bearing down on us[?]
So I headed out caching.
I am slowly making my way south.
This one took some searching. I needed to widen my search area before finding this cache.
The log book is now soaked after the recent wet weather. The CO will need to look into it.
Thanks for the cache.

Found it after a little searching. Was first tree we looked at, but missed it and spent a little time looking elsewhere. Good hide! Gregs first geocache!
This is my second find and I had it first tree but being a muggle I didn't realise I had found it.
Am starting to really enjoy myself.

Looked in all the wrong places first with this ine but finally had it in hand and our name added to the log. TFTC
Nice quick find thanks to the helpful description. The volunteers at this community garden do a wonderful job. There's a playgroup for the littlies that runs here on Tuesday mornings.
TFTC!
TFTC!
Nice to see a new cache in the area even if it spoils my forest of yellow smilie's. Problem fixed. As with previous Geocachers GPS was unsettled but the abundance of helpful clues in the description soon had the prize in hand.
Now back to admire my forest of yellow.... TFTC

An early morning hunt to get a day in the calendar filled. It's delightful to get new caches in the area, an added bonus being they are near a train station.
My smartiephone took me initially way too far, across the street. Did a quick but disbelieving check with no result. Sure no-one would place a cache right in front of someone's house.
Started then to back-track tree by tree towards the lovely-looking little garden and one of the spots had a telltale sign which eventually revealed the cache.
When placing my phone on the ground there, it adamantly showed 20m to go but a little movement and return back to the GZ made it behave better and it gradually settled to the magical 5m mark which is pretty normal for a low precision device. So, the coordinates were all right, after all, just my phone misbehaving.
All good here. TFTC, Laurenjaynee94!

What a pretty area this is and I didn't know it was there nor did I know the the beautiful garden was there too. TFTC
*FTF* @ 10.12am log to follow
Having a quiet coffee this morning when the notification came through. New listing only 8 kms from base.
Should we? We really need to finish getting our own caches ready for publishing. No, we'll pass this time.
Coffee finished, new caches ready, rechecked for recent logs, FTF still unclaimed! Well it IS on the way to hide our caches.
Why not! Into the Geo-mobile & hit the road.
Arrive at GZ & all quiet. Now to see if we can find it. A quick look around, co-ords all over the place but finally settled in one spot. Yes, found it & the log was empty Thanks, laurenjaynee94, for the cache & the FTF!
