I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Ryan00, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have an Owner Check, and so it has been disabled to allow the CO to rectify the problem and prevent further inconvenience for our geocaching community.
The cache owner, Ryan00, needs to :
* Investigate the situation and either restore the cache, or address any other issues, such as correcting the D/T rating if necessary.
* Re-enabling the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log if a Needs Maintenance attribute needs to be cleared.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Ryan00.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that further information has been provided. If there has been no action to repair the cache or explain the situation, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Today I have some spare time while up in Launceston, so ideal opportunity to get out and find a few local caches.
Alas could not find this cache.

Taking an evening stroll through a new part of town. Beautiful little area here. Increasingly impressed by what Launceston has to offer. Neat little hide here. Thanks
Construction had not touch it yet!
Very well hidden but not impossible
Good luck everyone!!

It’s currently hard to get to due to constructions. Maybe needs a new temporary home?
Thanks for the cache Ryan00.
In Launceston for the weekend with RLD4963. This area has been nicely developed and looks like there are still works ongoing. Took us a little minute to locate the cache at GZ, whilst keeping an eye out for dog-walking muggles. Thanks for adding to the caches in the area.

out and about caching with 1 Rafa today, an easy find with clues TFTC TNLN log dry.
After a hectic week because of Covid19 we thought we would social distance ourselves with a walk around Windsor precinct. With the kids (Blackers1) SiNr88 spotted and I retrieved this cache while muggles played in the near by grass lands. Little miss loved a bit of chalk swag and drew on a nearby bridge.
Thanks for the cache and lovely stop on our stroll

Suscoe headed out today to enjoy the surrounds of Launceston.
We had some time this afternoon for some more caches and so we set about finding some up this side of the river.
Thanks to Ryan00 for this hide, a pleasant walk in this parkland.
The container has a small crack starting from the top down.

17/12/19 down from QLD for a holiday and today we are doing some local caches.
Quick find in logical place. 3rd find in Tassie. TFTC

We're currently spending a lazy couple of days in Launceston, hanging out with friends and doing a little caching on the side. Today we set out with SonOfSteel to explore Notley Gorge, and pick up a few caches along the way.
We figured we'd make a little detour to Windsor Park on our way, thanks to there being this cache and a few others nearby that would help us collect some clues for the current "Mystery at the Museum" promotion.
This was our last cache at the park. The GPSr led us pretty much straight to it, which was nice, and soon we had the formalities all sorted and the cache replaced safely back in its hiding spot. It's a lovely spot for a cache, all secluded and peaceful!
TFTC!

Nice day for a cache wander - it has been far too long for me! Nicely hidden - took a lego man and left a dinosaur - TFTC!!
This one's a gonna, didn't have a spare container in my car, so I will return again.
Only noticed previous logs as approaching GZ.... had a quick look in all the usual places to no avail!! Needs attending by owner!
In Tassie for a few days with 6hinemoa2 for some fun caching in the Southern state. Loved the sculpture and the chance to stretch the legs. Thanks Ryan00
Out with Sorceysal for a few days of caching fun in Tassie . We had just driven off the boat after a long night in the recliner lounge and were heading to Ross via Launceston.
Of course we couldn’t go past a cache along the way. Nice knot and nice hide.
TFTC Ryan00
